Has only made me sick

3 Aug 2007 - Diane of Iowa, USA writes:

I started taking Slim Quick on Sunday and today is Friday and I have been so nauseous, loose stools, no appetite at all and no spunk at all. I guess these just aren't for everyone and I have stopped taking them. I have never felt so sick. This was all from one pill!!!

The only diet pill that I like

1 Aug 2007 - Glenda of Arizona, USA writes:

I've taken many diet pills in the past ranging from Dexatrim to Hydroxycut and SlimQuick is the only pill that I actually like. The other pills either gave me bad headaches, constipation, acne or made me extremely irritable and this is the only one that does none of the above. Yes, I do have to pee a lot on these pills, but that doesn't bother me at all. My husband says I don't need to take pills or even lose weight, but I take them because besides my tendency to gain water weight I have an insatiable appetite (which these pills help to curb) and the pills give me a burst of energy for my workout. Normally if I don't take Slim Quick before my workout I have to force myself to finish, but these pills make me want to keep on going.

1sr week complete, and....

31 Jul 2007 - Anonymous of North Dakota, USA writes:

Hey all, me from North Dakota again, and I have come to report my finding. I agree the pill can sometimes make you stomach feel queasy and it does make you feel the urge to go to the bathroom a lot but for me the pros out weigh (no pun) the cons. I have lost about 4-5 good "keep-off" pounds but I've noticed the slimming right away which I feel is encouraging me to keep with it. The energy is amazing you actaully want to work out. Gonna get my gym membership this week and will report back next week. Overall rating so far is probably 8/10.

I was not going to post my results because I was embarest to admit that I had to take pills to loose weight. I hope that maybe somebody like me will benefit from it. I was 194 lbs and my goal is 118.Good luck.

Just awesome

29 Jul 2007 - Kevin of Kentucky, USA writes:

You should use this product hands down. It will cause some stomach issues but If you start with one dose the first 3 or 4 workouts and work your way up, you will be fine. You don't need 3. 2 will easily do the job. Won my last bench competion. I won't say this stuff is the reason but it certainly didn't hurt.

Good so Far

18 Jul 2007 - Simone of Florida, USA writes:

I've been taking SlimQuick for 1 week. In the last year or so I have put on about 15lbs and its been so hard to take it off. appetite control is average in the AM, but once I take the second serving it really kicks in. My issue re:appetite control is in the evenings, so the fact that it does a good job for me is great. I also get increased energy without much jitters, Ive added 30 mins to my cardio but the BEST thing so far is control of mood swings ... I am a perfect dragon when I'm experiencing PMS .. I would take SQ just for this benefit LOLOLOL ... seriously So far I've lost 1/2 inch on my waist and my thighs I expect that the coming weeks should be productive

Slim...Quick?

27 Jun 2007 - Rachael of Iowa, USA writes:

Within one year of marriage I went from a size 10 to a size 14. I think a lot of it had to do with hormonal issues, but my eating and exercise habits were also out of whack, so I decided to get back into shape. I wasn't sure about diet pills, but heard good reviews about this one and thought I'd give it a shot. I've been taking it about three months now and am already seeing improvements. I'm not losing tons of weight fast, and I didn't expect to, but my clothes are a bit looser and I feel great. This may not slim you "quick" but it will boost your energy, suppress your appetite, and just make you feel good. P.S. I haven't followed to booklet to a T, but it has very helpful info in there.

not miracle pill, but it does work

26 Jun 2007 - Lillian of Virginia, USA writes:

My starting weight is 180. I'm 5'6 and use to be a swimmer, so I have lots of old muscles and fat on top of that. My past experience w/ diet pills is that they give me really bad jitters, and a hard time to concentrate. Slimquick has a semi-low dosage compare to other brand of diet pills, which gives me less jitter and allow my body to loose weight at a more healthier rate. I've been taking slimquick for 2 weeks now, and so far I've lost 10 lbs. Pros: decrease appetite, increase in energy, isn't cold all the time (burning more calories when I'm not moving) Definately sweating more during workout cons: some jitter, a bit harder to concentrate, dry mouth, gives me gas :-\

I always have to pee!

20 Jun 2007 - Heather of Florida, USA writes:

So, I've been taking this for about two weeks now. As far as losing weight? Not sure how much fat, but i've lost a good five pounds of water weight. I'm constantly drinking water, and constantly peeing. Even when i don't drink. I have had a curb of appetite, and have been easily irritated as well! Glad to hear that i'm not the only one. hope it helps!

Day 7...from Anonymous -IL

20 Jun 2007 - Anonymous of Illinois, USA writes:

ok so it's day 7. Still have energy but I did not lose not 1lb! in fact it looked like I gained 2lbs (scale's words not mine! lol)could be water gain considering menses about to start soon. I'm still watching what I eat, counting my calorie intake & exercising . So I'll take it up a notch maybe by drinking my protein shakes (soy)in place of my morning meals and increasing the elliptical workout. I'm really not that excited though about doubling up on these pills though. And yes this pill definitely has a laxative effect lol. I'm not one to actually try these get slim quick gimmicks but considering the FDA approved Alli that actually might be something to consider also ladies. I'll follow up in another week!

HMMM...

18 Jun 2007 - Regina of California, USA writes:

I started taking SQ today and I took 2 before swimming. I had a surge of energy, I swam for 45 minutes straight. Came home had a healthy lunch. Took a shower got ready for work. And now I am starting to drag. I am feeling kind of lightheaded and dizzy. A doctor I work with told me to jut take 1 pill it is probaby the caffeine that it has that is the problem. I hope to lose weight by my birthday in October. I am 5'4 and 200lbs Even if one pill a day helps me lose weight slowly it is better then not losing weight at all. Good luck to all on the program and. I will check back in a week to post my results.

Some Side Affects

17 Jun 2007 - Anonymous of California, USA writes:

I used Slimquick by the book for about 2-3 weeks. The first week, at a reduced dosage, I did notice that my appetite had reduced significantly, and I had increased energy through the day. The second and third weeks, though, I started having very unusual headaches and some equilirbrium problems. I stopped taking the product immediately and have not had these syptoms since. Although the pill might not be directly related to whatever was going on, it was enough for me to stop taking the pill.

Hmmm...

15 Jun 2007 - Jane of California, USA writes:

Ok, it has been a week since I first tried SQ. SO far I have lost 1 pound. The 1st week (taking only 1 pill per dose), the pill didn't do much to curb my diet, but it gave me a kick of energy. I also had to pee ALOT. BUT TODAY was the first time I tried 2 pills per dose, and I DEFINITELY FELT THE CURBING!!! I think my body just needed more than just one pill to feel it. I'm really excited now, bc for lunch I had a half cup of cottage cheese and 4 slices of peach, and it felt like I had eaten a 3 course meal. Drink LOTS of water, or else you could feel a little sick. I drink about 5 bottles a day. Gives me more energy to exercise. I will check back next week to let you know how much weight I have lost. (Oh, I'm 5'6 and 154 lbs...well NOW 153). God Bless

not impressed

13 Jun 2007 - Veronica of Connecticut, USA writes:

I've lost 20lbs due to diet and excersize over the past 3 months and wanted something to speed up the weight loss process for summer. So I started SQ yesterday and it's done nothing to curb my appetite, and I feel really irritable (is this a common side effect?),it def has a laxative effect and I pee like crazy!!The one thing I can say is that my energy levels are higher so I can work out for longer periods of time....I just don't like feeling moody and if I don't feel like my normal self within a week I'll stop taking SQ.

Day 1

13 Jun 2007 - Anonymous of Illinois, USA writes:

I think day 1 is an important day of any weight loss program. I can say as an avid exerciser I had more energy today than ever before I did the bike thinking I didn't want to over exert myself with the elliptical and after 25min of moderate to high intensity I felt like I could go on for another 15 -20min. So if anything if this product gives me more energy for working out I'm all with it! will give you an update after the 1st week.

week 1 completed.

11 Jun 2007 - Lani of Hawaii, USA writes:

well.. week one is over and i thought i would let you know my progress. i LOST 4 lbs! right now my weight is at 131 lbs i'm so happy ;). i worked really hard this week exercising everyday for 60+ mins and still watching my caloric intake. my parents think i exercise to much! the first week trying the product gave me a headache a couple of times but they went away including having to go alot. im closer to my goal of 125lbs thats 6 lbs more! so i'm hoping by the end of the month i'll be 125. last night i went to a family gathering since some relatives came from Connecticut. my cousins, aunts, and uncle saw a big difference and said i looked better, which makes me happy to get compliments like that. to this date i lost 24 lbs from regular diet and exercise to using SQ for this week. i hope you guys are having success.

I'm confused

8 Jun 2007 - Jane of California, USA writes:

Today is my first day using SQ. I took it at 7am this morning, and I didn't feel a thing. Maybe it's just me, but when it said it was supposed to curb your appetite, it hasn't really done it yet... its 2:14pm and i have already taken the second dose an hour n 15 mins ago. As far as energy goes, I'm not really sure if I feel more energized either. I really hope this crap works. I'm going to follow everything they say to do. I'm just scared that this might be some type of sugar pill that makes me THINK I'm acting differently. But its only been day one. I'll check back after this week is over...
