This is product and Elite Complex (the Dymatize version) are by far two best proteins out there. i use serveral brands and types but i didnt see real gains 1- 2lbs a year tops! but with Pro Complex or Elite Complex (i like to switch them every month)you can add about a pound or two a month.(wich is really good)depending on your diet, cardio and routine. i gained 6lbs since Aug 07. from 164 to 170. One serving after working out is enuff for me.

This product is by far the best protein out there. Whey is the most imprtant but this product has that and all the other protein types your body needs. I have used it for two weeks now and have gained 8 lbs of muscle and no fat which i thought might happen when using so much protein

I have been using Optimum's Pro Complex for better than five years and it is still the best for protein needed for muscle building. The fat and carb content is very low, the price economical, and they improve it without taking anything away almost every year!!! To be fair other companies might be on the cutting edge faster but Optimum seems to take care, do research, and keep quality #1.

This product is great just recentley tried it mixes very well tastes great and seems to digest better than most other protiens ive tried. Also unbeatable 55 grams of protien and not as many calories as many others with that much.

I have been using pro complex for at least 8 months now, and I would have to say that it is, BY FAR, the tastiest protein shake I have had. It's inexpensive, easy to make, and offers 55 GRAMS OF PROTEIN!!! How can you possibly beat that? The vanilla is a little weak and the strawberry is a tad too potent for my tastes, though my boyfriend really likes that flavor. The chocolate is my favorite definitely. I highly recommend this product to anyone that needs a good solid supplement after a hard training session. I've gotten a lot of friends to try it, and they have all stuck with it.
