I started this product two days ago and I have been in the bathroom with diarrhea and stomach cramps after each pill. My appetite is decreased and I feel more energized but not sure the side effects are worth it. I have 10-15 lbs to loose so we shall see.

Today is my second day on SQ and I feel dry mouth and skin..Nothing too big to be concearned about. I did have a problem falling asleep last night 9the first day)but I will try it today. I like the boost of energy it gives me! After reading through the comments and reviews, I feel it will work.

i'm on my 3rd day of the original slimquick without hoodia (the appetite suppresant). i don't feel any more energetic than usual. i've been following the directions strictly and honestly, i feel even more hungry on slimquick than when i wasn't on it. it makes dieting a lot more challenging because i feel like i'm starving and actually want to eat more than i usually eat. other than that, i guess it's going okay. it's only been 3 days so we'll see what happens after a while. i think i might consider trying slimquick with hoodia. that might be easier.

I'm on my second day of this stuff and I couldn't hardly get to sleep last night. I was tossing and turning and had to get a glass of wine to calm me down. I felt like jumping rope or something and my heart felt like it was about to jump out of my chest. I dunno I'll try for a few more day and keep you posted.

Like most of us I have tried everything under the sun. I have taken this product for over a year off and on. It makes me crave water which is a plus, I never feel hungry which aids in portion control. The other effects is what has kept me using this product time after time. Unlike most diet pills I never feel jittery but it has a great energy booster as well as a wonderful hormone balancer in it that makes you feel good. I have lost an over all of 40 lbs. none of it has come back and continue to lose even more. I have found that I like the original better than the new formula or the extreme versions. Good Luck I highly recommend!

I used this about a year and a half ago to get ready for an event. I worked and I lost 10 pounds in two weeks, but it made me very irritable. If I ate anything close to the time I took the pill, it would make my stomach hurt. I would recommend taking it on an empty stomach and waiting a while before eating. But don't forget to eat! These pills will make you not hungry, so don't forget to add fuel to your body. I'll be going back on it after the holidays, because of course, it all came back. Like anything else out there besides diet and exercise, it will only be temporary if you resume your regular eating habits. Hope this helps!

I just started a couple of days aga and I have to say that I do notice that I have more energy and I dont feel the need to eat all the time. I Jazzercise between 5-7 times a week amd do walk about 2.5 miles several times a week. I'm 5'3 and weigh about 180. I was on the diet pill called Phentermine and lost 30 lbs in 3 months, but you can only take it 3 months at a time. You have to get it from a doctor. I do notice that with this pill its not doing much for my stress lol. I'll keep you updated :) Goodluck All

To make a long story short, This product almost landed me in the hospital. Horrible diarrhea, shakes, jittery, headache, and although Im not diabetic, my blood sugar would not climb above 81. I ate and it just went right through me. When I quit taking it after almost 2 weeks I had a horrible caffeine withdrawl headache and just didnt feel right. The first week was awesome, the second was horrible! The only thing I liked was losing 5lbs in a week. Some love it, I hated it!

After 1 week of using it - I lost about 5 pounds . It does help me stay focused. However, my exercise has been inconsistent because it feels like I have a stomach virus. Really, I am certain it is the pill and not sure if I can handle these side effects any longer. It is a shame, because I felt like it was working. My boyfriend commented that of course it is working - it is like you have a 24 hour laxative!

I tried SQ about ayear and a half ago. I followed the directions as written because I am very cautious of OTC drugs. Being a nurse I always investigate thouroughly. I was convinced this would work. The first 2 wks were good. Then as I increased my dose I started losing too much water and my potassium drppoed so low I had to have an intravenous admin of potassium. I now have recurrent problems with palpitations due to the effects of low potassium and my doctors arestill trying to find the damage from this drug. in response to the other comments, you pee like crazy becaiuse it contains a diuretic. BE CAREFUL

At the recommendation of the clerk at my local shop, I've been on SQ for the past month. Used as directed, I found absolutely no effects with 1 or 2 pills. When I moved to 3 pills, 2x daily, I did notice a benefit - appetite control. I started taking pills b/c I was looking for a way to break my 4 month plateau (lost 60 pounds in 6 months, nothing for 4, with increased stringency in diet/ exercise). I am 5'6, currently weigh 204 pounds, and keep a 7 day a week workout schedule. I am happy to say that the plateau has broken (I've lost 8 pounds in the past two weeks), but it is hard to say whether it was the SQ, changing up my exercise plan (added 3 more h of cardio/yoga), eating (Atkins instead of calorie restriction), or just perseverance. At any rate, starting tomorrow I'm going to switch to Relacore. I'll give that a month as well, and see what happens.

I started taking Slimquick 8 days ago and i'm feeling pretty good about it. I've always been one of those people that couldn't take diet pills because they always made me feel funny. Not SQ. I'm still taking the one pill 2x a day but will start taking two next week. so far I've lost 6 lbs. I'm eating much better than I was but not following the program to a T. I'm not snacking at night really unless I haven't eaten much during the day. I found that happened mostly on the weekend. I'm feeling really good and my stomach is much flatter already. I have lots of energy and feel really alert. Going to bed has not been a problem but I'm always doing something til then. Lot's of energy means I move around a lot more. Keep you updated

Yesterday was my first day of taking SQ and also the first day of ever trying diet pills. I will admit, I was a bit shaky at first, I almost felt buzzed at work! It required me to focus a lot harder than normal, which kept my mind off of snacking. Usually on my way home from work, I'm stressed due to the traffic, but yesterday, I stopped at the gorcery store and planned my meals for the rest of the week. When I got home, I had enough energy for a moderate workout and snacking while watching TV never crossed my mind. SQ isn't a miracle pill, but it was kept me more productive and less pre-occupied with eating during the day and into the evenings. I'll report back in 1 week.

Hello!! Well, today was my first day using Slim Quick. I woke up and took my first pill a half an hour before breakfast. I decided not to have my morning coffee since there is already caffine in the pill. I must say, I feel pretty good. No complaints as of yet. I did end up getting myself a coffee this morning. The pill did not give me as m uch energy as I thought. I am currently at 5'2 145lbs, I post again in a week! Good luck!

I've never used diet pills before, so needless to say, I was very skeptical about what product to use. I started SQ this morning and experienced a jolt of energy. I ate a healthy lunch and went on about my day. I noticed that I'm much fuller than I usually am at this time of day, have avoided the office goodie jar and have opted for fat free milk instead of soda. On the flip side, I'm a bit jittery. I almost feel buzzed and I need to focus a lot harder on each task. I start a work out regime this evening and can't wait to burn off this energy. I will add updates periodically. I hope to help someone else out. Wish me luck!

so far i'm happy. i started taking s.q. only two days ago and already i have lost one pound. i know that might not sound like a lot but i'm only 5'5" and 130 lbs. and only want to loose 10 lbs and so far i think this is the product that's going to get me there, and fast. the greatest thing about this is that since i only take one ppill at a time i feel ZERO side effects but lots of energy, and i used to try lots of different diet pills. this one seems like i could happily stick with it.
