I used this product last month beginning feb 10,07. I took 3 capsules rather than 4 per serving because supplements tend to work very well with me. Pros: I did notice after a week and 1/2 the pumps I would get were more intense. They also lasted longer than usual, not all day as advertised. I did have more energy. Cons: I play basketball competitively. I started to have heart palpitations (instance when the heart beats abnormally fast or off pace. They only lasted a few seconds with me) when I would sprint short distances and when I would get worked up. They did not get out of control but it scared me enough to ask a physician about it. He said the palpitations would probably stop when I stopped using it. I did have them for a week after the end of my cycle but now they are gone. FYI I have freinds that have taken Pump Tech with no negative sides.
