I started using Slim Quick with Hoodia about 4 days ago and it is true, when you do take this pill you need to drink 8 oz of water and eat something...probably better to take it with lunch as it says...or else you WILL fill nauseated. I have lost 5 pounds so far..i'm looking to lose about 50 so i've got some way to go...well 45 left! I'll update on my progress in another week or so! Good luck to everyone else trying this product, I do reccomend it! You just have to remember to be smart when using this pill...because if it's not used right, you will get a pretty crappy turn out. =]

I began using slim quick w/ green tea on 1/19/09 1 pill in the morning and 1 about 6 hours later. At first I was dissapointed when I saw I had gained one pound that week, went up to 164. So the this week 01/26/09 I began with 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills 6 hours later and did not eat chips. I do not exercise do to my schedule, work full time, full time mother and full time student. Even though I don't exercise, I see the difference, it controls my appetite and I have so much energy. When I begin to have cravings for sweets after 5pm, I take a slimquick powdered supplement mixed berries and mix it in water. The powdered supplement is really good and sweet, it satisfies my cravings for sweets. Today is 1/30/09 and now my weight is 159 I have lost 1 pound per day from 1/26/09, total of 5 pounds.

I started the cleanse a week ago. The first dose did make me a little jumpy and made me feel like I could do laps. But after the first time, it didn't do that again. I also combined the cleanse with the SQ Extreme. I've been eating healthy but not exercising yet. I would say I've lost about 6 pounds in the week. I do think the product helps curve the cravings like other reviews have stated. But I don't know if it was the cleanse or the Extreme. I think like anything the key is eating right and exercise. The cleanse didn't make me go poo or anything like I thought it would, and it didn't keep me up at night. I'm going to continue with the Extreme mainly because it was 50 bucks and its not hurting me. Hopefully its the one curving my appetite.

I used this about 2 and 1/2 months ago but only for 2 weeks. It says take in the AM on an empty stomach with 8 oz. of H2O. Then again 5 or 6 hrs later. Made me have no appetite all day. Some days I would have only 400 or 500 calories in the whole day. Also felt jittery and kind of out-of-it. 3 times after I took it I felt queazy, and if I didn't eat something, would vomit the pill and water. Afterwards I would feel fine. Excercised regularly and everything, but with the lack of calories, I only lost 2.5 pounds during those 2 weeks. Afterwards, I stoped using them and simply excercised regularly and made sure to only eat between 1200-1500 cals a day. Worked way better!! 2 weeks later I had lost 7 pounds, had energy, and felt great! Now I've lost a total of 25 pounds and I'm much happier I did it w/out Slimquick.

i started SQ last week, and i like it so far! i have NOT been excersizing, or changing my eating habits. i did not want a supplement that was going to make me starve, or crave for food miserably! i still eat whatever i want, SQ just prevents me from over eating! and i love that it boosts my metabolism, no stomach pains, shakiness, or headaches, and believe me, i've tried it all!!

I have been on the 7 day cleanse, and the only thing it has done for me, was gave me real bad gas! I have been hurting for about three days! What works for some don't work for all! I guess I was one that it didn't work for!!! Good Luck!

I am 22 yrs old, 5' flat and started out weighing 154lbs. I have the appetite of a P.O.W. So, I went to GNC looking for a product to help decrease my appetite. With the right help I was introduced to SlimQuick with Hoodia. Hoodia is an incredible product so I was happy to find a dietary supplement containing Hoodia. I am not on any specific Diet, just eat healthier and eat 4 meals a day and a snack. I work out about 6 hours a week and the SlimQuick helps with my energy which help to build my endurance. The Hoodia suppresses my appetite so I can eat 4 small meals to boost my metabolism. I now weigh 143lbs and have been on it for a week or so. This product is fairly cheap and I think its worth a shot - bet you've tried tons of stuff that does not work, eh? Give it a shot!

Have been taking slim quick pills (green tea) for about a week. I also work with a nutritionist to ensure I am not eating too few calories. I am 5' 6 1/2" and weigh about 150. Looking to lose 30 lbs. So far, I have noticed no weight loss, but have had increased appetite and frequently urinating. Like every hour on the hour! The up side, is my workouts are getting easier due to the caffiene boost I suppose. Not sure if this is worth the hype yet. Anyone else have the same reaction?

I've been using the Slim Quick Hoodia supplements for 11 days now, in compliment to a lower carb / gluten free diet and exercise, and I've lost 12 lbs. I am 26 years old, 5ft 5" tall. I started this at 232lbs and a size 18 relaxed fit jeans. I am now at 220 and my jeans are getting loose. I work in childcare, and this product is perfect for me! It helps boost my energy and it keeps me calm and upbeat (even lowering stress) and allows me to not nit-pick at snacks I prepare for the kids. I can go several hours between meals without being ravenous. I haven't experienced any negative side affects-- all positive!!!

Well I just started the Slimquick powder packets yesterday. I am 18 years old and 130 lbs. I am very active, exercise 6 hours a week and a vegetarian. I am looking to lose ten to fifteen pounds. Despite constantly watching what I eat it is very hard to drop those 10 lbs. I also don't have caffeine often so these packets give me an energy rush without the crash. So far amazing appetite suppressant- it'll help me avoid all that greasy food at my college's dining halls. I plan on using it for a month.

I did the slim quick cleanse, I lost 12 lbs. in one week, but i did it to clean my system. I didn't have the same late night cravings as i used to, and I didn't crave as many bad things! This product does give you some unpleasant side affects, around the 3rd day for me, but that is what it is supposed to do! They don't last long, and at the end of the 7 days you feel great! So stick with it!!! =]

This product did increase my energy and made me thirsty. However, it gave me diarrhea and made me nauseas. Made me pretty much miserable.

Well, This is my first morning with SQ (with green tea). 1st pill was about 2 hours ago with the recommended amount of water, and about a half hour later I had a "breakfast shake". I'm not hungry, jittery or irritable...yet. I hadn't planned on taking any weight loss supplements (this time around, but the commercial has been catching my eye for months, and it makes sense that I'm not losing weight when my boyfriend can. I'm 5'4" and 180+ pounds. I don't own a scale, am pretty sedintary, and munch on salty foods all day at work. I've been working on taking my calories down to 1200 a day for about a week, and I thought I could use a small "boost". I will post in 1 week to offer any tips, tricks, or just plain complain if it isn't working for me.

I'm 22 I have 2 children....my starting weight was 160 at a height of 5ft 4in, I dropped down to 154 in about 3 days...I was really surprised! However, on the second week, the box says to double the dose, which I did, and I feel so terrible. I feel very, very dizzy. I think this amount of caffeine is just way too much...my body does not know how to react to it. I'm so used to just drinking water, and I hardly ever consume anything with caffeine, so I think that's why I'm getting this kind of reaction. There are pros and cons to this product. The pros would be that it does give you energy, make you less hungry, and indeed help you lose weight. However, they way it makes me feel is just terrible. I'm going to try something else.

I started this product with the cleansing for seven days. And boy does it clean out the toxins in your body. I continued right away with the next one - the weight loss one - and have taken it for the past three days. I have alot more energy but I am still hungry too. I have decreased my calories to about 800 per day, drank alot of water as it said and so far in the past week I have dropped 12 pounds. It works but you do have to reduce calories and exercise a little like it tells you to. It takes effort - but you will see results!

I started SQ on Monday. It is now Thursday morning. I have had a bad headache everyday. Also, if I don't eat RIGHT when I start to feel hungry, I get VERY aggitated and shaky. I also feel hungerier than before. I am used to having caffiene everyday so I wouldn't think the caffiene in these pills should bother me. Not sure what to think.... I have lost a couple of pounds. Will keep trying for several more days but if I continue with a headache everyday then I'll stop. I haven't noticed a real change in energy level either. Hope this gets better.

I am 5'2" and 130 lbs. I recently started exercising daily and thought a boost of some sort would help me along. I have a class reunion in 6 weeks and I'd like to lose atleast 5lbs. I've read many reviews on Slimquick and it seemed to be what I was looking for. It is 1-7-09 and I took one tab before breakfast this morning. I didn't notice any change except that by the time I got to work only 1 hour later I was starving!! So, I decided to take one more since you can take up to 3. I noticed my hunger pains and stomach growlings stopped. Usually I have a cup of coffee and and toast at 7am which holds me until lunch. I'm ready to eat and it's not even 10am! I'm hoping that when I take the lunchtime dose it will start to take more effect on me. I'll post tomorrow with an update.

I turned 42 this year and have been noticing problems with the metabolism more than ever. I'm 5'6" and 251 pounds. In August, I was 232 pounds; I've been between 225 and 235 for years which is what I weighed in high school -- no joke! I figured it's just the old metabolism slowing down so I started exercising more and eating less, but the eating less part was harder and so I've actually been slowly gaining. I also got a bad case of bronchitis 2 weeks ago and couldn't work out and my weight went up 258 in 2 weeks! Now I'm exercising again, but not energetic at all -- losing weight, but not feeling better. I purchased the packets and took one already; it's been a couple hours and no jitters so that's good. Since SlimQuick is especially for women, I'm hoping to start feeling more like myself. I will post results in 10 days.

I have been doing the slim quick 7 day cleanse for 5 days now. I am definitely getting rid of the toxins in my body. I have so much more energy. Not the jittery energy that most diet pills give you but real healthy feeling energy! I don't feel sick or tired anymore. My body has already started to change. I have a lot of weight to lose, about 70 pounds but I feel like I am finally on the right road.

I had a baby about a year and a half ago. I gained 85 lbs during my pregnancy. I had lost almost all of the weight and was working out regularly. I don't believe in diet pills but I wanted to try the Slimquick powder drink. I did some research and decided why not its just one box. I drink coffee and diet coke nonstop anyway so the caffine wouldn't be bad. I have been using it for five days and I can't believe that at 8 pm I still have energy to do household chores. I told my Mom how great it was and that I have lost about 4 lbs that I believe is water weight. She is going to buy a different flavor and try again. I am surprised that it not only seems to help me find energy but my stress from work in diminishing and I am just all around more happier.
