I took prolab creatine for about 3 months and I have to say it worked great. I gained 25 pounds to my max bench as well as about 10 pounds bodyweight. I also became a bit more defined looking because of the cell volumization, but it goes away when you get off it, but your new strength doesn't. I recommend it.
