This product works decent but the minimal gains that are felt/made are not worth the trade off of always having an upset stomach and taking ten craps a day. Gaspari is a great company and Size On is awesome but this stuff just doesn't agree with my stomach at all and it is a distraction in the gym.

Hit the gym for the first time in 4 years after having weak results in the years past at the gym. Decided to try a N.O product and chose Superpump 250 Orange flavor. Personally I like the flavor and I would like to think that this product was part of what helped me gain 5-7 lbs of muscle in a month (after one tub). The pumps and fullness while at the gym was awesome. The only bad thing about this product honestly was that It makes you nearly run to the restroom post workout. I recommend taking it with a snack the first 3-4 days with 1 scoop. acclomate yourself! Good product, and will try this again, with Gaspari SIZE-ON too.

I got great pumps off of this and got more reps in with a heavier weight but the only problem i have is the taste is horrible, i hold my nose and stuff once i let my nose go i almost throw up, if you can stand bad tasting stuff id recemend this

Super Pump 250 is an amazing product. I have taken many other things in the past..I've been on Super Pump for about 6 months and the results have been outstanding. Within the first two weeks I could start seeing major results. Many people say that Super Pump upsets their stomachs, but for me, there is no problem. A few weeks ago my freind recomended NO XPLODE, so i went out and figured i would give it a try. Big Mistake. It gave me nowhere near the results i was getting from super pump, and it tasted terrible and gave me a sick feeling to my stomach. I am only 16 but i can say with full confidence that this is the best product out there.

I've been using this product for a couple weeks now, and the most noticable results are: Fairly quickly get energised and ready to pump some iron, however it upsets my stomach a little bit. This passes once i start working out. Fatigue is eliminated and the intensity is there! The down fall to it all is that when i take it, i feel kind of light headed, and dont quite feel normal, which is a bit worrying to be honest. Probably all the ingredients in the product. I'm 180lbs, 20yo, and use about 2 scoops. When using 1 scoop I find I still get a good kick out of it, but less of the intestinal upset and less of that weird lightheaded feeling. Definatly works, good pump, gain in muscle, overall i felt great in the gym. I use my superpump for the duration of the tub.. then take a week off so my muscles dont shrink.. But good stuff either way!

I used this product for like a month and i spent about 20 minutes in the bathroom after a workout. I drank it 30 minutes before i workout and i can feel the focus and the amount of energy it gives you. It helped me lose 10lbs in 1 1/2 weeks. All in all this product works and i reccomend you use it if you want to get big and burn fat.
