I tried this product for two month straight and I found the results to be somewhat positive. Some of the more immediate effects of this product includes: – Increased cardio vascular endurance. I found that I do not tire as quickly as I used to do during my cardio sessions. – Improved sleep quality. I slept deeper and more soundly than I did before. Best of all, I often woke up refreshed and alert. – Increased physical recovery. I noticed that any physical soreness from my previous workouts are disappearing quicker. As for the other effects such as weight loss and muscle gain; I did not really notice that as much. If you are to try this product, I would recommend the orange flavor; it tastes like “Orange Crush” soda. I am currently off this product’s cycle for a month and I’ll try this product for another 60 cycle before I give my recomendations.

I wish I bought it sooner.....

I have only used this product for ONE week but I have already seen amazing results. I wake up feeling great, but thats not what really matters. When I get to the gym, I have so much NATURAL energy I have to stop myself to avoid overtraining. Whether it actually raises your HGH is questionable, but this stuff is awsome. I will bet that anyone who takes this for one month straight will be amazed at the end to see how much stronger you have gotten. You can go longer and with more weights than ever, plus you take it at night and the next day you still feel great, no loss of energy and recover is so smooth. Orange flavor is ok, not the best, but for the results it could taste like glue and I would still drink it. Read reviews over the net, nothing negative about it, and theres a reason for it. I started taking this supplement in January 2002, with a cycle of 90 days on, 30 off. I am a white female, 40 years old. I work out 5-6 days a week cardio and 4-5 days a week with weights. I have noticed a significant increase in strength and stamina since taking this. (I like to take this before I work out rather than before bed on an empty stomach.) I also have more muscle definition and a “ripped” effect to the muscles in my stomach, shoulders and back especially. The guys at the gym have really noticed this much more than I have and several have asked if I take anything. I have gotten one of them started on it and he feels better and has increased muscle definition after about two months on. I am not a competitive bodybuilder by any means, but want results from the limited time I have to work out. I believe that Secretagogue-One has definitely helped me to acheive this and I plan to continue to take it.

Sleep is good

So far my experience is matching what others are saying about the sleep as it has improved for me for the 5 days I have been taking it. I am going to ride this out for the rest of the 25 remaining packets and see what happens to muscle gain and fat loss but I do not think it would be a good test since I am stacking creatine with it anyway.
