It doesn't taste great, but it doesn't taste bad either - even after two weeks of daily use. It's easy to mix with a spoon, and easy to chug down with no bad aftertaste. As to its effects ... I've been using this for several weeks, and I'm getting defined more quickly than I do with other whey proteins. It's hard to know for sure if that's due to the product, or other factors like my workouts. But I've noticed the same correlation with VyoPro (AST's earlier version of this) in the past - and I'm encouraged enough by VP2 that I just ordered two more jugs. It's not magic, and doesn't live up to some of AST's hype, but it still seems better than other proteins.

I've been stacking the vp2 with nano vapor and hot rox and it is incredible. When I hit the gym I'm insanely focused and I keep going and going never feeling tired. And take 1 scoop of the vp before and 2 scoops after. The only complaint I have is that the vp2 mixes terribly. I have to shake my blender cup like a million times before I can enjoy my protien. Other than that good product I reccomended it!

I totally rate this product, AST is one of the only supplement companies that scientifically prove their products...VP2 is no different. VP2 has hydrolysed whey fractions, making it one of the most pure proteins on the market, whats more both the chocolate and vanilla favour are really creamy.
