NOX-CG3 is an extremely effective supplement that gets a bad rap from people who are using it for the wrong reasons. 95% of the people using this supplement will not much mass if any. It is made for prolonged workouts and muscle recovery. I've done MMA for about 3 years now, and this is by far the best maintenance product I've used. I weigh 185 and compete at 170, so I do not want to gain any weight. I just want to be able to bust my ass in the gym and this product allows me to do that. Also, you may not see a huge energy spikes from this product, but it does not contain caffeine which was a plus for me. Taste could be better but anything that taste good is usually loaded with fats and sugars (muscle milk). Overall a great product if you are looking to lift longer, harder, and get lean..

I ordered about 3 of these the red,green and blue. My favorite one is the green. The taste is alright its kind of salty i think the pump usually lasts a while its not the biggest energy burst but crashing is less likely to happen using this. I usually take 2-3 scoops per day. try it its cheaper now...

Ive been using for several weeks now.. More endurance and fast recovery.. This product is highly advertised through MMA.. Ive had people tell me I didnt gain any mass.. this is a energy/endurance/recovery product not mass building, that's why its advetised a lot through MMA, because of their endurance needs.. that's what I told them, Know what your using ! If you want massive muscle gains there's products for that.. I liken this to a fitness and tri-athelete product. Excellent price too..

I took a cycle of this and actually lost a few pounds. My strength gains did go up slightly, but as far as muscle mass was concerned I was not at all pleased.

This product does not have the pump that NO Explode has. The vascularity is not as good either. However, my strength and endurance seem to be coming up. Have been using 3 weeks. Taste is fine. I would recommend this at a lower price but not at it's current price.

I'm a boxer from Texas and watched alot of mma and saw this advertised alot. i tried it and let me say i didnt get to much bigger but in strenght this product workes my punched improved greatly and my endurance is outstanding will keep using product

This product worked very well for me it gave me more endurance while lifting weights great pumps and faster recovery although i didnt see huge mass gain about 1 1/2 pound in a month my strength went up quiet a bit.

i gave this product a try because i had just finished up a cycle of no. xplode and let me tell you nox-cg3 blew no. xplode out of the water. as for gains, they were minimal but i was not taking a protein supplement at the time. overall i would recommend this product to anyone who needs a boost in there workout.

A decent job keeping a lot of crap out of the formula, and overall a good blend with good effects. However on the expensive side especially considering you have to really triple the recommended dose to get any real effects.

I Have used this product for about 2 weeks And It delivers Great pumps to the muscles your working out it dosnt really deliver the Mass gain and strength gain that its suppose to. I get very good pumps and a little strength gain not much else good product but for the price i dont think its much worth it.

No...but N.O. has been a good addition to my supplementation. If you want to use N.O. you have to be REALISTIC with your expectations or nothing will meet your approval. PROs: It will help you lift heavier, work longer, and reduce post-workout soreness by increasing the body's natural ability to deliver oxygen and nutrients to muscles, and consequently enable muscles recover faster as well. It WONT help you make gains and improvements without a proper diet and HARD work! CONs: It doesn't mix easily, but it does mix easier in warm water; not HOT water. The taste can put some off; has a strong sucralose taste.

I bought this product buy one get one free for about 50$ with shipping 2 years till experation on bolth cans, out of the two flavors i purchased blue raspberry and the free lemon lime i deffinitly like the flavor of the lemon lime better takes a minute or two to mix but my muscles have absolutely no recovery time thanks to the gluetamine and i noticed a great deal of reps i was able to achieve working out was so easy i thought i was doing something wrong. nice pumps too. bigger than ever deffinitly reccomend this product *not the blue raspberry lavor tho and your better off mixing it in a bottle then with a spoon.

It is only ovviously that as being in the MMA world, we see advertisements for this product 30 times a day. Yeah sure, you've got Chuck Liddell and Matt Hughes advertising it. With this in mind, I decided to give NOX-CG3 a fair trial. Unfortunately, I did not experience the gains and goals I was wishing to attain through this supplement. I did, however, receive somewhat of a prolonged "anti-fatigue" period, but other than this aspect, muscle gains and pumps were not achieved to the fullest affect, by any means. Hate to say it, but BSN N.O.-Xplod or N.O. Shotgun stacked with BSN Cell Mass does the job MUCH better.

i bought this because all my friends were raving about it. tried it and wasn't very impressed. the pumps were there but i was used to taking no-xplode. i think the main difference is the energy you get from no-xplode that nox-cg3 lacks. i may try it again at a later date with an additional source energy, see if that works. i'm in no way saying this stuff doesn't work, just don't like the lack of motivation...

This product has three main bodybuilding components that really work well . There are more than enough receptors in your system to absorb the product entirely. Because of the different forms your body will absorb much more than say some basic brand Arginine , creatine monohydrate(What I like to call , "grandpa's creatine") and glutamine which is easily absorbed regardless. At first I thought this was kinda pricey but if you stack these three products anyway , the cost is very reasonable.
