I had Gastric Bypass surgery in May of 2002. I went through 5 proteins before this one was recommended to me. I think it tastes great and mixes well. The big plus for me is that it doesn't smell as bad as the other ones I have tried.

I have tried many protein drinks since Gastric Bypass surgery in July of 2002, and this is the only one where I don't feel like my air way is closing and the taste is good and it's easy to make and no mess, I work very crazy hrs, 5am -1pm and I have no time to blend a drink or to blend one at work so it's easy to pour shake and drink.
