I used this product for about 3 months and it is great. If anyone is interested in making it even better choose your favorite gatorade(I used fruit punch) pour about 11-12 ounces into a blender a banana and 2 scoops of syntha-6 and you will have a protein shake beyond anything youve tasted before.

syntha-6 is awesome. it is the best proetin shake i have ever taken. the taste is amazing and really doea put on an effect while lifting. BSN products are by far the best. I have been llifting for about three months now takin NO-XPLODE, CELL MASS, SYNTHA-6 and have noticed a huge differnece in my performance and im gettin big. if you do not take bsn products start!!

Yo, Ill be honest...Ive read all the reviews this product has gotten thus far on this website and I have to agree on the taste of this potent protein shake! Just like the rest of us, I've tried various protein shakes in the past with decent results but just didnt look forward to drinking them when I needed too (lol) But man OH MAN, when I tried Syntha-6 for the first time...I couldnt stop drinking it. I totally look forward to drinking this product for months-years to come. I wanna go back to the gym just to get me another serving afterwards!!

I have used many protein shakes namely On Whey, Nitrotech, CytoSport MuscleMilk but I can assure one thing, Syntha 6 beats them all. Having tried it for 2 weeks now I might not be able to judge how effective it is on muscle growth but the fact that it has 2 things that amaze me... 1) It blends so well, with milk, with water -- purely effort less 2) It tastes THE BEST(I loved MuscleMilk BananaCream but I guess this one is a little better for the same flavour) The only thing I am not so happy about. . . I guess its a little heavy for my pocket and now since my brother tasted it, he just wants more and more :-).

Easily the best protein on the market, definately the best tasting. I've had banana and chocolate now and wow, super good. I've taken a couple different brands before and know how bad taking protein can be but this stuff is different, I actually look foward to drinking it everyday. It mixes better than any other protein on the market. No clumps.

This product from BSN is the absolute very best protein drink that I have ever had. I have tried most all of the major proteins and Syntha beats them all hands down! I have only bought the Chocolate flavor, but if you like Chocolate milk then you will LOVE Syntha-6. I have also tried the Vanilla and it tastes fins as well. It mixes up extremely well, just use a shaker, fork or a mixer and not a spoon and it mixes flawlessly. Thank you BSN for a protein drink that I want to drink each and every day.

A breakthrough in protein on so many levels. Syntha-6 tastes so good I would drink it even if it didn't have any benefits. But the benefits are great too. Extended release is great for before bed and in the morning to get through the first part of your day. A bit pricey, but there are online stores that sell for cheaper...

I've been using Syntha 6 for several month now, and it is the best protein I've ever used. It comes in some awesome flavors, chocolate mint and chocolate peanut butter taste awesome! It's a bit pricey, but you can find it online pretty cheap.

Ive been supplementing with protein for the past four years and have tried many different types. Everything from cheap to expensive proteins. By far syntha-6 is the best tasting protein ive ever tasted. If you use a lot of protien then you know how important the taste is. It is a little on the expensive side but in my opinion it is well worth the price!!

Use this sustained release protein in the morning as part of my breakfast. The blend of proteins is perfect for the morning, whey to break my fast and casein to continually give me some protein throughout the earlier part of the day. As flavor goes I have only tried strawberry milkshake but it is a 10/10 flavor, tastes like a real dessert. Would reccomend this protein especially for mornings.

This is one of my two favorite proteins. I use this and MAPS Freak Fix in a rotation. I love this one because it has a combination of slow and fast releasing proteins, rich with so many other BCAA's and tastes good. Not just that but its also low-carb, its great for guys (or girls of course) that are trying to get strong but not bulk like crazy. Sadly a bit expensive, so I always take advantage of the BOGO at {...}.

Got this stuff the other day from [] in an exchange for nitro-tech(which did nothing but make me run to the bathroom),only been using for a week now and i love this stuff.Easy on my tummy and tastes great,however with the recommended 2 scoops per day you'll be burning through this stuff in 2 weeks time,and with the price;that's expensive.overall 4 out of five.would give it five if they came down on the price a bit.

After trying multiple protein powders, both cheap and expensive, I've come to find that Syntha-6 is the absolute best tasting, easiest mixing, and greatest combination of short acting and long acting protein blends. Seriously this product is the best tasting protein powder I've ever used. Every flavor is great, and they keep coming out with more. Personally have tried the chocolate, vanilla, cookies-n-cream and mocca. The cookies tastes like a white cake, but the cookies all fall to the bottom. Nutrionally, it is excellent as well. Low calories, low sugar, the blend of proteins I feel honestly helped me make and more importantly, maintain the muscle that I have. It is even usable as a quickie meal in the morning or afternoon snack. Oh, and the most important thing - it mixes best with water only!!! I tried milk - too thick. Plus, search online for the best price, I get mine from [] - around $21 or so. Good training!

Syntha-6 is a sustained-release formula, which are to be taken throughout the day (to increase protein intake) and before bed (to minimize catabolism). I have been through three tubs of the vanilla ice cream flavour. Not only does it taste great for a protein supplement, it's quite good by any standard. If you are no-nonsense, and don't care about taste, there are other sustained-release products that offer a better protein-to-calorie ratio, which is especially important if you are trying to make the most of your diet. If you are just starting to supplement your diet with protein, or are tired of the stuff that tastes like wet cardboard, you can't go wrong with this stuff. It will, at minimum, hold you over until you have the will to get back to more efficient formulas. Exactly what this product does to your physique will depend entirely on how you fit it in to your eating and training routine.
