I ordered a box of the cookies & cream flavour. Get a glass of water for this one. First off, when you open the wrapper, the smell punches you in the face. Pretty rancid. Thick, somewhat powdery chewy inside, a very hard to describe texture... and occasionally I found myself struggling to swallow it. However, aside from the god awful taste and smell, awesome snack. I generally consume these at work, and would eat only half at a time. Nutritional value + protein = thumbs up. Taste + smell = thumbs down
