I saw the infomercials and I thought Relacore was something I could use because I tend to be thicker around my midsection. So I bought it and I was really surprised after three days it worked my belly was gone! But then it started coming back and my hair was falling out. I drink a lot of coffee my heart was beating so fast and irregular I felt like I was gonna die. I had no idea it was because of the combination with the Relacore.

I tried Relecore in Feburary 2007 with a calorie intake of about 1100 per day and exercise; with good results. My hair fell out,my face broke out b, did not relate that to the Relecore so I continued using it for 2 more months. This time my results were horrible. The belly fat returned and it was anrgy. It was like I'd woke up the sleeping GIANT of FAT. Never has my belly looked more flabby and disgusting. R am pleading with those of you who may have only the C-section flab; please spend your money on something else. This product is not only a temporary fix, it actually seems to cause fat to return where it once never was a problem. I am now going to a boot-camp work out and have reduce my calories to 1200 per day. Unfortunately, Exercise and lots of it is the only way we are going to beat the FAT!! GOOD LUCK to all.

I am a mother of 5 children and a police officer. i am stressed to say the least! i also have belly fat from 5 kids that i was trying to loose. first dose of relacore i was calmer and less stressed. i swear by them now! this is 4 wks now and i love them!!I can t tell when i take them and when i dont! I even started babysitting on my days off!! lol THEY WORK!! try them!!!

I used Relacore as prescribed for probably 3 or 4 months when suddenly I began to have severe acne. Shortly after, I started to lose my hair and I am talking handfuls at a time. I am afraid to take a shower because of the hair that I will see in the drain. I am going to have to shop for a wig because of the bald spots! I did lose some inches around my waist (temporary) came back at DC of the pills.Please Don't buy this unless you are prepared for the possible side effects! I hope my hair will come back and you won't lose yours.

I took my third dose of Relacore this morning and went into anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction). On my second dose, taken last night, I noticed a small welt on my hand. During the night, I felt kind of itchy but thought nothing of it. I took the third dose this morning. Within minutes I started feeling strange. My tongue started tingling. When I looked in the mirror, it was swelling up on one side. I started to get very shaky and felt my heart racing. I am a medical student and have some blood pressure equipment at my house. My heart rate was 146, with some rhythm irregularities. My blood pressure was 164/98. (I usually have a very low BP and heart rate ~55). The paramedics left about an hour ago after I stabilized. I would NOT take Relacore again. When I read reviews of others who had similar experiences, I dimissed them as rare events. This was an absolutely terrifying experience.

I tried this product for about three months. I saw no results in weight loss, I did feel slightly calmer, but I broke out in really bad, really large, cyst like, acne all over my face. When I realized it was the Relecore that was causing the acne I dis-continued taking it and my acne cleared.

I purchased Relacore just 2 weeks ago. I am 46 years old 5'8" and weight 160, I diet and excercise but I just can't seem to get rid of my belly fat. I figured I would give this product a try. Why not? In the past I have had pretty bad PMS and my stress level at work is quite high. I am hoping that this product might just level off my moods and help me loose that small amount of belly fat. So far I have not lost any weight, and though I feel some what calmer the next week or so will determine how effect the mood enhancers are. The only bad thing I can say for sure is that my urine smells somewhat and is brightly colored. But the color is typical of vitamin consumption, so that doesn't worry me.
