I've used this product off and on for 4-5 years. I've never lost weight on it, however I really liked that I could stay focused on this product and get things done. Great Energy booster without any jitters (except for maybe first 2 days) I also DID NOT experience any crashing, or problems sleeping on this product. I started with the Ephedra version and that was my favorite. They started offering a newer version with bitter orange in place of the Ephedra. Now that's the only one you can get. I recommend you get the free trial and see what it does for you. I LOVE IT!
