Hi, I've been gtaking Optimum Creatine Powder on and off since 1998 and it works. Actually, I remember the first week or so I took it-- I used to go to the gym around 6 am in the morning by then-- and I was feeling like a train engine, jumping off the walls. I was impressed with my strength gains since day one. This allowed me to train harder. I use it on and off as all my other supplements, just to prevent accumulation and protect my kidneys. I can feel the increase in strength this creatine gives me during my workouts. Thanks, Richard
