First Day

Well today is my first day. I have noticed more energy and my appetite has been suppressed somewhat, only slight hungerness around my normal meal times, but was full half way through. I only need to lose 40lbs so I am hoping this will help. If not I am going back to Relacore.

So far so good..

I began using SlimQuick 4 days ago. So far it has been a good experience. The first day I automatically felt an increase in energy. I’m taking the original version without the hoodia so the apetite suppression is not as great. I still feel hungy at times. However, I have noticed that I can’t eat nearly as much as what I could before starting SQ which leaves me eating about half of what I measure onto my plate. I haven’t had any side effects to this pill yet, besides peeing a lot because it is a diuretic and i am also drinking tons of water. So far so good. If I remember I’ll post after this first week and tell you how much weight I lost!

ive been on slimquick original for one week now and i’ve decided to stop taking it. the pill altered my personality drastically. i’m usually a pretty cheerful person, but over the past week i became very irritable and dark. ive been feeling very nervous and ive been having a lot of anxiety, for no reason. i havent felt energetic at all. my appetite has increased. i’ve been having severe insomnia (not being able to go to bed until 4 or later). two days ago i thought my lips were chapping. yesterday i was examining them in the mirror and realized the chapping was actually hives on my lips. i think it’s an allergic reaction to the dandelion root, or the horsetail extract. ive just decided that slimquick isnt the right diet pill for me. to women thinking about trying slimquick or who are currently on slimquick, be careful! losing weight quickly isnt worth seriously hurting your body!

I’ve been taking slim quick for about a week now, and I have already lost 6 lbs. Some of it might be water weight, but it dropped off really fast. Side effects are going to be different for everybody, but mine have been fairly minimal. The worst is loose bowels and having to force myself to eat because my appetite is completely gone. I mean, that’s good for portion control but not good when you need to consume a certain number of calories to survive. I haven’t been that thirsty, and have to force myself to drink water too.. but hey, it’s better than overeating! I’m 5′8″ and started out at 156, but in less than a week I’m down to 150 and dropping. Seems to work.

I’m on my second day of slimquick, and I feel really good so far. I feel that I have a lot more energy, and I have been taking my second pill at least 5 hours before bed, so sleeping hasn’t been a problem. The first pill I took made me a bit jittery, but that went away, and like most people I feel energy, which is great, and I want to work out a lot more now! So far I’m very happy with it.

Today was my first day of SQ..I took the pill around 11:45 when I woke up. I’m 20 years old, 5′5″ and about 150 (I’m not fat, just solid, ha), and I’m looking to drop 10-20 pounds to get back to my old runners physique. I haven’t been hungry at ALL; strange for me because there’s a fat girl inside me with an insatiable appetite. I actually am about to force myself to eat a lean pocket though, because I’m so nauseous. I’m pretty sure it’s the nausea related to hunger though, only I just don’t want to eat. If the nausea continues though, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to take the pills. I’ll have an update in a few days!

We will see!

I started this product two days ago and I have been in the bathroom with diarrhea and stomach cramps after each pill. My appetite is decreased and I feel more energized but not sure the side effects are worth it. I have 10-15 lbs to loose so we shall see.

slimquick without hoodia

i’m on my 3rd day of the original slimquick without hoodia (the appetite suppresant). i don’t feel any more energetic than usual. i’ve been following the directions strictly and honestly, i feel even more hungry on slimquick than when i wasn’t on it. it makes dieting a lot more challenging because i feel like i’m starving and actually want to eat more than i usually eat. other than that, i guess it’s going okay. it’s only been 3 days so we’ll see what happens after a while. i think i might consider trying slimquick with hoodia. that might be easier.

it does work!!!

I’m on my second day of this stuff and I couldn’t hardly get to sleep last night. I was tossing and turning and had to get a glass of wine to calm me down. I felt like jumping rope or something and my heart felt like it was about to jump out of my chest. I dunno I’ll try for a few more day and keep you posted.

Like most of us I have tried everything under the sun. I have taken this product for over a year off and on. It makes me crave water which is a plus, I never feel hungry which aids in portion control. The other effects is what has kept me using this product time after time. Unlike most diet pills I never feel jittery but it has a great energy booster as well as a wonderful hormone balancer in it that makes you feel good. I have lost an over all of 40 lbs. none of it has come back and continue to lose even more. I have found that I like the original better than the new formula or the extreme versions. Good Luck I highly recommend!

Works, but made me cranky

I used this about a year and a half ago to get ready for an event. I worked and I lost 10 pounds in two weeks, but it made me very irritable. If I ate anything close to the time I took the pill, it would make my stomach hurt. I would recommend taking it on an empty stomach and waiting a while before eating. But don’t forget to eat! These pills will make you not hungry, so don’t forget to add fuel to your body. I’ll be going back on it after the holidays, because of course, it all came back. Like anything else out there besides diet and exercise, it will only be temporary if you resume your regular eating habits. Hope this helps!

I just started a couple of days aga and I have to say that I do notice that I have more energy and I dont feel the need to eat all the time. I Jazzercise between 5-7 times a week amd do walk about 2.5 miles several times a week. I’m 5′3 and weigh about 180. I was on the diet pill called Phentermine and lost 30 lbs in 3 months, but you can only take it 3 months at a time. You have to get it from a doctor. I do notice that with this pill its not doing much for my stress lol. I’ll keep you updated :) Goodluck All

To make a long story short, This product almost landed me in the hospital. Horrible diarrhea, shakes, jittery, headache, and although Im not diabetic, my blood sugar would not climb above 81. I ate and it just went right through me. When I quit taking it after almost 2 weeks I had a horrible caffeine withdrawl headache and just didnt feel right. The first week was awesome, the second was horrible! The only thing I liked was losing 5lbs in a week. Some love it, I hated it!

Working – but ugh my stomach

After 1 week of using it – I lost about 5 pounds . It does help me stay focused. However, my exercise has been inconsistent because it feels like I have a stomach virus. Really, I am certain it is the pill and not sure if I can handle these side effects any longer. It is a shame, because I felt like it was working. My boyfriend commented that of course it is working – it is like you have a 24 hour laxative!

I tried SQ about ayear and a half ago. I followed the directions as written because I am very cautious of OTC drugs. Being a nurse I always investigate thouroughly. I was convinced this would work. The first 2 wks were good. Then as I increased my dose I started losing too much water and my potassium drppoed so low I had to have an intravenous admin of potassium. I now have recurrent problems with palpitations due to the effects of low potassium and my doctors arestill trying to find the damage from this drug. in response to the other comments, you pee like crazy becaiuse it contains a diuretic. BE CAREFUL
