I bought this product this weekend, I am 5′11″ and currently weigh 168lbs. One year ago I weighed 135 lbs. I am not wanting to lose that much weight but would like to get down to 140-145. Anyways I had bought relacore and did not use it because of the side effects listed on the product, so I thought I would try slimquick, but I purchased the product this weekend and have not started it. The reason I have not started it is because it specifically states not to take with other medicines, and currently I am suffering from bronchitis and allergies so i am taking an antibiotic and an anihistamine. I really hope this product will help me, I have a bad habit of eating snacks in the evening, and I am hoping this product will at least curve that appetite.
Underweight!

I am reading the reviews on Slim Quick as I am wanting to buy this product today to try to drop some weight before a wedding at the end of this month. I am convinced that this is a great product to help me achieve that. But, first and foremost, a lot of you already are underweight for your height! I am 5′1″ and 140. I am a size 4 (a little tight, but I refuse to buy new pants), but I do have a larger chest. When I am reading about women that are 5′5″ and 144 and wanting to lose 20 pounds, this is ridiculous! No wonder our country and generation is obsessed with super skinny models! That’s all…off to buy Slim Quick! (Yes, I do realize the irony in my statement.
)
no negative side affects

So, I’ve been using SlimQuick for just about a week. I have noticed that I have a little more energy. Or at least more focused energy. I’m not jittery and can sleep fine. I don’t crave sweets as much and when I really am hungry I find myself eating less. I don’t need to lose much weight but want to lose about 15. I’ll repost in a couple of weeks.
good results

I’ve been using SQ for 4 months now. Started @ 137lbs and now 115. But to work, As the manufacturer says, it has to be combined with diet and exercise. I started taking the pills while on a high fiber/low fat/ low calorie diet – aka lots of fruits and veggies, lots of water, moderate exercise. Changes I’ve noticed: In the beginning I was very hungry, but now my apettite decreased steadly & less bloating and PMS. The cons of the product: taking the pills anytime after 3 PM makes my night very difficult… can’t sleep at all. So, I take 2 pills when I wake up and 2 before lunch.
Love it!

My friend and I started SQ at the same time. I am measuring and she isn’t. I had lost 13 inches on the third day! Tomorrow is our one week mark. We are taking 2 SQ pills per day, tomorrow we start two SQ pills per day. Yesterday we added 2 SQ Hoodia pills per day, then 4 next on the one week mark. We are drinking LOTS of water! Water! Water!…We have cut out anything else that contains caffine! With SQ being our only caffine source we are not feeling jittery at all! We find we have more energy to do more after work. You can say we are marathon moms!! We have made a commitment to losing weight and we are sticking with SQ. I will update again in a week or so. PS: I’m 5′4″ and I want to lose 120 pounds!
An Unsucess Story

I am 40 years old and have been looking for something to help me take my weight off without stimulants. This product sounded promising. I have tried it for right at a month now and have not lost one pound from it. I have found the product to be unsuccessful for me.
So far so good

This is my second day using slim quick, and it has the same affect on me as caffeine would anyone. Loss of appetite, increase in energy, and some jitters. Yet nothing that affects me too much. I like it because all of those things is what I need to loose weight. I am 5′3 115lbs. I do not need to loose a lot of weight. I just want to loose 5lbs. before summer and when you do not need to loose a lot that is when it is the hardest. So hopefully this works!

I used SQ for about 2 weeks, never taking more than 2 pills a day. Results: no real significant weight loss, dizzy feeling and increase in headaches. Stopped using pills because I want to loose weight the healthy way while still feeling like myself. Best advice: losing weight slower helps you keep it off. Diet, water, exercise and anything in moderation is key. Suggestion: [] really works. Any diet that has you take pills or remove something from your diet is not healthy. Because once you stop the pills or put back into your diet whatever you took out you will gain back weight.

Stats: 24 years old 5′5. 145lbs. Goal: 120-125 lbs Current Status: This is my first week taking SlimQuick and all I notice is lot of my water weight coming off. Thank you Mr. Diuretic! My goal is to loose about 20lbs and most importantly, keep it off! I am still on the 2 pills a day dosage, and I can already tell that any more then that would make me have a frickin’ stroke. I think by sticking to a healthy meal plan, the SlimQuick capsules, and mod-to-regular exercise I should achieve my goal. Side effects I’ve noticed: I go to the bathroom a TON more. (And that’s a big ole’ thumbs up in both senses.) I feel a little dizzy sometimes, and I get a few headaches, but I counteract this with drinking another glass of water. Recommendation: Water, water, waterwaterwater… you can’t get enough while taking this. I’ll update after week two because I’m badass like that.

I took SQ for 2 days and by the second I was plagued with a headache, nausea, thirst, and just the feeling of blah. I ended up eating more carbs than I usually would since those were the only things to calm my stomach. I’ll try 1 more pill but if its the same affect I’m throwing them out!
Very happy with the product

I’ve used slim quick for 30 days and I lost over 12 pounds. I was working out anyway for about 20 – 30 minutes a day cardio and weights. I was eating right and it worked. I’ve slowed down on the dosage now that I’ve lost my pound goals but what a great product. I haven’t felt any side effects and I plan to slowly get off of it this month so I can continue to burn the fat on my own.
Does not work

I received SlimQuick for Christmas of 2007. I usually like to take it on the weekends when I go to work. I don’t find that the caffeine keeps me up that much at night anymore, but I do not think that it has caused any significant weight loss for me. I find that it does suppress my appetite, though. I think it is a total waste of money and I recommend Alli instead.

I started Slimquick yesterday and i was wired and didn’t sleep until 4am which sucke dwith four kids.I followed the directions percisely and i’m starving but i worked through it. I workout 6 times a week and at home in the morning so it defenitly gave me the energy. I started it to try to lose all the baby weight, so will see hopefully there will be awesome results. I do think i’ll stay at the 1 pill 2x a day though. My start weight is 170 and would love to get to 135 in twelve weeks and so i’ll let all now weekly. Good luck and stay motivated.
Liking it so far!

I have used the original slimquick before, I used it for two months and it helped me drop that pesky last 7lbs that just wouldn’t go away. However, I was always feeling jittery and I couldn’t ever take them before meals like it suggested, it would make me sick. So I took 2 with breakfast and 2 with lunch. I recently have started gaining that weight back (after being off of them for 3 months)so I decided to get back on them. I purchased the SQ w/hoodia this time….much better! I don’t feel the jittery shakes and I can even take them with less food and more water and it is working out great! I am very pleased with the end result of both products, you have to take the good with the bad when trying to lose weight as a women!
On Slim Quick for 5 days

I started using Slim Quick 5 days ago. I was determined that if I was going to do this I was going to do it all of the way. So, I read all of the information and went onto their website to download the exercises and I have been doing 20 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of exercise with weights each day. I have lost 4 pounds in 5 days. THis is very exciting for me since I was stuck at my weight and still wanted to loose 15 pounds. I don’t think that I will go up to taking 2 pills twice a day after the first week though because I have been a little jittery in the mornings especially. SO far so good.
believe it or not, it actually works!

my co-worker had been using slimquick so i decided to try it out because she was telling me how great it was. after a week i started to notice a difference and i never had any side effects. my co-worker said she was always thirsty from it and it made her hyper but i feel nothing. anyway, i wasn’t working out at the time but it still helped me lose 10 pounds. i stopped taking it and started gaining the weight back, but now i’m back on it and have started working out again. i totally recommend this, it actually works.

I have just started Slimquick with Hoodia today. I had taken it before and noticed inches coming off and then I stopped – my fault, not Slimquicks. I have not felt any of the side effects. As long as you drink lots of water – that’s the key. I would like to lose about 30 pounds before the end of May – I’ll keep you posted!

I want to lose the stubborn “woman weight”, started using slim quick with hoodia a week ago and so far think its working. I was nervous about diet pills, this doesn’t make me feel sick or jittery, i just feel full, I have to remind myself to eat. My energy level seems to stay more consistent. I will at least continue for a month or two.

Its been a week since i started, and the first five days were fine…..so i followed the instruction to increase the dosage, and now i feel sick. I havent noticed a change on the scale, but i have noticed a change in inches, i eat well, and drink lots of water along with 3-4 workouts a week. I think i will just stick to the first weeks dosage, feeling queezy isnt fun :/. I am 21, 5′ and weigh 130. My goal is to weigh 120. hopefully this works!
