Ok ladies, I have been using the Slim quick mixed berries packets(for women) for about 2 weeks now. Now ladies I have tried everything on the shelf and only found small results, but this time WOW.... I am so happy with this product I have lost 8 pounds and 3 inches absolutly super...but this also is with a low cal diet and walking 1-2 miles a day. I am 5'0", in May I was 150 pounds and begining of Sept. I was 128 but had come to a stand still. This is just the boost I need I have no side effects and feel great all day long. Jan07 I lost 85 pounds on my own with healthy eating and exercise. Over the last 3 months Ive gained back 13lbs. I can feel the weight. Picked up more hours at work, stress at home, and just not enough time to work out much So I decided Id give this a try since they finally have something other than pill form. This morning was my first time taking it and I still feel a bit odd but Im eating some breakfast and starting to feel better. Im 5'6 and weigh 159.4 pounds as of this morning. My goal is to get to 145. So a total of 14.4 pounds Id like to get off.Ive always been so nervous to take anything like this because Im so afraid of the side effects but Im going to try it this time! I will come back and update after the first week.Wish me luck!
