I have been taking Superpump 250 for roughly 18 months. After 3 months of continuos use (taken before every lift 4 or 5 times a week), I cycle off it for 2 weeks and continue to lift. I take that approach to any supplement as to deter any sort of dependence, just my personal approach. I have tried several other pre-workout, No explode and Animal Pump, I am most compatible with Superpump. Pre-workout products have varied success that all depends on the individual. I would advise talking to people you know who have taken the product for an extended period of time. Try several products because some will work better for you than others. Superpump allows for explosive workouts that are unmatched. I experience no adverse side affects, upset stomach or gas. I try to take it on an empty stomach but it's usually not a big deal if I haven't eaten 45 before. Good product and I hope it works for you!

Ive taken NOxplode for a tub or two, then my friend got me onto SuperPump. I was skeptical at first but after a test run at home i was so amped i cleaned my entire house. First day in the gym with it i almost got kicked out. With NOxplode i was maxing out around 120lb bench... within 2 weeks of SuperPump im up to 245lb! Since ive started, ive been kicked out of the gym 4 times for hogging all the weights and emptying the water fountain. If i had 6 arms id be curling 6 dumbells. Next time i go out to the bar im mixing it with vodka. The one downfall about SuperPump is the crash afterward. On my way home from the gym ive had to call my friend to pick me up on the side of the road. I passed out at a redlight twice, and ended up in a ditch once. One night taking the trash out, i fell on my face in the driveway and the trashmen woke me up the next morning. SuperPump rocks!

This product actually worked for me. But in my case i did not gain weight but actually i had more definition in muscles , get ripped, and i feel really the energy when I'm at the gyn. Just one suggestion: never buy the blue raspberry flavor, it works but it s horrible ...

From the very first workout I experienced an instant rush of energy and had the best workout of my life with a massive pump. The only drawback is the "comedown". I train at around 5:00pm so this really doesn't matter for me as I can just lay down and do nothing for the rest of the night but I would not like it if I were training before work! Bottom line, this product works! It does everything it claims to. Also note that I have not had any stomach problems or "superdump" side effects.

I started using Super Pump after coming off of No Xplode since many other friends suggested it. Needless to say, I hate it. I'm not having any of the digestive problems as others have listed, but the crash is absolutely horrible. In regards to the energy and pump, I barely feel any of it. It does wake me up, but doesn't add any real energy, where as, the previous suppliment could be felt after 20 minutes. Now this might just be me, since others react differently, but the crash I have is absolutely unbearable. First I feel weak and my hands shake. Then, it progresses into a bad crash that makes me feel nauseous and could only be described as hangover-like or even depressing feeling. This is just my own personal account with Super Pump, and I know many people who love it. Needless to say, I'm switching back.

I can see now why they call it superpump. i am 6'1 and have always been about 200 lbs. athletic and a decent build. My friend and i worked out in a gym for three months, no supplements.. We have been on superpump for a month and talk about confidence. You literally see results in the first work out. I saw my family the other day for the first time in a month and they coudn't belive the difference. bigger muscles and less body fat than they'd ever seen on me. 12/10 hands down.

I'm 5'11" 205 lbs, 18 years old. I play runningback and linebacker for my highschool, and i've been lifting and taking supplements for about 3 years now. I've tried several of the other NO products that are out there, and nothing compares to this. So far i've lost about 7 solid pounds of body weight after using my first tub, except all of my maxes have sky-rocketed. Stuck at a plateau? Take superpump! My overall vascularity has increased, I look absolutely huge (despite losing weight), and all of my maxes have gone in only the first tub, despite being in season and only lifting about 3 days a week. This stuff will get you jacked as well as NO explode, except you'll get even more of a pump and you won't crash. I've noticed how intense my focus is while lifting, and i honestly feel like i could pop my eyes out of my head if i wanted to. I look forward to lifting now not only because i love it, but because i'm excited to get some superpump in my system. By the way- i have an AP Biology class right after weights, and the extra energy and focus keeps me going in there as well (i have the highest grade in the class!). overall a GREAT product. I will recommend it to all of my friends and teammates.

I've been on Sp250 for 3 days now. Let me start by saying that I've noticed some extra energy and endurance, but it may just be the placebo effect. My pumps have been minimal. Comparing it to other NO products, I'd give it a 3/10. As for the side effects I'm experiencing: - bloating - very smelly gas/bowel movements - diahrreah - crash after workout I would avoid this product. There are cheaper, more-effective products with little to no side effects.

I'm finally back to the gym in 6 years and thought I would try using supplements for the first time. So I did some research and thought I would try SP250 and I'm glad I did! After 9 hours at work I have a protein drink before the drive home. After I get home I have 1 scoop of SP250 Fruit Punch with water and drink it on the way to the gym. This stuff is amazing! Even after a brutal "push" day I still have enough energy to come home clean the house and make dinner for the wife. I've been stacking it with Sizeon, a protein powder and Glutemine. Try it if you want some awsomeness, can't wait to try the orange flavor!

I'm in my mid-twenties and have been using similar NO products for a couple of years now. SuperPump gives me a decent pump (I'm 6'1" 190 lbs.) at 1 & 1/2 scoops, but not much energy. It's enough to wake me up at 6:00 and take my butt to the gym for 2 hrs after use, but my endurance on Jack3d was much better. So far, Vital Power from Vitality has been the best mix of energy/N.O. pump. Again, a decent product that does what it says, but taking cost into consideration, Jack3d (@ $26) with separate NO pills works better for me.

This stuff was sooooo amazing. The first time i took it, i was curling 20 lbs more than normal. I was also benchin 35 lbs higher. I was feeling huge and ripped. Besides the bitch tits i got(my gf says they are nice)this product is amazing. Also, the shits that come with it are extremely pleasurable. I also like the fact that it makes ur balls shrivel up like little raisins, and your penis become as small as your pinky. But other than the side effects, i gained about 30 lbs are hard lean muscle in about 1 week. Hope this helped.

Do not take!!!!!. I took it and this is the most miserable i have been from any NO product. For one it tastes sour. 10 minutes in you feel depressed, sleepy and sick. 15 after you poop you feel stupid. and after your workout you die. the end

Superpump 250 is a great product, one of the best out there, best pump guaranteed, the energy is not as powerful as NO shotgun, but at least you can go home from working out, shower, eat and go to sleep

I work at a desk, 40 yrs old, 6' tall. I take Super Pump, whey, and multi-vitamins from GNC, lift weights at home 5 days a week. When I come home from the office I'm so tired. I eat dinner, wait about 20 minutes, then take a scoop of Super Pump. On Fridays and weekends I take a scoop and a half. Half an hour later I jump off the couch and pump iron like madman for an hour and a half, loaded with power. All my max weights jumped right away. In 3 months I went from 200 lbs with my doctor telling me to lose my gut - to 218 lbs showing off my cut everything in a wife beater on the street. Side effects - I drink ALOT of water, then piss over and over again for about 1.5 hrs, I can't leave the house! The big dump thing...I think it cleans out toxins, so depends how you eat - I eat well - get a bit of a small very smelly dump, but I think hey, if that horrid stuff was inside me, I'm glad its gone now. Only complaint, I take it at 6pm, still can't sleep at 11 pm. Oh, there's some bloating - or is it still the same gut - not sure, probably a bit of both - I'm not doing cardio. I've heard you develop a resistance, but I'm going to chance it, off to GNC to buy another jar.

I have used this for 3 workouts now and it had definately done the job. I can lift alot more weight but the endurance for me is a little different. I dont have the endurance to do more sets of a lift because I increased the weight, but i do feel like i can lift all day if i switch up the routine. However it does earn its name of superdump.
