Just started using this product. Tastes kinda not-so-great, and it's tough to mix without a blender... ya get those lumps that sink to the bottom. I DO like this product though, because I have a problem with phynelalanin, (spelling), which is in many supplements. It's really difficult to find phynelalanin free products, so I'm glad that muscle link offers this one. The combo of different protiens is great, and I find that I am not hungry again for a couple of hours, after taking Profusion. Just an FYI: try doing a Google search on phynelalanin... it'll scare that beJesus out of ya.
