Day 3 of Slim Quick - I've always been an active person, but once I stopped working out I gained 30+ pounds! In January I did Hyroxicut and worked out about 5 times a week. I've lost 36 pounds since January but am facing my last 11 pounds to lose and can't seem to get my scale to budge!! I started taking Slim Quick 3 days ago.. haven't really noticed a change. I have to pee about 8 times a day and it gives me a slight headache which i think is from the caffeine. I hope this thing works!!

im back guys. well it's day 4 of the SQ diet i've noticed that i get irritated easily. which is a bummer! i'm still having to pee and use the bathroom ALOT. i hate having to go, go, go at night it ruins my sleep! ive been exercising everyday for 60+ min (60min of cardio on the treadmill)and the recommended exercise (Advanced stage since i'm very active) in the SQ pamphlet. I have a lot of energy taking the pill, i run like a mad marathon runner trying to win a race haha. still counting my calories and watching what i eat(i don't get hungry much though). i decided not to weigh myself yet untill i have completed a week of the pill. i'll report back again.

I just started SQ. yesterday, 6/5 and I weigh my self b4 I started. I was 175.6 but I always go to the gym. I find my self peeing more frequently and I had lot more enery. This morning 6/6 I weigh 174. I am so happy and will finish taking the whole bottle. I hope to lose 15 more LBS.

I just started taking the pill today 06.04.07. I figured that I'd try this out since I hit a MAJOR plateau doing the "normal" diet and exercise for 2 months and I lost 15 lbs. Ive always been an active person but I guess if you still intake more than what you expel through exercise you stay at the same weight. I worked really really hard exercised everyday cut down on junk food and mostly stuck to salads, Subway sandwiches and watched my caloric intake. My ideal weight is 125 lbs since im 5'3 right now im 135. I hope this thing works I've already noticed that I had to pee more. Some people wrote reviews about having to go a lot more often. I'll keep you guys posted in the progress. Wish me luck!

I am currently on my 4th day of taking SQ. I am 5'6" and I weigh 200 pounds. I began taking SQ four days ago and I have lost 3 pounds...but I have also been going to my YMCA and working out 2 - 3 hours five days a week. I notice I am not as hungry and I don't crave any snakes. I actually feel like if I where really full most of the day...I will keep you guys posted it.

I have not seen any major changes yet, but I also haven't expierenced any bothersome side effects. I like that the doses are reasonable; I don't have to take 3 pills 3 times a day like crazy. I urinate more frequently, which is annoying but I guess that is a sign of good metabolism. I will finish the whole bottle and I hope I see pounds dropping soon.

I Just started SQ today. I am very hopeful that it works. My current weight is 192 At 5'7. The only thing I have noticed is that when I took it this morning, by 10am I had stomach cramps. I hear it is pretty much like a laxitive. Maybe this is normal. I will keep going. I will post later if it helps.

this is my first day on this product and already i can feel it working. normally i can't stop thinking about which is why at 5'7 i weigh 160:( when i first looked at the diet/excercise program i thought they were crazy thinking a piece of toast and 2 slices of cheese (which i only ate one) would fill you up but now i see why. after just my first pill i don't feel hungry and i have so much energy which is great because i have a very high strung nine month old. the only thing i would watch out for is the fact that you could get used to feeling energized all the time and become dependent. i definitely wont be using them more that two months, and i worry that once i stop taking them my appetite will come back:( other than that, they work great!

As for the thinning aspect, I haven't seen much progress in the 4 weeks. I don't have a scale, so I couldn't tell you if I've lost lbs., but my clothes still fit about the same. I too had insomnia with taking the 4/ day so went down to 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. I have less cravings for snacks. Hoping to finish the bottle and maybe try something else. Any suggestion would be welcomed. Mary

I started my work out plan January 1st. My New Year's resolution was to lose 30 lbs by October which is when I get married. When I started my diet, which consists of working out 5 times per week (cardio & weights), lowered my calorie intake to 1300 per day & 100 oz of water, I weighed 155 & a size 9! I was always the skinny girl of the group until I had my daughter-6 years ago!! Today I am now 123 lbs & a size 3!!! I can't believe it! I was so excited. I think this product is wonderful! It allows me to workout every evening after working 8 hours, cooking dinner, cleaning & spending time with my family! I have energy & am extremely motivated to maintain my new lifestyle!

I also get motivated to work out and have been eating less. The only bad thing is that Its hard to sleep at night.. but itll do with finals coming up.

I've been using Slimquick since Monday (April 30). I'm less hungry but I realised that I DO need to eat the snacks that they recommend otherwise I will be hungry. I'm less bloated, and I lossed 2lbs already! I do alot of excersises which helps alot. I'm also very red and hot after going to the pool which was not like that before....

So this is my second day. I've lost 2 pounds so far but I am also on a low-carb diet. So, the weight loss may be the pills, but it may be the lack of carbs, or both :) One thing's for sure... although I was just a tad jittery and had a headache all day, I was very alert & energized causing me to clean house all day (good 'cause I needed it!). Tomorrow I begin the 2 pills/day regimen. Will report back later.

I just started the diet program today. I did the Medi weight loss clinic and lost 75 lbs after having baby # 2. I was in hog heaven. However, over the past month almost 10 lbs has come back. I also noticed I'm craving carbs and drinking less water. I live in FL where it is summer time in April so I wanted to get down to my goal weight of 125 and stay there. I was initially thinking I would just go back to the medi weight loss clinic, but they were just going to tell me to go back into ketosis and have me take Phentermine again (one of the side effects is hair loss - Im just finally growing mine back). In the end I decided since I just wanted to lose a little under 10 lbs, I'd try SLimquick. I currently weigh 132.5 lbs. I'll check back in a week and let you know how I faired.

I started taking slimquick about a week and a half ago without exercise. I don't weigh myself but I was a size 18 and now my clothes are loose. I have to force myself to eat and I I'm always doin number 2s which is fab as I as constipated before.
