This gives you absolute energy, I just had my 4th baby and unlike the others couldn't lose the weight.. no energy and really no motivation, I started using this and usually from other pills get sick or moody, But I found this levels me out and gives me ample energy with the light exercises I'm feeling alot better and feel the difference in movement as it comes easier.. I recommend lots of water and I mean alot..

I started SlimQuick this week. I have noticed that I have more energy. I am 5'5 and weighed 211 lbs. I needed major help! I have already lost 4 lbs. I was a diet soda addict and have noticed that I am not drinking as much soda. I also am not having as many sugary food cravings. So far so good!

This product was horrible. The first pill went o.k and I had a lot of energy which helped. By the time I took the second pill it caused me to feel like i was on meth. I felt paniky/hyper/wide eyed. It gave me chest discomfort, heart pounding and numbness down my left arm. I thought I was going to have a heart attack and Im only 29!

I took my first dose of 3 rapid release capsules of Slimquick Hoodia for Women last night before dinner. I was unsure how far before dinner to take it..but by the time I drank the 250 recommended mls of water, it was about 30 minutes. I started to feel dizzy and kindof buzzed. Similar to a rush. I felt a bit gizzy and lightheaded. My head also hurt, but only for about 20 minutes. Then, it went away, and I realized I was not hungry. I still ate my dinner, but afterwards, I just didn't want any food. I also didn't feel dizzy anymore. Today, I am trying just 2 capsules before lunch and dinner. We'll see if this makes a difference.

This is my second day on slimquick and I feel less tired then I did on day 1. I am used to taking a supplement and a fat burner before working out so I hope all will go well. I work out 5 to 6 days a week so we will see what happens in a week or two. Will let you know what happens. I am 5'6" and 148 lbs now, will post again in a week.

UPDATE: I wrote about 2 weeks ago when I first started to take the pills (Below) I have to say, I dont really think I lost any weight in 2 weeks. I guess I feel a little more energy, and I haven't felt any jittery feelings (thank god, I hate that). So, all in all, I'm not sure about this product. I think sticking with the regular workout and diet will work just as fine, if not better. I'll keep taking them for a little while..see if I see anything good happening....

I currently am 5'1 and weigh 120lbs. I wanted to loose some weight and get down to a healthier fit size of 110lbs. I love to eat and figured trying a vitamin supplement would help. This product has helped significantly in suppressing my appetite and gives me a lot more energy to work out after a long day at the office. I take the recommended 3 pills per serving and dont get the jitters or any side affects that I have read about. Its been about two weeks now and I have lost 5lbs, and feel great. Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone needing an extra boost with their diet and exercise. This product does exactly what it claims, it is a supplement, not meant to make you loose weight without diet and exercise.

Three weeks in, 5 lbs. down, so far so good. Love this stuff, I'm a big evening snacker and now have to remind myself to eat, also can't finish my lunch salad these days! I think this is a great product to get your body used to eating less!

I gained 15 pounds over the winter from overeating and bad fats..and not exercising enough. I'm 5'11 and started at 190lbs in March. My goal is 165.I love working out and belong to one of the best gyms in the country. I love eating healthy butneeded an extra catalyst so I tried SlimQuick Hoodia. It didn't do anything! I lost 5-7 lbs in 5 weeks because I was working out 5-6 times a week and cooking healthy meals. Im in a wedding in 2 weeks so decided totry regular SlimQuick. After a few days I have noticed a bigdifference. My appetite is decreased and I have more energy at the gym. I have not felt sick or jittery, but I have had trouble sleeping. I'm going to make sure not to take them later than 5pm. So far I'm impressed but I wouldn't recommend Hoodia pills. I wish I could have my $65 back or 2 free bottles of regular SlimQuick.

I just took my first pill today and I already feel more energy. I have been known to get nausea/ headaches from different pills, so I'm a little worried after reading some of the other reviews. I'm 5'6, 135 and would like to drop about 10 lbs. I work out at the gym 5 days a week, and just can't seem to get rid of the 'pooch' and love handles (uhhhh, frustrating!) Ill keep you updated on the progress.

i'm 5'5 and my starting weight was 148. it's been a month and a half and i'm now 135. it's really helped my appitite and i was going to the gym a lot. i lost weight from all parts of my body. at least 2 inches off each. i got really busy and stopped going but kept up with the pills, i didn't gain any weight back but i didn't lose any either. only con for me was that if i didn't eat after i took the pill i would get naucious. but besides that it's going great and i like it a lot!

Slimquick with Hoodia was a disappointment. I thought because it was "designed" for women it was actually going to do something for me. Instead of helping me lose weight along with exercise and eating right, it only caused me stomach pains and loss of energy. I'd always be complaining that my stomach was hurting or that I'd feel lightheaded and irritable. I felt like I lost a few pounds in the first two weeks taking it, but then I realized it didn't supress my appetite; it didn't keep me from wanting to snack on food. I've ditched these pills and am trying another diet pill I've used in the past that works. If you are going to use this, please drink lots of water.

I started using this product 3 days ago and I feel horrible.I have had a bad headache all three days along with the jitters. I will not be taking this medication anymore. I would recommend losing weight the old fashioned way, at least I know I will feel better and keep the weight off for a while but good luck to those who are still using it!!!!

I bought this product this weekend, I am 5'11" and currently weigh 168lbs. One year ago I weighed 135 lbs. I am not wanting to lose that much weight but would like to get down to 140-145. Anyways I had bought relacore and did not use it because of the side effects listed on the product, so I thought I would try slimquick, but I purchased the product this weekend and have not started it. The reason I have not started it is because it specifically states not to take with other medicines, and currently I am suffering from bronchitis and allergies so i am taking an antibiotic and an anihistamine. I really hope this product will help me, I have a bad habit of eating snacks in the evening, and I am hoping this product will at least curve that appetite.

I am reading the reviews on Slim Quick as I am wanting to buy this product today to try to drop some weight before a wedding at the end of this month. I am convinced that this is a great product to help me achieve that. But, first and foremost, a lot of you already are underweight for your height! I am 5'1" and 140. I am a size 4 (a little tight, but I refuse to buy new pants), but I do have a larger chest. When I am reading about women that are 5'5" and 144 and wanting to lose 20 pounds, this is ridiculous! No wonder our country and generation is obsessed with super skinny models! That's all...off to buy Slim Quick! (Yes, I do realize the irony in my statement. :))

So, I've been using SlimQuick for just about a week. I have noticed that I have a little more energy. Or at least more focused energy. I'm not jittery and can sleep fine. I don't crave sweets as much and when I really am hungry I find myself eating less. I don't need to lose much weight but want to lose about 15. I'll repost in a couple of weeks.
