This is a great tasting MRP. Chocolate, strawberry and plain vanilla all are good w/o being too sweet. Mixes almost instantly in water. Mixes well in milk for a thicker shake. Its got whey, egg and caesin proteins for fast protein delivery but stays with you. Its a versatile product. Initially it was the main stay of my 35# weight loss, then it supported muscle growth and fat loss down to 11% BF at age 56. It helped me reach a personal goal of benching 150% bodyweight.
