I tried this product in attempts to help me cut before summer at 200 lbs, granted i did lose of of the water weight and some fat, it sacrificed alot of my muscle in the process and i felt as though i had never felt flatter and weaker. As well, i sweat like i was in a furnace and felt like i was on meth all day. The side effects are intense, but technically works if all you are attempting to do is lose weight.
