I lost 3 pounds, and an inch off my stomach. I wouldnt give all the credit to NV. I still hasdto exercise and controll my eating habbit. So, what did NV do for me? NV helped me controll m eating habits. After taking the pill with a glass of water and waiting 15 minutes, you appiette and craving for food is nearly gone. And i was amazed, I could look at a bag full of chips and not even wanna take one. As for the nail and hair, I would have to say my nails are still the name, but my hair could have grown alil. I'm an African American, and growing out our hair isnt easy. I currently have senagalese twist in my hair, and i do notice new growth.

This will be my 3rd day using NV! The first day, I did good. It helped with my craving, but I also got really tired, took a 10 min nap, and got up and was full of energy. The 2nd day, I just felt sluggish, heartburn, craving are really strong, and of course I wanted to take a nap again. This time I didn't wake with all that energy like the first day! Am I the only one to experience this or has anyone else gone through similar things? Can someone maybe tell me why I'm doing this on the pills? I wasn't doing this before I was taking the pills, so I just assumed it was the pills!

i have tried other but they neveer deliever their promise but after reading such great reviews i tried it. i have been on it for 3 days n i feel great i eat less but i dont starve my self. the pill does tend to giv slight dizziness feeling first few days but u drink enough water it helps and doesnt last long. the schdule is easy 2 follow. i have been workin out everyother day for 1hour and i have lost 3 pounds! no change is hair n nails so far but its only been 3 days but im exited to finish the bottle n c the results i;ll keep u posted.

I have been taking NV for a while now and love it. I have a very crazy schedule (i.e. go to work from 8 -5 then school from 6-10 then study)and it has help me get through my day. I usually have to drink a bunch of energy drinks and have a few cups of coffee in the am but this has completely done the trick. Today I am in a size 4 which is amazing because in July I was a 10! The only bad thing is I'm a total biotch, every little thing pisses me off. I am a very easy going person but when I take these I will have no problem completely bitching someone out for walking slowly in front of me or looking at me funny }: ) it's pretty funny! On the bright side my cravings went away I don't feel strong urges to pig out on crap constantly. NV is awesome, loves it!

I have tried so many different supplements and suffered tons of side effects. This product is the only one I have been 100% satisfied with! For the past 10 months I have been unable to exercise and have put on about 10 lbs. I am only 5'1" so 10 lbs makes a huge difference on my body. I began taking one pill in the early mornings on March 1st and I have already lost around 5 pounds. That may not sound like a big deal but I am only taking half the dosage and I have not been active at all. I have been eating all the things I want and still seeing results. I have less of an appetite but I am still having my sugar cravings. Next month I will be able to get back to my usual exercise regime and I can't wait to see what NV will do for me! I am actually excited to go bikini shopping!

I started taking the NV pills about a week ago and on sunday I did notice a change. But it has been curving my appetite and I do feel very energetic. This is the one pill that hasnt given me a migraine because the dosages off caffeine. The only thing I have really experiences that because of the energy, I feel extremely moody... And can be irritated easily.. and extremely happy in the next minute.

I feel like the biggest contributer to my being overweight has been my dependency on caffine...in the form of Dr.Pepper and Monster Energy drinks. As un-healthy as it is, my body runs on massive amounts of caffiene that comes from drinks that have huge amounts of calories, sugar, and carbs. This is only my second day taking NV but I feel that it has and will enable me to replace those drnks with water, because I do not feel that need of caffeine from them any more. I believe that this will give me a huge push in the right direction when it comes to my diet...and it's going to save me alot of money in the long run because the price of Monsters just went up! The only negative thing I have noticed is that it causes me to sweat alot more than normal, but that is definately something I can live with!

I tried NV for a day last summer. I took a pill in the morning and in afternoon. One thing I really liked about the pill was that it made me forget about food, bc normally I am obsessed with food. I felt increased energy within what felt like minutes, but I felt really wired, like I couldn't sit still and kind of dizzy. I do remember that I did not like driving while on NV. It was a really strange feeling, almost like driving drunk, but the opposite, because you're so wired and over-aware. I quit after the 1st day because of that. Going to try NV again, because I have spring break coming up in a couple months. Might try just one pill a day to start out, and move up to 2 a day. PS - I don't remember having trouble sleeping, but I only used it for a day.

I tried NV for about a week. I am not a coffee or soda drinker, so my body does not run on caffeine. At first, I felt alright taking the pill...a little empty, a little jittery, but, you know, normal weight loss side effects. Then, I experienced sleeplessness at night (even several hours after taking my afternoon dose) and a rapid, pounding heartbeat. These effects continued until I stopped taking the pill all together. I felt miserable. My body was deprived of sleep and running on caffeine and chemicals from the pills alone. Reading the label on the bottle, I found that "each dose contains about two cups of coffee's worth of caffeine". That's four cups a day! This is not a healthy approach. I feel like taking the pill would not benefit my health. Instead, it would give me nothing but lack of sleep, a jittery body, and a caffeine addiction when I was through.

About 1 yr ago I tried NV & lost 20 lbs in a couple months(no diet & exercise). As soon as I stopped taking the pills, I gained all the weight back in 1 month! But NV was the only diet pill that showed me results & didnt make me feel jittery/nervous. Ive recently started a diet again but Im dieting & exercising this time. Ive been losing weight much faster now! The only problem is that after I take my regular dosage during the day, I get sick to my stomach. But I figured out how to prevent this: Make sure you drink lots of water with every dose & you have an empty stomach. After doing so, wait till you know the pills have been digested or just before you usually get sick to your stomach & eat something small or your regular meal that you eat at that time. Ive been doing this after a week of tummy aches & it helps so much!

I started taking two pills a day and it made my stomach extremely upset at the same time everyday, but now that I have cut back to one pill a day I have been feeling amazing. I have lost about 15 pounds in 2 1/2 months. My hair looks healthier, my nails are not breaking as easily. Not to say this is a miracle drug by any means, but I sure can't complain. This stuff works great. The side effects for me are Im just extremly tired and my body hurts when i dont take them. I took them a whole back and i lost like 30 lbs. I stopped and i gained it all back so im taking them again. The rapid weight loss made me lose my butt and boobs but they grew back. I'd do it with exercise. and i admit i take more then recommended but it DID improve my results I usually took 3 a day and then i took herbal green tea with hoodia caplets that are $5 at walmart! WORKS WONDERS and it works 10 X faster when u exercise!

I have been taking this product for a week now. I noticed I felt a bit "odd" the first couple of times I took the pills but now that has subsided. I am eating less (less cravings) and feeling full more quickly at meals. I have lost 2 pounds (which could be water weight) so far. This pill gives me a light energy boost that doesn't feel as invasive as some other pills I have tried. This pill is giving me the extra kick start I need both physically and mentally.

I actually like this product. I have been taking it for 1 1/2 weeks. I have been getting a lot more done at home and in the gym but I am extremely dizzy. I am caffeine sensitive and this may be the reason, b/c the product has so many energizers including caffeine. Everyone has noticed weight loss I am just not sure if i can handle this dizziness.

I started NV on Monday. I also on a modified Atkins/South beach diet. I have already been losing weight but wanted an extra boost because I am getting married in March. I definately gave me energy, but also the heartburn everyone is mentioning. I also have periods where i'm extemely exhausted but can't fall asleep. I have sleeping problems anyway but it seems like its more since i started this pill. I have lost 5lbs. this week but i have been averaging this since being on Atkins. Guess i will finish the bottle and see how it goes.

The first day i took it i was fine, i went to the gym and had tons of energy. The second morning I took it I felt fine and went to my college class and was able to pay attention, but on the way home I was on the interstate and felt a horrible pain and almost fell asleep at the wheel, later that night i was at work and threw up so i went home. Now i feel really tired, but my body will not rest.....it's so weird

This product really works ONLY if you workout. If you just take it expecting results quickly without diet and exercise it will still work but the weight will come back twice as much. It's been a safe healthy year for me with this product i recommend it!

1st day I felt grt and tons of energy and alot was accomplished which was a + haven't lost sleep yet b/c I take 1 at 8am and 1 at 3pm. 2nd day I had 1 in the am and the usual at 3. Early pm I'm extr exhausted and hard time staying awake while driving. I had usual 8 hours of sleep and never felt more exhausted. Stomache hurts right now a little bloated and my saliva is thick. I left work early 2day b/c I thought I was going to throw up!!! Laid down and had bad acid reflux. I am unsure if I am going to take this for 3rd day not after reading everyones reviews. I was surprised to see same effects as far as the nausea and heartburn. I hope this helps. Although it has only been 2 days.....I will say 1 plus is my heart does not race fast like other diet pills. I hope this helps :)
