I started my work out plan January 1st. My New Year’s resolution was to lose 30 lbs by October which is when I get married. When I started my diet, which consists of working out 5 times per week (cardio & weights), lowered my calorie intake to 1300 per day & 100 oz of water, I weighed 155 & a size 9! I was always the skinny girl of the group until I had my daughter-6 years ago!! Today I am now 123 lbs & a size 3!!! I can’t believe it! I was so excited. I think this product is wonderful! It allows me to workout every evening after working 8 hours, cooking dinner, cleaning & spending time with my family! I have energy & am extremely motivated to maintain my new lifestyle!

So far its great! i have all the energy in the world! I dont really get hungry I used to have a big craving at night time and now i dont eat after 7. I also get motivated to work out and have been eating less. The only bad thing is that Its hard to sleep at night.. but itll do with finals coming up.

I’ve been using Slimquick since Monday (April 30). I’m less hungry but I realised that I DO need to eat the snacks that they recommend otherwise I will be hungry. I’m less bloated, and I lossed 2lbs already! I do alot of excersises which helps alot. I’m also very red and hot after going to the pool which was not like that before….

I have been on Slim Quick now for a month and a half and and thankful that the bottle is done. I have dieted and exersized while on the pills before as well and I have not lost anymore weight using them than I did before using them.

So this is my second day. I’ve lost 2 pounds so far but I am also on a low-carb diet. So, the weight loss may be the pills, but it may be the lack of carbs, or both
One thing’s for sure… although I was just a tad jittery and had a headache all day, I was very alert & energized causing me to clean house all day (good ’cause I needed it!). Tomorrow I begin the 2 pills/day regimen. Will report back later.

i started taking slimquick on 4/27/07 and i could tell a difference on my secomd day. i am eating less and not that hungry. i usually drink water anyway. but now im a drinking it even more and using the bathroom alot. but thats ok . my weight is 168 and im 5′7″ and my goal is 145. so i will let yas know how i am progressing. i love the workout they got.

i have been using these pills for about 2 weeks combined with diet and exercise about 3 times a week. i only take 1 pill in morning and 1 pill in afternoon. 2 pills was way to strong for me. i have went from 211lbs to now 202lbs. i would recommend this product for any woman who is looking for a energy booster and a snack break!

I just started the diet program today. I did the Medi weight loss clinic and lost 75 lbs after having baby # 2. I was in hog heaven. However, over the past month almost 10 lbs has come back. I also noticed I’m craving carbs and drinking less water. I live in FL where it is summer time in April so I wanted to get down to my goal weight of 125 and stay there. I was initially thinking I would just go back to the medi weight loss clinic, but they were just going to tell me to go back into ketosis and have me take Phentermine again (one of the side effects is hair loss – Im just finally growing mine back). In the end I decided since I just wanted to lose a little under 10 lbs, I’d try SLimquick. I currently weigh 132.5 lbs. I’ll check back in a week and let you know how I faired.

I’ve been using this product for about a week now and it feels like someone hit me in the stomach and I feel like I got the wind knocked out of me. I haven’t lost any weight yet and have been following the guidelines.

I started taking slimquick about a week and a half ago without exercise. I don’t weigh myself but I was a size 18 and now my clothes are loose. I have to force myself to eat and I I’m always doin number 2s which is fab as I as constipated before.

Decided to try Slim Quick after baby #2–10 months old now. Starting weight=190. (Ps. I’m NOT breast-feeding. If so,I wouldn’t be using any diet supplement). Eight days in and am trying to follow the suggested guidelines. Haven’t been able to tell if the pills have helped control my appetite, but I think so. Weighed myself yesterday and was 186. My goal weight would be around 150. Concerns/Suggestions I’ve followed: Read/follow the guidelines, since there is caffeine in the product and you need to be careful about that might affect you. Recommended diet might have a person eating salomn/tuna daily and both can contain levels of mercury, so be cautious. Keep a general count of calories, if you adhere to the recommended diet. The total count for some days might be only about 900-1000, and that’s probably too low to stick to an extended period of time.
Bloat Loss Appetite Supressant

I have to say it curbs your appetite alot. I’ve been taking it for a week now and I lost about 5 pounds. I’m not sure if this is water weight lost, but I do feel less bloated. This is more of a bloat loss pill. Have not exercised with this product yet. Im going to continue taking it because it is definitely an appetite supressant and I believe that is what will make me lose weight.

So far, the appetite has been curbed, the energy . . . eh, not so much different, but I’m active anyway. What it does do is make you need to go go go! I’m not real savvy with deciphering ingredients into layman terms, but are there laxatives in this? Seriously, it would be nice to know (put this in the warning label).

I have used Slim Quick for two full days. I am drinking 65oz of water a day & I work out on the treadmill 4 days week. I am also eating a low calorie/low fat diet. This pill combined with all the water has made me feel full for the last 2 days. No snacking which is weird. I do have more energy & I feel great except for all the bathroom runs!! I will post again as to how much weight I am losing, I won’t post now as it won’t look believable because right now I don’t believe it myself!!!!!!! I say give this product a try as long as you combine it with all the “right” things!!

I just started Slim Quick today but I can definitely feel it. This morning when I took one pill with a glass of water I felt really full, almost bloated. By lunch 6 hrs later I was kind of hungry but filled up after a sandwhich. When I was reading the insert I thought that it was insane that a recommended lunch was 1/2 sandwhich and a piece of fruit, but now I see why. I will have to wait to see if I lose weight but you can feel its appetite suppressant right away.

i lost 30 lbs in 2 1/2 months. it really curbed my appetite. i started taking them before chritmas and i din’t even feel the need to snack on all those yummy christmas goodies. i felt normal on them with a little extra energy.

I tried this product and its just so useless. Just a waste of Money I play tennis every day and I work out so I can’t say I’m Not doing the right stuff.. Do not buy this product..just a waste of money./p>

I began taking SQ a week before I started my period, amazingly no cramps and minor mood swing. I woulod take this just for the relief of PMS! As for the thinning aspect, I haven’t seen much progress in the 4 weeks. I don’t have a scale, so I couldn’t tell you if I’ve lost lbs., but my clothes still fit about the same. I too had insomnia with taking the 4/ day so went down to 2 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. I have less cravings for snacks. Hoping to finish the bottle and maybe try something else. Any suggestion would be welcomed. Mary
