I started off doing the 7 day cleanse, which I was worried about because I anticipated being in the bathroom for a week. I continued with my...um...normal bathroom habits. No change really, but it did give me some stomach cramps that made me FEEL like I would have to run to the bathroom. I lost a pound and a half during the cleanse. I've been taking the regular Slimquick diet pills for 3 days and continued calorie counting and alternating between cardio and strength training(nothing too strenuous or time consuming) since I began the cleanse. All in all I've lost 5 pounds in just over a week! I love it. Its a boost, but you should still watch your calorie intake and exercise to really get the benefit.

I am not overweight but just wanted to loose about 8-10 lbs. before vacation in 3 wks. I just have some left over baby belly since my 2 1/2 year old was born. I don't excersise, I just run after my kids alot. I started 3 days ago on the slimquick power added to water. I have lost 5 lbs. already. Yeah! I have not been hungry at all and I feel great. I am drinking 2 a day and have to force myself to eat 1 meal a day just for nutrition. I can't believe how fast I lost the weight. I used this product 2 years ago and saw amazing results within the first 2 weeks however I stopped because I had become pregnet. Three days ago I started taking the naturals one with the green tea. I already lost a pound. I am following the directions to the T. I limit my caloric intake to 1400 a day and drink lots and lots of water. I am making healthy food choices not tring to use this in conjunction to a lifestyle change not just a quick fix. I also work out daily including jogging,biking,jumping rope,and weighttraining ans pilates. if you are in general good health and use the product properly , in my opinion you will see great results. I am sure it will also work as a quick fix and you'll still be able to eat ho ho's and stuff, but you will surly gain it back, so what's the point in that?

I have noticed that most of these raving reviews are from people writing after using the pills for a week or less. I bought SlimQuick Cleanse, Packets, and Hoodia. I used the cleansing pills and followed their recommended diet. After 4 days I had lost about 5 pounds. Wonderful? Yes.. but too good to be true. On the fifth day I started experiencing horrible stomach pains to the point where I did not think I would be able to get out of bed and go to work. As soon as the cleansing period was over, I immediately gained 3 of the 5 pounds back. I have now been using the packets and hoodia pills as instructed by the company. I lost 4 pounds the first week I was on it and have been at a stand-still ever since. I have been basically starving myself and working out every day and am not seeing any more results.

I began taking Slim Quick on Monday, May 11, 2009. I initially weighed in at 234.9 pounds. The following week- Monday, May 18, 2009 I weighed again (as I am tracking and noting progress) and weighed 232.6 pounds. The following Monday, May 25, 2009 I weighed 231.2 pounds. On Monday June 1, 2009 I weighed 228.0 pounds. In 3 weeks on SlimQuick, I have lost 6.9 pounds... that's not bad considering that I didn't have to starve myself. I do try my very best to eat right- THERE ARE NO OVER NIGHT MIRICALES! And anything that may be close to it has it's consequencs, and is usually short lived. I take a slimquick at 8am on an empty stomach with a full glass of water. I make it a point not to eat for atleast an hour or longer if possible. When I can't hold out anymore, I drink a cold SlimFast for breakfast. Again, drink a lot of water through out the day. At lunch I usually eat a Healthy Choice tv-dinner, or something light like that. I continue to drink a lot of water. If I find myself hungry again later on, I treat myself to a piece of fruit or some lite yogurt. For dinner, I eat normally... maybe it's pizza... or McDonald's... or maybe a sandwhich... what ever it ends up being, I DON'T OVER DO IT. During the day I do not drink anything except water. I drink atleast half a gallon of water each day. At night I drink soda or whatever with my dinner. Each day I count my calories in everything I eat AND drink- being very careful NOT to go over 1500 calories per day. On the weekend, I do not over-eat, however, I am a little more relaxed. So, what does SlimQuick do, you ask? Well, it helps take the edge off... it helps "curb" that craving. It provides energy. All in all, I have had to have a lot of discipline. Do I recommend SlimQuick? ...ABSOLUTELY! Will it work for you? ...don't know. Everyone is different... maybe it will, maybe it won't.

I have been trying the regular Slimquick Caplets for less than a week and I noticed an immediate difference. Like most everyone else, I made the mistake of taking two at a time the first time I took it (caffeine typically has little or no effect on me so I thought "what the heck"), and worse, I took it at about 3 pm. Needless to say, I got NO SLEEP that night and couldn't eat the rest of the day or following morning. I waited 24hrs then "started over."Since then I take one in the morning and one at lunchtime, with WONDERFUL results thus far. I know most of you are saying "one week is too early too tell" but I have already lost more than 5 lbs. My biggest problem has been my moods and my appetite, which usually go hand in hand. The Slimquick has made me much calmer and more focused, yet more energized. I have no idea how that is possible, most diet aids/supplements give you the energy, but make you unable to focus and slightly aggressive or short tempered, at least that is my experience. Additionally, it hasnt affected my sleeping habits like other supplements can and do, as long as I dont take it after lunch time. Additionally, I am ADHD and take Vyvanse for it, and it actually seems to work with the Vyvanse. ADHD meds can cause emotional roller coasters in people, and since starting the Slimquick, I have felt much more in control of my emotions, and my doctor is ok with it so long as I don't have any adverse reactions, which I haven't so far (aside from that first dose). I think people who are really sensitive to caffeine and stimulant should stay away from ALL diet products, period, all diet products have stimulants and/or thermogenics. I have taken ADHD medication since I was 8, so caffeine has no effect on me at this point (I am 27). My stats: 5'10", starting weight: 155+ lbs, current weight: 150lbs, goal weight: 140 - 145lbs. I will probably write an additional review in another week or two. The next one won't be so long, I promise. Anyway, In short, I highly recommend this product for women who have ah ard time controlling their appetites, especially those who are emotional eaters, or bored eaters, I am both; however DO NOT take this product if you are sensitive to stimulants and caffeine. Hope this helps some :)

hi ive been using the slimquick powder for liek 3 days now. i miust say it takes away my appetite. it also gives me a HIGH energy boost. i mean i havent sleot in now 2 days. i was onyl able to sleep 2 hrs. and i got so energetic i went running at 6am and it was freezing. it gives me a headahce though, right when im liek halfway through the bottle. but i makemyself drinking

So this is my 3rd week using the slimquick packets and its actually working! ive had no side effects that i can tell and im actually losing weight! i definitely agree with some of the other reviews in that its impossible to see results after one or two days on the product!!!! you cant be that quick to judge and in my experience nothing is going to work after a day or two! i think ive have been successful because i exercise daily and eat a well balanced diet and overall i am very satisfied with Slimquick and would definitely recommend it!! :)

Hey, I started taking this two weeks ago. The first day I felt horrible. I had bad side effects, probably from the caffeine. These include: jitters, nausea, sweating, dizziness, pounding heart. After the first day, I felt okay. I think my body had to get used to it and I had a lot of energy. But now that I'm taking 2 pills at once, it's affecting me again. I recommend NOT taking this if you have any heart problems. I have high blood pressure and slight panic disorder.

I have been using Slimquick Hodia for about 2 weeks, but not consistantly. On a few days I have only taken 1 dose (3 pills), instead of the reccomended 2 doses (6 pills). 1st week no side effects. Felt great. Yesterday, intestinial problems & severe cramping in lower abdomen on left side. I was up all night, contemplating going to emergency room. I also had to urinate frequently, & had the feeling of having to urinate, but couldn't. I don't know if the pains are related to the pills or not. I did not take the 2nd dose yesterday nor any today. I may resume today????

I started using the Slimquick powder a week ago. I was already losing weight with my change in diet and exercise but wanted to lose a bit more than I was. I do not have a problem with acne but since taking Slimquick powder my face has broken out. I'm almost embarrased to go out. On top of that, some days I feel light headed and on others I can barely swallow the stuff and keep it down. I went to lunch with my girlfriend the other day and I guess something in the food, which I've eaten before, didn't go well with the SLimquick. I got very weak and dizzy and finally passed out. Won't be taking any more of this product. It's not worth my life trying to lose a few extra pounds. I had lost 40 without the stuff.

Tried the powder version of this product after reading many reviews and it didn’t really work for me. I was hungry all the time and it made my stomach very bloated and gassy. I tried it for a week then gave up, thank god I only need to lose 10lbs. I will just stick to my normal diet and exercise program.

I am presently using slim quick pills with hoodia. I am on week two so still too early to know about the weight lost. However, when i first started taking them the first - three days made me very nauseas. i mean very sick on the stomach, but i toughed it out and by the fifth day everything was back to normal. My findings arthatit does suppress your appetite. I am very much aware of my food intake. I eat three meals a day but they are very small,saucer sizes. I notice that I can go until after lunch and not eat anything. That is way now I make certain that I eat at each meal time. But im not certain which stuff that is really bad for you that is in it.

I read pages of reviews on Slim quick prior to using the supplement and thought most were slightly premature (one day, one week) My review is analysis complied from 4 weeks of slim quick original and then switching to Slim quick with hoodia for 2 weeks. Quick stats/background on me: started at 163lbs at 5'9" and wanted to come down to 140ish. I walk no less than 3 miles a day (to and from work) and run 2-3 times a week between 2-5 miles. I also hike on the weekends. I eat no more than 1800 cals, 30g of fat and drink 1.5L of water a day. The first week I noticed a tremendous difference in my mood, energy, bloating and cramps during that special time of the month - all for the better!! I felt fantastic and still do but have a hard time actually losing weight. I do have to use the ladies room quite often so I make sure to monitor my hydration and you should as well while taking this product (especially if you are working out). My review of Slim quick original is quite positive as it has severely helped me maintain alertness throughout the normal day. However, Slim quick with hoodia I cannot say the same. The dose is higher and the pills are larger (not a terrible inconvenience but unexpected). I found myself downing coffee to make up for the lost energy and was much hungrier. It did not suppress my appetite like the original formula. I am down to 148 but with a lot of hard work. I took one week off from the slim quick original to see if there were side effects such as withdraw or lethargy – and I am happy to report there are no such symptoms. One last thing – as Americans we think more is better. I am fairly immune to caffeine effects and thought I was ok to start with the 2 pill dose from day 1. My heart pounded for about 45mins and was incredibly uncomfortable. The same occurred 2 weeks later when I tried 3 pills at once. While we have all read the directions on the bottle and think to ourselves “oh, 3 Tylenol pills are ok, this will be too” do not try it! You can also counteract your progress when you stop taking the supplements as your metabolism will decrease. It is a fantastic aid to assist with a change of lifestyle. I carry a pedometer on me during the day to make sure I am walking at least 3 miles. The pedometer not only makes me want to make the Slim quick more effective - slim quick gives me the energy to take a detour on the way to work just to get in that extra 1/2 mile. All of this coupled with the desire to lead a more active life has been a formula for success in my weight loss goals. Just a couple tips - hope it was useful.

I lost 117 lbs. 6 years ago using a diet aide so I was very optimistic. Although I do admit it took about 48 hours to get used to this product for me I use slim fast when I feel like falling out and exercise a lot!!! That is the only thing that is fool proof: exercise and of course your diet. Anyway this product has elevated my mood, increased my energy and definately taken off some water weight, it may be in my head but it's in my scale too.

Prior to using Slimquick I had started a diet and exercise lifestyle change, and for about a month or so I hadn't seen any results. I am 5'2" and started out at about 140 pounds, trying to get down between 115-110 (I gained weight a few years ago from medication I had been put on, and I'm dying to get back down to my old size). I started using the Slimquick packets about a week and a half ago. Along with a healthy, low-calorie diet and daily exercise, I've lost about 7 pounds in the last week and a half! Slimquick isn't a miracle dietary supplement, but it has given me that extra support and push that I needed to promote healthy weight loss. I would recommend it to anyone, along with healthy lifestyle changes.

I have been taking Slimquick for almost two months. I love it! It gives me a huge energy boost. I only take one pill a day... and I maintain my weight. I see all these reviews after one day, two days... etc... or people who aren't working out... Fat does not just fall off.. you have to work it off. All in all.. I am 5'8" and maintain my 129 lbs. I read the reviews for the cleanse and I am about to try it! Enjoy the product... start out slow... and avoid caffine! Great energizer!
