Transferred to using this on a whim as it was on sale. I've used CellMass from BSN for a while and been happy. It's been 3 weeks and the changes are noticeable. Normally I have about a 3 day plateau lag where I stagnate my reps, but every workout for the last 2 weeks has been adds of 5 to 10 pounds per set. I take it right after my workout as directed. Flushing is your face turning red, by the way.. which didn't happen to me, for the record. I'd highly recommend this product. I almost forgot to mention it tastes like Hawaiian Punch, which is awesome after a long workout.

I used this stuff along with protein for 6 weeks, I mixed this stuff in with my protein shake, once a day, and before and after workouts. Well here are my results. After 11 years of not working out. I started my bench at 220lbs. in 4 weeks I benched 250, and in 4 more weeks now I bench 275lbs. I am not sure if my passed strength played a role in it (benched 320), but something is helping me. I am on another cycle now, I will buy it again

This stuff WORKS. This stuff has me reaching goals in all parts of my workout. My maxes on chest, shoulder and tricep have gone through the roof. Flat bench: 450; rear shoulder press 315 and tricep press 375. EAS is one of the best companies out there, can’t go wrong with them.
