Today is my 4th day and I feel fine. I too have tried several products that didn't agree with my system, but so far this one isn't making me sick or have the jitters. My energy level is up and my appetite is gone. I started the 2 tab twice a day today and i'm feeling a more energetic than i need to but not jittery, so i think i'll go back to 1 tab twice a day and see what happens, but i'm determined to do this for 8 weeks. I'm 230, 5'7 i tell you results in 8 weeks.

I just started on this product. I made the mistake of taking the first pill after morning coffee before breakfast. My chest got very tight and painful. I think it was because of the caffeine on top of morning coffee. I took the next pill before dinner and have not had any bad effect. I will try before lunch and dinner and see if I can take this pill.

I used to need to drink one cup of coffee in the a.m. and one after lunch for energy. I work out 3 to 4 days/week religiously, and couldn't lose my belly fat. I was 6'0 224 lbs and never tried a diet product, so I figured I had nothing to lose. I'm on my second bottle, am 10 lbs lighter, no longer need coffee, and feel great. I heard that the product burns muscle as well as fat though - has anyone else heard this? That concerns me...

I am on Day 2 and I am officially done with this product. I could not sleep a wink last night and I feel so nauseous. I am very jittery and can't think straight. I tried to have some breakfast and I feel like I have to throw it all up. This feeling is not worth it and it is freaking me out. Everyone, please do not use this product!!!

I've been using this product for a few days. I have been doing exactly as it says - drinking alot of water when I take the pills. It helps to keep me from feeling so "ucky" after I take them. I do get the jitters, but it's only from the rush of caffinee in the pill, going thru my system, so I generally just ignore it the best I can. (I've had this same thing happen to me for many other reason, so... no big deal). I've also learned from taking prenatal vitamins that if drinking alot of water helps with the nausuious feeling. Those prenatal vits just did me in... so it's easier for me to deal w/ these pills since I've had past experiences with the symptoms. All I can say is that I plan on continuing with them cause I am desperate to loose this freakin' weight!!! :D

i just bought this product and it gave me energy however it made me feel sick and somewhat shaky but next morning i was fine, i took 2 pills and it didn't make me feel so good, so i'm going to stop taking it for a awhile and see how i feel, if i take anymore it will be 1 pill and not 2,i do look slimer but i don't know how i feel about the product, could you people tell your experince with it and what are so of the side effects?

I have used numerous products over the years. I was 265 lbs after the birth of my second son. The first year I used everything you can buy, dieted, exercised. I lost 90 lbs that year. This past year I used this product and it curbed my appetite well. I lost 15 lbs I stopped taking Rapid Slim and switched to another product. I gained 10 lbs in a month and was starving again! I couldnt control my cravings and had reduced energy I decided to try RS again. So far after 3 days my energy has returned and I am dancing around the house again, leaving half of my plate with food on it and lost 4 lbs. I cut back on the diet soda so I dont feel the jitters. If I take RS with a protien shake with skim milk in the am, I dont feel nausea and no jitters at all. I have the energy to hit the weights and aerobics again.

I started using it yesterday and I took two pills before lunch and two before dinner. It gave me SO much energy--I literally worked out all day. It made me very hyper I felt like I was intoxicated. Later on in the night I was spending time with family, just sitting around (this was about 5 hrs after taking any pills) and I could feel my heart pounding incredibly fast. I was shaky.

I had been using Rapid Slim SX for a few weeks, with great results, when I developed severe back pain. Turns out I had a Kidney Stone. The Kidney Stone is not directly caused by the Rapid Slim but caffeine is a major cause of Kidney Stones and since Rapid Slim contains as much caffeine as 2.5 cups of coffee per 2 capsules, it is easy to think it was a contributing factor. I started using the product about 2 weeks ago. With a full dose, I felt very jittery. I reduced the daily dosage to half and I feel just fine. I've noticed that my clothes are fitting much better and my face is clearing up which I would also attribute to all the water I've been drinking. Try it!

I tried rapid slim once before and it made me feel jittery, nauseous, dizzy, etc. So, I stopped. But lately I have been working out 4-5 times a week, and so I started back taking them. I don't feel as jittery anymore, and I don't feel nauseous at all!! I don't know about any extra weight loss (already lost 4 lbs w/o pills), but I do feel more energized and less hungry! The difference: I am actually working out now to burn the extra energy I am getting from the pills!

Well... I am a 37 year old male. I am 5'11" and weighed 216. I started the product and was at 212 lbs. I have never used a diet product ever. I have used one bottle and felt no jitters. I have been eating Subway, Sun-Chips and either water or Coke for lunch. One day a week is burger,fries and Coke. My dinners are the same with the family. I am down to 206 as of today. My buddy and me weigh ourselves in the medical/doctor office at work. So... I have lost 6 lbs. with the product and no eating after 8PM too... I think it is helping. The fat on my man-boobs and stomach front is noticeable less.

today is my 3rd day was doing good with no jitters until my boyfriend asked me on the night of the 2nd day why i couldn't sit still. Didn't realize it. Then day 3 in the a.m. I took 1 and that was at 9am by 11am i had the shakes and felt the heat rush to my head. Had to get food and drink. Still haven't gotten rid of the jitters, at work and just shaking my legs. I will give it another day but, if i can't stop the jitters i will stop using them. Haven't notice any weightloss but constant urination..which any water pill can do.

I started taking it 3 days ago and I have lost 4 lbs already. I eat about 1000 - 1200 calories a day and Exercise 3-4 times a week. It curbed my appetite well and I felt fine taking 1/2 of the dose, but today I took the full dose and I fell really strange not jittery but the opposite, really sickly. On one hand I notice a huge difference already in the way i look, but on the other hand i feel like crap. I am not sure if I will continue to take this or not.

I thought the product was another way to fleece the insecure. When I saw it at the drugstore later that day, I was moved to purchase it because of coincidence. I have been using RapidSlim SX for 3 days now-2 per day. Thus far I have not experienced any nausea or vomiting. I have lowered my fat and caloric intake as well as drinking lots of water daily. I am also doing an intense exercise daily-P90X which helps. I can truly say that the pills are likely to be giving me additional energy only because I am not eating enough carbs/protein as recommended with the p90X diet regimine to sustain me through the day. I do not feel tired and I am able to do 2 workouts per day for 1 hr each/every other day. So far I have no problems with the product and will probably not exceed 2 pills per day.
