OK for appetite control, not for weightloss

At the recommendation of the clerk at my local shop, I’ve been on SQ for the past month. Used as directed, I found absolutely no effects with 1 or 2 pills. When I moved to 3 pills, 2x daily, I did notice a benefit – appetite control. I started taking pills b/c I was looking for a way to break my 4 month plateau (lost 60 pounds in 6 months, nothing for 4, with increased stringency in diet/ exercise). I am 5’6, currently weigh 204 pounds, and keep a 7 day a week workout schedule. I am happy to say that the plateau has broken (I’ve lost 8 pounds in the past two weeks), but it is hard to say whether it was the SQ, changing up my exercise plan (added 3 more h of cardio/yoga), eating (Atkins instead of calorie restriction), or just perseverance. At any rate, starting tomorrow I’m going to switch to Relacore. I’ll give that a month as well, and see what happens.

I started taking Slimquick 8 days ago and i’m feeling pretty good about it. I’ve always been one of those people that couldn’t take diet pills because they always made me feel funny. Not SQ. I’m still taking the one pill 2x a day but will start taking two next week. so far I’ve lost 6 lbs. I’m eating much better than I was but not following the program to a T. I’m not snacking at night really unless I haven’t eaten much during the day. I found that happened mostly on the weekend. I’m feeling really good and my stomach is much flatter already. I have lots of energy and feel really alert. Going to bed has not been a problem but I’m always doing something til then. Lot’s of energy means I move around a lot more. Keep you updated

Day 2 on SQuik

Yesterday was my first day of taking SQ and also the first day of ever trying diet pills. I will admit, I was a bit shaky at first, I almost felt buzzed at work! It required me to focus a lot harder than normal, which kept my mind off of snacking. Usually on my way home from work, I’m stressed due to the traffic, but yesterday, I stopped at the gorcery store and planned my meals for the rest of the week. When I got home, I had enough energy for a moderate workout and snacking while watching TV never crossed my mind. SQ isn’t a miracle pill, but it was kept me more productive and less pre-occupied with eating during the day and into the evenings. I’ll report back in 1 week.

Just started!

Hello!! Well, today was my first day using Slim Quick. I woke up and took my first pill a half an hour before breakfast. I decided not to have my morning coffee since there is already caffine in the pill. I must say, I feel pretty good. No complaints as of yet. I did end up getting myself a coffee this morning. The pill did not give me as m uch energy as I thought. I am currently at 5’2 145lbs, I post again in a week! Good luck!

I’ve never used diet pills before, so needless to say, I was very skeptical about what product to use. I started SQ this morning and experienced a jolt of energy. I ate a healthy lunch and went on about my day. I noticed that I’m much fuller than I usually am at this time of day, have avoided the office goodie jar and have opted for fat free milk instead of soda. On the flip side, I’m a bit jittery. I almost feel buzzed and I need to focus a lot harder on each task. I start a work out regime this evening and can’t wait to burn off this energy. I will add updates periodically. I hope to help someone else out. Wish me luck!

so far i’m happy. i started taking s.q. only two days ago and already i have lost one pound. i know that might not sound like a lot but i’m only 5’5″ and 130 lbs. and only want to loose 10 lbs and so far i think this is the product that’s going to get me there, and fast. the greatest thing about this is that since i only take one ppill at a time i feel ZERO side effects but lots of energy, and i used to try lots of different diet pills. this one seems like i could happily stick with it.

I have a hard time losing weight because I have Fibromyalia and Chronic Fatique. These two syndromes affect my hormonal system and I haven’t been able to lose weight. I usually have no energy or “ooomp”. I started SlimQuick a week ago because of the statement that it’s just for women and it had a hormonal balencer in it. Well it WORKS! I have lost 11 pounds in 8 days. I’m watching what I eat and I have the energy to help a friend move into a new place. I can’t wait to get on the scale and see how much I have lost. I’m so excited! My friends have even noticed a difference in me. I just have to say try it…you’ll like it.

ok, so i’ve tried a bunch of diet pills, i’ve had hydroxycut, nv, rapid slim, bunch of other ones i can’t remember… but the only one that works is slim quick. haha. i recently finished a bottle of this other diet pill and it failed horribly and now i’m back on slim quick. i’m not a big girl or anything i’m 5’6″ 120. and when i started my “diet” i was 135-140. and this was the beginning of summer. haha. so im guessing i’m doing good. and i haven’t really worked out much. just moderate. i mean, i just lost weight cuz the pills make me not have an appetite. i recommend this product. just try it. it’s usually cheapest at [] or []…

To tell the truth, for the first and second days i had Horrible dry mouth and dry skin (i think from the water weight loss) However by the third day these symptome were gone. I have never taken any other diet pill before so i was skeptical-but i really like the energy i get from it. I also really enjoy not being hungry. It is great to not have annoying cravings while i’m trying to relax and watch tv at night. It is also easier to be filled up at meals. I am filled up with 3/4 of the food i used to eat. So now a salad will actually fill me up! Today is my 4th day and i feel better about my stomach-as if it is not as fat and the fat is softer-which will help me to loose it. I will post again to update you on how well it works over time

Losing the weight

Before I started Slimquick, I was doing a reduced calorie diet, along with taking Dexatrim and lost some weight. I stopped losing, so I thought I’d try Slimquick. anyway, I have been losing more weight, but very slowly. I eat a reduced calorie still, and only moderately exercse, like walking the dog longer and stuff. Also, try this. I think it works. One or two days a week, allow yourself ONE meal that day to eat whatever you want – pasta, fired chicken, pizza, anything. Just don’t overeat and don’t eat too late at night. I’ve lost 25 pounds since April. But yeah, I think slim quick has helped b/c I definately am less hungry, and it is not just because I drink a lot of water b/c I’ve always been drinking a lot of water, like 5 water bottles a day. Do the pills swell up in your stomach or something? Ha!

I have used other so called fat burners and all I got were heightened anxiety, mood swings and chest pains…no weight loss. Didn’t want to try anything else until I saw the commercial for Slimquick illustrating the different factors a woman has during dieting …so I tried Slimquick, Love them, this is my ninth day in and I have lost 4lbs, no jitters, chest pains, or mood swings. Slimquick definately controls your appetite, and boost your energy

I started taking Slim Quick on Sunday and today is Friday and I have been so nauseous, loose stools, no appetite at all and no spunk at all. I guess these just aren’t for everyone and I have stopped taking them. I have never felt so sick. This was all from one pill!!!

The only diet pill that I like

I’ve taken many diet pills in the past ranging from Dexatrim to Hydroxycut and SlimQuick is the only pill that I actually like. The other pills either gave me bad headaches, constipation, acne or made me extremely irritable and this is the only one that does none of the above. Yes, I do have to pee a lot on these pills, but that doesn’t bother me at all. My husband says I don’t need to take pills or even lose weight, but I take them because besides my tendency to gain water weight I have an insatiable appetite (which these pills help to curb) and the pills give me a burst of energy for my workout. Normally if I don’t take Slim Quick before my workout I have to force myself to finish, but these pills make me want to keep on going.

Hey all, me from North Dakota again, and I have come to report my finding. I agree the pill can sometimes make you stomach feel queasy and it does make you feel the urge to go to the bathroom a lot but for me the pros out weigh (no pun) the cons. I have lost about 4-5 good “keep-off” pounds but I’ve noticed the slimming right away which I feel is encouraging me to keep with it. The energy is amazing you actaully want to work out. Gonna get my gym membership this week and will report back next week. Overall rating so far is probably 8/10.

I started my 2nd bottle four days ago, and I have lost 25 lbs. I exercise 30 mins. at least 3x a week and I have followed the suggested eating plan. I was not going to post my results because I was embarest to admit that I had to take pills to loose weight. I hope that maybe somebody like me will benefit from it. I was 194 lbs and my goal is 118.Good luck.

You should use this product hands down. It will cause some stomach issues but If you start with one dose the first 3 or 4 workouts and work your way up, you will be fine. You don’t need 3. 2 will easily do the job. Won my last bench competion. I won’t say this stuff is the reason but it certainly didn’t hurt.

I’ve been taking SlimQuick for 1 week. In the last year or so I have put on about 15lbs and its been so hard to take it off. appetite control is average in the AM, but once I take the second serving it really kicks in. My issue re:appetite control is in the evenings, so the fact that it does a good job for me is great. I also get increased energy without much jitters, Ive added 30 mins to my cardio but the BEST thing so far is control of mood swings … I am a perfect dragon when I’m experiencing PMS .. I would take SQ just for this benefit LOLOLOL … seriously So far I’ve lost 1/2 inch on my waist and my thighs I expect that the coming weeks should be productive
