Okay, I have been using these for about 2 months now. The first rew days I took only 2, 1 each after a meal, and realized I only needed 1 a day. I had to get used to the effects. At first I was always hungry, so I thought and was eating more. Since then, I've been less likely to snack, it even helped with my sugar addiction. Also, I do feel it working. I think it helps a lot with inches because my clothes do fit different. I lost 9lbs in 2 weeks. I also changed what I am eating. I don't have as many cravings, even when stressed. I only eat out if it's necessary. But lately I have been tired all the time and had headaches and chest pains and lung pains. I am going to keep taking them, but speak with my doctor about what's going on. Even though I had cut down my eating out, last week it happened a couple times more than once a day, I'm in the process of moving and it's easier and I gained back 3lbs. But I'm not worried. I'm being more sensible and not scarfing my food down, eating more consciously. Good luck!

Pros: The greatest thing about Stacker products is that they provide an immediate "thin feeling." If you are feeling fat one day or eat a big meal, the stacker 2 will help take that bloat away. Make sure you take with a full glass of water. Also, your energy goes through the roof. I like taking about an hour before I go to the gym because it really helps me push myself harder. Cons: Be very careful not to take more than directed. One time, I took 2 at once, and really thought I was going to die. I almost had to call 911. Also, avoid taking with alcohol. Myself and other people that I know that have mixed the two get extremely angry/moody.

In an effort to avoid High Blood pressure and lose a few pounds- (Im 5'9" 225lbs, doc says i should lose 10-15-, i decided to start an excercise program for myself, and Y not try to boost my efforts. I picked up a bottle of Stacker 2 and off I went. I feel great after 3 weeks. I have not got on a scale but I feel it. I used to suffer from low energy, so the energy that everyone else finds as a bad side-effect levels me off perfectly. I cant say I have any of the side effects. started using stacker 2 ephedra free back in 2006, while takin 3 pills a day with little to no exercise i lost 25 pounds in a little over 5 months. Ive since put the weight back on an decided to start takin them again but this time i exercised 3 times a week. i would not recommend taking them before a workout, doing simple exercises at the gym had my heart beatin like crazy forcing me to stop therefore cutting my workouts in half, i have actually put on weight this time around an have discontinued using the product

I had hear about these pills for a bit. Watched the ads, and just wondered. in May of 2008 I just happen to come accross them and thought I would try them. What would it hurt to see what happens. Well I didn't have any bad side effects. I noticed after 3 days that I felt full of energy and it just felt like I was losing weight. I didn't work out and lost 30 pounds in about 2 months. I then started to swim 3 times a week and still take 1 or 2 pills a day. In the past 3 weeks, I have dropped another 27 pounds.

Of course any diet pill you take you are going to experience some side effects. For me I felt them in the first 48 hrs. Rapid heart beat, loss of breathe, and major energy. BUT it seems my body has gotten use to them. I can tell already and have only taken them for 5 days. The only feeling i have now is the loss of appetite. Which is what my goal was. What I love about this is the benefit of energy I have now. I am much more productive now. I am happy so far with Stacker 2.

They did make me feel like I was going to bounce off the walls when I first started taking them. My body has gotten used to them though. I have been taking the new Stacker 2 pills that are ephedra free diet pills for about a month now. I take 1 pill after every meal which is about 2-3 meals a day. My judgement on them is that yes they work because I can see the difference, but it doesnt show the difference I thought it would give. It does have side effects yes, but I've only had headachs. I can fall asleep after I take them too. Overall they work propery if you use them correctly though I'm worried that if I stop using them again I'll gain back all my weight.

Decided to try again since losing 75 lbs. on the ephedra version 5 years ago. I'm 6'4 and was 310 lbs. got down to 235 lbs. with no regular exercise. This ephedra free version gives me terrible headaches but I lost the 15 lbs. that I put back on in just 2 weeks. I'm not goning to continue taking; the headaches are unbearable and I 've met my goal.

The old formula with ephedrine was fantastic. Literally the only pill that would guarantee weight loss without any effort. I dropped roughly 10 lbs. in a month without changing a thing, and then when I got serious and took these in conjuction with a vigorous exercise regimen I lost nearly 50 lbs. in the span of about three months. They were a godsend for a particularly overweight individual like myself. The bad news is that the stuff is essentially legalized speed. As stated numerous times here it makes your heart pound so hard you can hear it through your chest. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone over 40 or anybody with a weak heart. It also made me rather aggressive and hyper. Personally it was a small price to pay for quick weight loss, but you may disagree. Please note this review only applies to the old formula with ephedrine. The new one is useless.

The promise of a quick fix is hard to deny. I tried Stacker 2 for the first time (I had previous tried Xenadrine, Hydroxycut and fat burners). I have to say, Stacker 2 had the worst effects. My aunt had used these pills with amazing results and I thought I would try it (of course she didn't mention any of the side effects). I wish I hadn't tried them at all. I used the pills as recommended: 1 after every meal. Hence I would use 1 after all three meals. My heart was pounding horribly. At times it felt like I was suffocating and couldn't breathe. My mood changed to being incredibly angry and aggitated at the slightest things. I became depressed and anxious all the time. I finally begged my boyfriend to get rid of them. I couldn't do it myself. I felt so addicted to them. I don't recommend this pill nor any diet pills anymore.

THE BENEFITS: 1. Extremely stable mood (I'm someone who suffers from depression, OCD, and social anxiety. 2. More energy, which decreases my social anxiety, helps me be more productive, and without burnout suprisingly. 3. It does supress my appetite. However, there are some very serious side effects...THE DRAWBACKS: 1. Mild mania on occassion. 2. Rapid, irregular hearbeat and feeling like I can't relax. 3. I can't get to sleep without taking xanax, rozerem, and cold medication! 4. It's also very hard to regulate the correct dose. I found out early that 1 pill was way to much for me. I usually only take 1/8th to 1/2 a pill for 24 hours with 1 pill the maximum. So, for the long term, I'm looking for a stimulant I can regulate better that has less side effects to help me. In the meantime, this stuff is really helping with my mental health and to some extent my diet.

This product worked so well for me. Its like the fat was just falling right off of me. I took the pill 2 times a day and worked out 3 times a week. I have lost 47 lbs in just 1 1/2 months. I have never felt better. I will never stop using this product.

i have been using stackers for about 10 months and can say they do work, yes you get abit jittery and cant sleep but this only last a day or two, myself husband and friends take them. i was 10stone 12 pounds and now weigh 7 stone 9lbs so ive lost 3 stone and 3 pounds and never felt better i can go on and off them with no effects at all no jitters etc but i take stackers blue and grey label, white bottle. not stackers 2

i have been taking stacker 2 for about a week and it really does work for me at less. First off im in over weight i just wented to try the product. I first time i used it i went to the gym and this stuff had me working out like i was on pcp or something,and then i started taking them after meals, but i have trouble sleeping.
