I have purchased this product 3 times (Vanilla, Cookies/Cream, Chocolate). The taste is the best of the proteins I've tried. I take it twice a day on work out days and have noticed increased muscle mass. I recommend blending w/ milk, ice, banana and peanut butter for a great tasting shake.

This is a fantastic protein, however it is too pricey for the quantity. I would recommend having it before bed and upon waking, and using another protein during the day. it mixes really well and tastes great with water.

I tried this product for three months straight to get a good feel for it's effects. Trying it for that length of time was NOT difficult because it tastes so darn good. I generally took this product before I went to bed with a tablespoon of glutamine to stop muscle catabolism while I slept and wasn't eating for 8-10 hours. I am very pleased with the over all experience. However, this protein powder is relatively expensive for how little you get. I had to purchase 4 tubs to last 3 months. You also have to consider that this protein is to be used in conjunction with another whey protein. The price adds up quickly. PROs: -Great Taste (better than muscle milk IMO) -Does a great job at proventing muscle breakdown -Good alternative if you don't like muscle milk CONs: -Expensive when compared to other proteins -Very small amount in each tub

Like many others of you, I have tried many different brands of protein and "The 6", as I like to call it, is the best tasting. Personally, I was in a jam trying to find a slow digesting protein for post workout and before I slept. I finally gave this stuff a try and I'm in love. I get a pretty good deal on the stuff, so the price isn't an issue for me. But I would think it's worth it regardless. The funny thing is, my farts smell differently as the stuff digests because of the whey, egg, milk, casein digesting rates. Sounds ridiculous, but it's delicious and nutrious.

Ive been takeing syntha-6 for about a month and a half im on my second jar and let me tell you its amazing i was on nitrotech befor this for awhile and never saw or felt gains but this stuff from bsn taste way better the only fillers are for flavor and im stronger and bigger i crave this shake when im not home

I haven't been using it long enough to notice if it's any more effective than other proteins, but the most obvious is that Syntha-6 tastes amazing. I've been using the Cookies N Cream flavor and it's ridiculous. No after taste to speak of. I haven't noticed any side effects either (Casein tends to give me pretty rancid gas). It's a little higher in calories than I'd like (it recommends 2 scoops, at 190 Calories a scoop), but I can live with a few extra calories to be rid of the taste of other proteins.

Tried Syntha6 once and I intend to start using it regularly. It really does taste like a good old-fashioned milkshake when mixed with milk. It does mix easily and goes down easily. You will actually enjoy drinking it and therefore will be more apt to drink more servings per day, upping your protein intake. I went through a tub while using no other supplements and I did see gains in mucle fullness. BSN has a hit with this one!

I tried this product for the first time when inside the trial box version of NO Xplode. Syntha 6 tastes just like milkshakes. Good amount of prtein and just hits that spot after a hardcore work out. I definitely recommend this product. If only they offered a bigger size!

I've tried other protein supplements, and this by far was the best. Even without taking any other supplements, Syntha 6 by itself gave me the best results by a wide margin. I actually asked my dealer why he didn't point this out to me in the first place. Haha.

I have tried Nitro-Tech Hardcore, Freak Fix, Sportpharma Whey, and Optimum Whey and nothing compares to the taste of this protein. I have tried Chocolate Mint and Moccachino and both of them taste amazingly good for a protein shake. I actually look forward to drinking it. Not only does it have great taste, it works great too. Aside from the fact that BSN is going through a lawsuit for the CEM3 they use in CellMass and NO-Xplode, their protein is top notch. After switching off this protein for a while I noticed less muscle gain using Nitro-Tech or any others. If you want a good tasting protein, this one is it...it is worth the money!

I've used up all my samples, and I'm about to go buy a bottle. I've been on Lean Mass Complex for over a year now and that stuff as good as it is for you has grown disgusting. This stuff is delicious, mix the chocolate with milk and alot of peanut butter and you got yourself a reese's shake. Add a scoop of Lean mass carb component, and you got yourself some wholesome goodness.

About two months ago I started stacking Syntha-6 with Cell-Mass and all I can say is that I went from 225 of flab to 198 of a leaner, healthier, and stronger physique. I cannot say that it was only the supplements because I workout like a dog...but it definitly helped. The protein not only tastes great but you can feel it rushing through your veins. My goals are to trim down to 170 and eating and supplementing with these products will help along the way. I am on my third bottle of Syntha-6 and see my muscles getting bigger but more importantly...stronger! Five stars out of five!!! By the way, try cell mass too. It is the best tasting creatine products out there. Oh yeah...it works too!

I took two scoops when I woke up and two after I worked out. After two bottles I gained about eight pounds of muscle and stripped a couple of pounds of fat. This is an excellent product.

okay, i have used alot of protein supps. this is an awesome buy. taste = A+ cost = B quality = A BSN hit their mark with this, it works great, the only downfall is that for a bigger guy 230+ like myself i will go through 2 bottles a month avg. so it gets expensive. but with any "good" protein thats expected. Of the protein supps out there MRI ProNos and BSN Syntha6 are probably two of the best when comparing things such as; calories, fat, protein, carbs and the add-ons that they put in such as fat burner, glutamine, NO, etc. BUY IT, you will like it

Hard to tell exactly what benefits I am getting from it as I am also on Animal Pak, Animal Stak, NO Xplode and Cell Mass...Regardless, you always need protein, and I think Syntha 6 is the best one out there. The one thing I do not like is the price. If you take as much as you shoud, when you should, you will go through this tub in no time. But then again, you get what yo pay for. Overall, great stuff!

I work in a nutrition store so I am able to compare all different brands of protein to determine which is the best. Syntha 6 is one of the best, if not THE best protein powder on the market. I say this because: It mixes so easy you can stir it, no need for shaker bottles or blenders. The taste is great, and Syntha-6 has 20% of your RDI of fiber per 1 scoop, which helps digest protein, as well as having a myriad of other positive effects on the body. Each bottle gives you 30 servings, so you only pay about $1.00 per scoop, depending where you buy it. I dont know if its the fiber, but Syntha 6 is on of the few proteins I can stomach drinking 2-3 times per day, other brands make my stomach upset. I recommend this powder to everybody!
