Slim…Quick?

Within one year of marriage I went from a size 10 to a size 14. I think a lot of it had to do with hormonal issues, but my eating and exercise habits were also out of whack, so I decided to get back into shape. I wasn’t sure about diet pills, but heard good reviews about this one and thought I’d give it a shot. I’ve been taking it about three months now and am already seeing improvements. I’m not losing tons of weight fast, and I didn’t expect to, but my clothes are a bit looser and I feel great. This may not slim you “quick” but it will boost your energy, suppress your appetite, and just make you feel good. P.S. I haven’t followed to booklet to a T, but it has very helpful info in there.

not miracle pill, but it does work

My starting weight is 180. I’m 5’6 and use to be a swimmer, so I have lots of old muscles and fat on top of that. My past experience w/ diet pills is that they give me really bad jitters, and a hard time to concentrate. Slimquick has a semi-low dosage compare to other brand of diet pills, which gives me less jitter and allow my body to loose weight at a more healthier rate. I’ve been taking slimquick for 2 weeks now, and so far I’ve lost 10 lbs. Pros: decrease appetite, increase in energy, isn’t cold all the time (burning more calories when I’m not moving) Definately sweating more during workout cons: some jitter, a bit harder to concentrate, dry mouth, gives me gas :-\

I’ve been drinking water alot..mouth seems to get really dry but i’m okay with that!! And yes, i pee very often..but again, i’m seeing the color change and i’m extreamly happy with it also! I’m hoping to see a change in my body soon! I’ll keep you posted! Good luck to those who are still going, or about to join the SQ way!

So, I’ve been taking this for about two weeks now. As far as losing weight? Not sure how much fat, but i’ve lost a good five pounds of water weight. I’m constantly drinking water, and constantly peeing. Even when i don’t drink. I have had a curb of appetite, and have been easily irritated as well! Glad to hear that i’m not the only one. hope it helps!

ok so it’s day 7. Still have energy but I did not lose not 1lb! in fact it looked like I gained 2lbs (scale’s words not mine! lol)could be water gain considering menses about to start soon. I’m still watching what I eat, counting my calorie intake & exercising . So I’ll take it up a notch maybe by drinking my protein shakes (soy)in place of my morning meals and increasing the elliptical workout. I’m really not that excited though about doubling up on these pills though. And yes this pill definitely has a laxative effect lol. I’m not one to actually try these get slim quick gimmicks but considering the FDA approved Alli that actually might be something to consider also ladies. I’ll follow up in another week!

I started taking SQ today and I took 2 before swimming. I had a surge of energy, I swam for 45 minutes straight. Came home had a healthy lunch. Took a shower got ready for work. And now I am starting to drag. I am feeling kind of lightheaded and dizzy. A doctor I work with told me to jut take 1 pill it is probaby the caffeine that it has that is the problem. I hope to lose weight by my birthday in October. I am 5’4 and 200lbs Even if one pill a day helps me lose weight slowly it is better then not losing weight at all. Good luck to all on the program and. I will check back in a week to post my results.

Some Side Affects

I used Slimquick by the book for about 2-3 weeks. The first week, at a reduced dosage, I did notice that my appetite had reduced significantly, and I had increased energy through the day. The second and third weeks, though, I started having very unusual headaches and some equilirbrium problems. I stopped taking the product immediately and have not had these syptoms since. Although the pill might not be directly related to whatever was going on, it was enough for me to stop taking the pill.

Ok, it has been a week since I first tried SQ. SO far I have lost 1 pound. The 1st week (taking only 1 pill per dose), the pill didn’t do much to curb my diet, but it gave me a kick of energy. I also had to pee ALOT. BUT TODAY was the first time I tried 2 pills per dose, and I DEFINITELY FELT THE CURBING!!! I think my body just needed more than just one pill to feel it. I’m really excited now, bc for lunch I had a half cup of cottage cheese and 4 slices of peach, and it felt like I had eaten a 3 course meal. Drink LOTS of water, or else you could feel a little sick. I drink about 5 bottles a day. Gives me more energy to exercise. I will check back next week to let you know how much weight I have lost. (Oh, I’m 5’6 and 154 lbs…well NOW 153). God Bless

I’ve lost 20lbs due to diet and excersize over the past 3 months and wanted something to speed up the weight loss process for summer. So I started SQ yesterday and it’s done nothing to curb my appetite, and I feel really irritable (is this a common side effect?),it def has a laxative effect and I pee like crazy!!The one thing I can say is that my energy levels are higher so I can work out for longer periods of time….I just don’t like feeling moody and if I don’t feel like my normal self within a week I’ll stop taking SQ.

Day 1

13 Jun 2007 – Anonymous of Illinois, USA

I think day 1 is an important day of any weight loss program. I can say as an avid exerciser I had more energy today than ever before I did the bike thinking I didn’t want to over exert myself with the elliptical and after 25min of moderate to high intensity I felt like I could go on for another 15 -20min. So if anything if this product gives me more energy for working out I’m all with it! will give you an update after the 1st week.

well.. week one is over and i thought i would let you know my progress. i LOST 4 lbs! right now my weight is at 131 lbs i’m so happy ;) . i worked really hard this week exercising everyday for 60+ mins and still watching my caloric intake. my parents think i exercise to much! the first week trying the product gave me a headache a couple of times but they went away including having to go alot. im closer to my goal of 125lbs thats 6 lbs more! so i’m hoping by the end of the month i’ll be 125. last night i went to a family gathering since some relatives came from Connecticut. my cousins, aunts, and uncle saw a big difference and said i looked better, which makes me happy to get compliments like that. to this date i lost 24 lbs from regular diet and exercise to using SQ for this week. i hope you guys are having success.

Today is my first day using SQ. I took it at 7am this morning, and I didn’t feel a thing. Maybe it’s just me, but when it said it was supposed to curb your appetite, it hasn’t really done it yet… its 2:14pm and i have already taken the second dose an hour n 15 mins ago. As far as energy goes, I’m not really sure if I feel more energized either. I really hope this crap works. I’m going to follow everything they say to do. I’m just scared that this might be some type of sugar pill that makes me THINK I’m acting differently. But its only been day one. I’ll check back after this week is over…

Slim Quick?

Day 3 of Slim Quick – I’ve always been an active person, but once I stopped working out I gained 30+ pounds! In January I did Hyroxicut and worked out about 5 times a week. I’ve lost 36 pounds since January but am facing my last 11 pounds to lose and can’t seem to get my scale to budge!! I started taking Slim Quick 3 days ago.. haven’t really noticed a change. I have to pee about 8 times a day and it gives me a slight headache which i think is from the caffeine. I hope this thing works!!

day 4.

im back guys. well it’s day 4 of the SQ diet i’ve noticed that i get irritated easily. which is a bummer! i’m still having to pee and use the bathroom ALOT. i hate having to go, go, go at night it ruins my sleep! ive been exercising everyday for 60+ min (60min of cardio on the treadmill)and the recommended exercise (Advanced stage since i’m very active) in the SQ pamphlet. I have a lot of energy taking the pill, i run like a mad marathon runner trying to win a race haha. still counting my calories and watching what i eat(i don’t get hungry much though). i decided not to weigh myself yet untill i have completed a week of the pill. i’ll report back again.

I just started taking the pill today 06.04.07. I figured that I’d try this out since I hit a MAJOR plateau doing the “normal” diet and exercise for 2 months and I lost 15 lbs. Ive always been an active person but I guess if you still intake more than what you expel through exercise you stay at the same weight. I worked really really hard exercised everyday cut down on junk food and mostly stuck to salads, Subway sandwiches and watched my caloric intake. My ideal weight is 125 lbs since im 5’3 right now im 135. I hope this thing works I’ve already noticed that I had to pee more. Some people wrote reviews about having to go a lot more often. I’ll keep you guys posted in the progress. Wish me luck!

I have not seen any major changes yet, but I also haven’t expierenced any bothersome side effects. I like that the doses are reasonable; I don’t have to take 3 pills 3 times a day like crazy. I urinate more frequently, which is annoying but I guess that is a sign of good metabolism. I will finish the whole bottle and I hope I see pounds dropping soon.

I Just started SQ today. I am very hopeful that it works. My current weight is 192 At 5’7. The only thing I have noticed is that when I took it this morning, by 10am I had stomach cramps. I hear it is pretty much like a laxitive. Maybe this is normal. I will keep going. I will post later if it helps.

this is my first day on this product and already i can feel it working. normally i can’t stop thinking about which is why at 5’7 i weigh 160:( when i first looked at the diet/excercise program i thought they were crazy thinking a piece of toast and 2 slices of cheese (which i only ate one) would fill you up but now i see why. after just my first pill i don’t feel hungry and i have so much energy which is great because i have a very high strung nine month old. the only thing i would watch out for is the fact that you could get used to feeling energized all the time and become dependent. i definitely wont be using them more that two months, and i worry that once i stop taking them my appetite will come back:( other than that, they work great!
