this stuff is so great i have been on in for 5 days and i dropped 1-2% body fat but have gotten bigger. i have more endurence and my strength went up bench day 1 225lbs 3 times now 225lbs 7 times and my squat went from 310lbs 2 times to 360lbs 6 times! this is great stuff. btw i take one 3 times a day with protein shake.
