I have been using slimquick for approximately three weeks and have lost eleven pounds. While I do not beleive that slimquick alone is the sole reason behind my weight loss, it certainly has been a wonderful aid. I have been cutting back on my portion sizes and moderately exercising. However, the powdered slimquick drink mix has dramatically helped cut cravings for sweets, reduce my appetite and provide the energy I need to live my extremely busy life without sugar or excess carbs to get me through the day. I have not experienced any ill side effects and will continue to use this product until I have reached my goal.

I am younger and smaller too and most people do not like that I want to take this, but I don't like coffee or soda, so I thought the caffeine intake would be ok for me. I do have a low blood sugar problem so not eating in the morning is a little hard, but I have been taking SQ for a few weeks now and it definitely keeps me going. Like others I also get the jitters but if I get up and move they slowly stop. I do daily exercise in the morning, 20 min. on an eliptical and a 20 min abs work. I actually haven't noticed weight loss but I have noticed my weight moving around. I can fit into jeans better, but my shirts are fitting differently. Im hoping to see bigger and better results in a few weeks, my workout plus calorie counting should add up to a few lbs gone in 4-6 weeks. I do highly suggest giving SQ a try it is well worth it. Just make sure to watch your calories, and keep yourself moving or it will take the same affect as an energy drink, caffeine rush then make you very tired! Good luck!

Day 1, Monday, 11/9/09: Went to sleep at 1:30am the night before (had a sick 13mo old), woke up for work at 6am. Was completely exhausted, eyes were burning. Had my normal routine cup of coffee at 6:10am. Took 1 SQ before I left the house at 7:15am with no breakfast (I usually eat breakfast at work around 9am). Had a great, positive boost of energy (was cracking jokes with my 12 year old son while dropping him off at school, b/c he wasn’t as awake as I was, he didn’t find the jokes so funny). I didn’t feel hungry at all! Because I do love food and want to be healthy, I made sure I ate. I had a banana at 9:15am. Drank tons of water in between then almost finished a packet of low carb banana nut oatmeal. Then it was lunch time. I had little tastes of a couple of appetizers (was taken out to lunch for work…this was the real test!) and was already feeling full in my pants. I was able to finish my small salad with grilled chicken. I stuck to water and refused coffee as I would normally indulge. I was definitely coming down and hitting a rock by the end of my luncheon but knew I had to be patient and wait for that next 1 pill when I returned to work (take 2nd pill 6 hours after the 1st is taken). I thought about dessert, but that was it, just a thought (normal habits are hard to not think about!). Now this is what passes the test, I’m a HUGE chocolate fan, you can see my eyes light up when chocolate is mentioned. Well, I had my pick of several FREE chocolate goodies from king size Reese’s Peanut Buttercups, Dove Chocolate bars, Snickers and Klondike Peppermint chocolates from the person who treated me to lunch (with other co-workers). Guess what I chose? NOTHING! I did not crave 1 piece of darn chocolate ALL day long!!!! My co-worker KEEPS Peanut M&Ms AND regular M&Ms on her desk and normally, I can’t resist! I didn’t even have 1 today! = ) I ate a cheesestick for an afternoon snack, then a pear before I left work to hold me over until dinner while I ran some errands. You wouldn’t believe how much left over Halloween candy I have in my house (hence the reason why I need the assistance of a product like SQ), NO cravings and had NONE today! I ate some rotisserie chicken breast with some steamed, lightly seasoned green beans around 7pm. That was it for me. As mentioned earlier I have a 13mo old (and a 12 yr old). At the end of March 2009, I started the South Beach, yes, that was hard after indulging throughout my pregnancy and after while nursing. After I stopped nursing and returned to work, I knew this extra weight wasn’t going anywhere without a fight. I had lost a good 10lbs +/- on the South Beach. So I’m 5’3” and started at around 180lbs in early March 2009. Got down to 170lbs with South Beach by May. In April, I started exercising, walking/jogging at least 20-30 minutes a day, 3-4 days a week, even on vacation. I was committed. I got down to 160lbs by Aug. 2009. Man was my progress slow, but I was so determined, I wouldn’t give up. ..until I moved (to a different house and area). That’s where it all went downhill b/c I didn’t have the same hills and routine since I’m not in the same neighborhood anymore and the weather is colder and it's darker in the mornings, I just want to stay in bed. I must have lost muscle b/c I got much slimmer after I stopped working out and still lost weight. So I had gotten down to almost 155lbs (pre-pregnancy weight is 150lbs, but even that’s too heavy for my taste, a healthy weight for me at age 32 is 140lbs at minimum which is my goal weight). This is when my co-workers really started to notice my weight loss (and the fact that I had to buy smaller work clothes to fit properly). So now I fluctuate between 155lbs-160lbs. It has always fluctuated day to day for me, so that’s normal. I think it’s way too soon to weigh myself after taking just 2 doses of SQ, but I will weigh myself by this Sunday and see what the results are looking like. So my goals are: 1.) To wake up at about 5am to do at least 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill then sit-ups etc on my workout bench at least 4 times a week. 2.) Stop munching on unhealthy foods and snacks (such as chocolates and Halloween candies!!!) 3. Eat smaller, healthier portions of food 4.) Drink more water to rid of the water weight I’ve been told it’s best to work out in the mornings before you eat because you burn the old calories from the day before, jump starting your calorie burning day! Not to mention the afternoon and evenings are dedicated to my kids. I can go through my day feeling good knowing that I got my exercise in already and don’t have to worry about it or feel pressured to still have energy for it, it’s done already! This does increase my energy during the day time at work too (exercising alone-w/o any supplements). So knowing this, I’m excited to see what results lay ahead for me with SQ. If only I can get into that morning workout routine again and continue to eat healthy, I think I’ll get to my goal weight by my 33rd B-Day, 2/26/10. That’s a little over 3 months for 20lbs, maybe not realistic, but that’s why it’s called “a goal”. I do have high expectations of this product, but that’s because they advertise so many great benefits (reduces bloating & PMS symptoms, increases energy, reduces cravings, etc, etc). I’d really like to keep a weekly record in providing my review of this product because if it works for me, I would hope it works for the next person that decides to give it a chance. The worst that can happen is it doesn’t help you and you return it for your full refund before the 30 days (bought my bottle at a local GNC retailer, 30 day money back guarantee on all items. Already returned the QuickTrim, that was crap!). As far as the funky side affects that some feel, there may be some ingredients that just don’t agree with your body, unfortunate, but it happens. I am a coffee drinker and love my coffee (for the taste), I bought decaf today and had a small cup around 8pm. I skipped my normal afternoon coffee and had to take baby steps in cutting back on that. So far, I have not experienced any jitters, only light headaches, like my brain may be over stimulated (like right now), but it’s the first day and my body has to adjust. I think it’s great that you start off with 1 pill then build up to 2, that’s smart and makes complete sense. I would do that with any other supplement out there even if it wasn’t advised or directed. You never know how your body is going to react to such a supplement. I’m hoping I won’t have to increase to 2, but I will if I need to. I promise my weekly updates will be WAY shorter!!!! Good luck to you new SQ users!

This is my very first time ever taking any diet supplents. I started off with the cleanse and then tried the Naturals. I've been taking it almost a month now, with diet and moderate exercise. I've lost almost 8lbs, minimal side effects. I've got energy, and the results make me want to keep it up.

I started taking the drink mix back in April and by the end of June I had lost 20 lbs. I started right away losing weight. I had energy that I had not had in years!I started to take up swimming 2 to 3 times a week and doing Aquacise. I watched my carb portions and my fat intake. I would drink the mix with 16oz. of water right as I sat down to eat so that it would fill me up enough not to eat so much anyway. I use it 2 times a day, with my lunch and dinner. And would not eat past 6pm. I have managed to keep that 20lbs. off using the Slim Quick Mon-Fri. The weekends I enjoy alittle. But I feel great! And I've gotten so many compliments, and questions about how I did it! So I would recommend this product highly!

Well, I bought this product 1 yr ago and paid $26.00 for it. I tried it for a few days but, I kept forgetting to take before I ate breakfast. I started back today at 5:20a.m. w/ breakfast. It is now 8:28a.m. and so far no jitters, crankiness or any of the side effects. I drink coffee alot but have stop because of this diet pill. I'm not hungry so I guess it's working? The next time I take it is at 11:20a.m. I used to take Hydroxy Cut and that stuff had me jittery and so full that I wanted to vomit even though there was no food in my stomach (1 spoon full of food), so I guess we'll see.

I tried this product in Jan of this past year. I used it in conjunction with moderate diet and exercise. I lost two pants sizes in two months. I stopped taking the pill in March. I have maintained much of the weight loss. Only a small re-gain. I'm on day two of round two with this pill. Why did I ever stop taking this stuff? I'm zipping around the house like never before! I already can feel my water retention going down. I'm going to the gym tonight and I'm jazzed about it! I love this stuff. This time I don't think I will be off of it so fast :D No bad side effects the first round or the second.

I took Slim Quick for a month. It didn't work for me. My cravings were not reduced nor did I have more energy. In my opinion the only diet pills that work are the ones that require a prescription, like Phentermine or Bontril.

I have struggled with weight all of my life. During my pregnancy with my son, I gained 55lbs. Now that my son is 3 1/2 and I can no longer blame the weight gain on "just giving birth to a baby" I decided enough was enough. I have been on SlimQuick for a week now. I have been exercising a minimum of 3 days a week for 2 hours each day and consuming 1200 calories or less. I have already lost 5lbs and feel great! The only thing I dislike is the jitters I feel from the caffeine, but aside from that I highly recommend SlimQuick to any woman wanting to lose weight.

I have been taking Slimquick for two weeks now and I have to say that as far as reducing my cravings IT WORKS! But it does make me very sleepy and not to mention very cranky. I dont think that Slimquick is the best choice for me as far as dietary supplements go because as a stay at home mom I do need the energy to deal with everyday chores and for the sake of my husband the mood swings have got to go.

I have been taking Slimquick for over a week now and it has given me horrible chest pains and I have had problems breathing. I have also felt like I have anxiety and the jitters. I didnt have any of these symptoms before taking it. However, it did give me alot of energy and I havent been hungry. The only reason I wouldnt reccomend this product is because of the chest pains.

Slimquick has helped me slim-down a great deal. I have been taking this product on-and-off since March, 2009, and have trimmed-off 3 sizes! I went from a size 14 to an 8 while eating regularly and exercising a minimal amount. Some products do not work for everybody, but Slimquick definitely worked for me. :)

I did the cleanse for the recommended seven days and it was AWESOME! I did have some slight cramping and bloating - but overall it was pretty amazing... I usually have a really difficult digestive system and laxatives are so harsh and painful...not to mention "unpredictable". The cleanse pills worked way better than anything else I've tried. JUST MAKE SURE YOU ARE DRINKING LOTS OF WATER! I started the supplements today - so far, a little jittery... but I haven't eaten yet. We'll see how it goes! I'm hopeful :)

i had my son one year ago befor i got pregnant i was 117 lbs. size 5 after i had him i went back down to my same weight and size but it did not last for long. after i had him i got my tubes tide and i think thats why i put on weght i am 127 lbs. and a size 9 i just need to lost those 10 lbs. that every one know is the hardest ones to loss. i started the clenser first but it did not work for me at all.i did everything it said and nothing but i think the reason for that is because i have IBS-C. i started taking the slim quick diet pills one in the morning and one in the afternoon. i lost 2 lbs. in my first week. the only side effect i got was a headach. it felt like having to much caffine. once i went into my second week i started 2 pills in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. i think it was to much for me. i am 4'9" so im very small. i started taking other pills with enzvmes for digestive problems that has to do with my IBS-C. i end up in the hospital. so i am not sure if it was the slim quick going from 2 pills a day to 4 pills or the enzymes or the both put together. i stoped taking them after that but i disided to try them again with out the enzymes or any other medication. it does give me lots of energy and helps with eating light meals because i do have a problem over eating. if you stay at home and do not have much to do they would not be good for you they give you to much energy but for someone that is busy and on the go and needs that boost it will be great for you. i am a mother that stays at home but i have 3 kids and tons of stuff plus i have a tredmill. i will post back in a week to tell you all if things are going well and if i have lost any weight.

Ok, I have been using this for 5 weeks. I have tried everything out there...even phentermine. I am one of the odd people who feels like CRAP on phentermine. I have NO energy at all. It DOES help me consume a LOT less calories..but at the expense of mood swings. My mom actually sent me this bottle of Slimquick w/ Green Tea and I tried it the first day...it was GREAT! It gives me JUST enough energy ( I usually get WIRED on any caffeine as I am sensitive to it). It does NOT make you lose 20 pounds in a month...unless you are really obese, counting calories, and WORKING out. I started out at 5'4 192 on this, and about a month later I am down to 183. It gives me JUST enough willpower to keep my calories at around 1,600 (average) per day. I am only taking two pills, bc more than that will keep me up at night. I do not work out AT ALL.I am going to start walking and I will not be home all day once I start college. Therefore, I imagine it will not be too hard to average down to 1,500 and get a mile in of walking ( I live in NYC so I don't have to try). One mile of walking burns over 100 calories for those of us who weigh over 145. So I imagine it will not be too hard to get down to 160ish by Halloween. My goal weight is 140ish...as that looks skinny on me..I am very curvy, muscular, and hold my weight well. This is NOT a miracle pill! YOU MUST COUNT YOUR CALORIES ON THIS!!!...at least if you want to get to your goal weight eventually. Yeah, you will lose weight eating less..but calorie counting is what does it...everyone should be in between 1,300-1,700 per day..and if you are working out..in between 1,500-2,000 per day..in order to lose weight. This gives you that EXTRA edge to just help gain control. It does NOT do it for you...if you put in a "little" effort..you should be set to go. I mean..just barely some effort and you can still lose a steady 4-8 pounds per month on this- I would say. I gave it 4 stars because it takes a lot for me to give 5 stars...a product has to be OUT OF THIS WORLD. This is very close...but still a nice solid 4 :). I would love to see more reviews from people who haven't just been using it a few days. Dear Lord people...give it a fair few weeks to give a little bit better feedback. Hopefully I can come back on here in a few months to follow up.

I am not overweight but I had put on about 15 lbs in the past two years and wasnt able to fit into any of my old jeans. I had already been working out for 5 months and lost 7 lbs without Slimquick. But I had reached a plateau and with an upcoming vacation, I decided to try Slimquick. I have been taking it for one full week now. The 1st two days I took Slimquick, I felt a little jittery for about an hour after taking the pill. Same feeling from having too much caffeine. But that went away by Day 3. But no other side effects.... everything perfectly normal. Today is my 1st day taking two pills at once and no side effects. I've lost 2 lbs in the past week however, i have noticed a great difference in water retention. The jeans that I could not button last week, now fit GREAT! I do not eat very healthy but I do not over eat and i work out 3-5 times a week (4 days this past week). I would definitely recommend this product.
