I have taken this product for a while now, and have found it to be helpful for energy. It definitely got me through a few all-nighters during finals week. However, I have not found it helpful with weight-loss. I excercise regularly, and eat about average, in terms of healthy. And it really hasn't seemed to do more for my weight loss than just the diet and excercise did. I'd recommend it as a stimulant only, otherwise, it's not really worth the money.

I started redline by drinking the drinks, they gave me energy, but not for long,,,when I found out they came in pills, I tried them. At first, they made my stomach hurt and I felt really jittery, but after about a week, my body got used to it and I started seeing results. Everytime I take them, I have the sudden urge to use the restroom, but maybe thats why I am loosing so much weight!! I have lost 38 pounds so far in 8 months!! Skip the drinks and get the pills-trust me!!!
