I lost 117 lbs. 6 years ago using a diet aide so I was very optimistic. Although I do admit it took about 48 hours to get used to this product for me I use slim fast when I feel like falling out and exercise a lot!!! That is the only thing that is fool proof: exercise and of course your diet. Anyway this product has elevated my mood, increased my energy and definately taken off some water weight, it may be in my head but it’s in my scale too.

Love this stuff

That extra ‘push’ in a healthy lifestyle

Prior to using Slimquick I had started a diet and exercise lifestyle change, and for about a month or so I hadn’t seen any results. I am 5’2″ and started out at about 140 pounds, trying to get down between 115-110 (I gained weight a few years ago from medication I had been put on, and I’m dying to get back down to my old size). I started using the Slimquick packets about a week and a half ago. Along with a healthy, low-calorie diet and daily exercise, I’ve lost about 7 pounds in the last week and a half! Slimquick isn’t a miracle dietary supplement, but it has given me that extra support and push that I needed to promote healthy weight loss. I would recommend it to anyone, along with healthy lifestyle changes.

Enjoy it!

I have been taking Slimquick for almost two months. I love it! It gives me a huge energy boost. I only take one pill a day… and I maintain my weight. I see all these reviews after one day, two days… etc… or people who aren’t working out… Fat does not just fall off.. you have to work it off. All in all.. I am 5’8″ and maintain my 129 lbs. I read the reviews for the cleanse and I am about to try it! Enjoy the product… start out slow… and avoid caffine! Great energizer!

I started using Slimquick Hoodia about 1 month ago. At first I was pretty optimistic. after week 1 I saw that my pants and skirts actually had room, so I was happy, then I started power walking at nights since I can’t get to the gym, and the weight just started coming off. This product will work great ONLY if you implement a low fat/carb diet along with exercise no matter if you’re just walking as a form of excercise.Worked for me.

I’ve been on it for about 2 weeks. I have just made the decision to stop taking it. I got it free from a supplier as part of their promotional, and I was trying to lose a few pounds so I decided to try it out. The first day I started it I felt energized and great. However, after that, I have lightheadedness and headaches and generally feeling nausea. Fever and chills, but the dizziness was annoying because I can’t make mistakes at my work: every little error wastes time and becomes costly. I did screw up during work; my brain was so fuzzy and the headaches were nasty. At first I thought perhaps I just dehydrated so I drank even more water. It didn’t help. After reading a few reviews, I think it might be the caffeine, since I’m not a coffee/pop/sports water/alcohol drinker. I only drink juice or water. Anyhow, I’m not going back to this at all. It was worth a shot since it was a promotional item, but the loss of productivity and my feeling of fatigue and other symptoms aren’t worth it. I haven’t noticed any measurable weight loss either. In fact, I think I might have gained some, because my stomach looks more bloated. Anyway, try it if you must, but stop if you’re feeling off, because it’s just not worth it. I stuck with it because I thought maybe I needed time to get used to it, but I just kept feeling worse. Running on the treadmill feels better in the long run.

So, I tried the slimquick fatburner product. Huge mistake. I only used it for one day (one pill in the morning and one pill six hours later). It is now day two and since yesterday, even before i took the second pill, I am suffering from sever heart pain. I am now contemplating checking myself into the emergency room. I tried working out but i am suffering cardiac pain worse than anything i have ever felt. This product is TERRIBLE!

Both my girlfriend and I have been on a diet and exercise program since October of 08. We both were just kind of going with eating generally healthier, completely cutting soda and limiting ourselves to only one serving of a sweet a day. We both were therefore doing fairly well, She’s lost a good 30 pounds, I lost 15. My biggest issue was I needed an extra boost, because I plateu-ed at that fifteen, and just couldn’t seem to lose any more with diet and exercise alone. Also, I’m a stress-eater, and I would get hungry when I was stressed, it would make me crankier, and sluggish. So I decided to try SlimQuick, and so has my girlfriend. We’ve been taking it for just 3 days now. She says she doesn’t feel any different, just a little hyper from all the caffiene. (Especially since we have been near caffiene free for so long.) I, on the other hand, felt different the first day! I wasn’t sluggish, I wasn’t jittery or dizzy, I was generally happier, I felt less bloated than usual, and the best part: I got hungry less. My breakfast the first day (Eaten about an hour after taking the first dose) wasn’t any different from what I’ve been doing (bopwl of cereal and a yogurt.) I had a practice to go to that afternoon, and usually I end up having to take a snack for practice because I get SO hungry (After practice is lunchtime.) I actually lasted to lunch with only a mild hunger. So I still have an appetite, but at better times so I’m not tempted to binge. My girlfriend is probably going to stop taking it, because she feels a little upset-stomach with it. I also reccommend to avoid extra caffiene (it even suggests that on the packaging) but the important thing to remember here is everyone is different and OF COURSE this product won’t work for everybody. But if it works for me– COOL! I’m only a few days in, but if all my results are so great, I’m hoping I’ll lose more weight instead of just getting stuck at that 15.

Slimquick=good… so far!

I started using the Slimquick drink packets yesterday… I guess I’m not far enough in to tell if I’m losing weight yet, however, I have a TON more energy, which is saying alot, since I have a 2 year old and a 9 month old. I’ve barely been able to make it through the days lately, and haven’t had energy for anything, and this stuff is amazing when it comes to giving you energy. I will say that I don’t feel as bloated as I normally do, and wonder if I’m getting rid of water weight. I’ve always retained water; I drink a ton of water; in fact, it’s all I drink, but I’m not a big sweater, so I wonder if I just retain water easily. I’ll give this a couple of weeks and see how I’m looking and weighing; if anything, I’ll pay for this just to have the energy without the jitters. This stuff DOES give me gas though! I don’t remember the last time I’ve been so gassy…

Today is the first day I’ve tried the SQ. I took the first caplet at around 7:15 and almost immediately started to feel a little dizzy and kinda weird in my stomach, but I was hungry. I had a Slim-Fast drink for breakfast and wasn’t really hungry after that….until about 8:45. I started getting hungry again an hour and a half after I ate breakfast and took the SQ. Lunch was difficult for me because I usually have a diet soda, but I refrained, since I didn’t want to triple up on the caffiene. I felt a little better after lunch, but got really hungry again about an hour and a half later. I took the 2nd pill around 1:20 and I’m feeling jittery and dizzy again. And I’m already hungry. At this point, I don’t see how I could lose weight on SQ if I’m always hungry, but we’ll have to see. Maybe it just takes awhile for your body to acclimate to the SQ.

Good for Energy

I am taking the Slim Quick with Hoodia pills and have been taking it for 1 week. It doesn’t work for me as an appetite supressant, in fact it seems like I am actually hungrier. I do not get the jitters like I do normally with these type of products. I have lost 40 pounds in 5 months and have 15 pounds left to go but hit a plateau even with working out and eating right so I wanted to try this. Haven’t lost one pound but I am continuing to use it because it gives me awesome energy. I have a 5 month old and sometimes these pills give me the energy I need to get through the day without feeling dizzy, jittery or sick. I am going to continue to take them just for that, and if I lose the weight too that will be an added bonus. Tried the free drink mix they give you with the pills and it was AWEFULL. Tastes bad, made me super jittery with heart palpitations so I am glad I got the pills!!! Tastes like Hawaiian punch with bad after taste that lasts ALL DAY!

I think this might work!!

A co-worker of mine and I started to take the SQ pills and SQ cleanse. She felt a difference and I did not so I stopped. About a month later I saw her still taking them and I asked why. She sadi that she felt energetic and she had seen a slight difference in her weight. She had me at energetic. I went home that day and found my bottle and tried the SQ pills again. One week later I am still taking them. I find it is the only thing that gives me energy to keep going about my daily routine. I am overweight by 80 lbs and have a bad knee. Some days it seem impossible to just get out of bed. (No energy). I keep “active” now. Meaning I do not tire as easily and am able to do what a woman my age (38) should be doing. It is early but based on my findings it has worked for me. I do not often buy into diet fads but the pills have given me some energy that I had not felt in over seven years. Not even those energy drinks can do that for me. I figure that everyone is different and so will the results, but this works for me!

Not for me.

I tried Slimquick this morning. The mixed berry flavored powder you combine with a bottle of water. It tasted fine and I thought, “Wow, this isn’t so bad.” A little over half way through drinking the bottle I got nausiated. So, I stopped drinking and waited for the feeling to pass. Then I tried to finish the bottle, but the feeling came back. I barely made it to the restroom. I don’t have an overly touchy stomache, so I’m not sure why Slimquick caused this reaction. I won’t be taking it again.

Okay, so I am trying SQ Hoodia and Slim Shots :( The Slim Shots definitely work GREAT. You can feel them suppressing your appetite. The Hoodia, I am not quite sure how it works, but I had some coffee a little after taking them (3 pills with lunch) and my brain is pounding! I had the sweats and I feel a bit fatigued. I have faith in them, but I would not recommend coffee with them!!!! Caffeine overload!

No difference.

I started using Slimquick yesterday. I’ve taken it 3 times so far and I don’t feel any different after than I did before. Nothing about my appetite, energy, mood, heart rate, etc. has changed. Maybe it’s too soon to tell and I have only been taking one at a time like it says to do for the first week. Also I only weigh 135 so maybe it is meant for people with a significant amount of weight to lose. I’ll keep taking it since I paid for it and maybe when I switch to two it will make a difference. I was really excited about taking it because I work out all the time, I’m a college athlete and I eat healthy but I’m always hungry and I was hopping Slimquick would help me with that. I think I’ll try Hydroxycut next time, that was what I went to get originally but Wal-Mart was sold out which should have told me something.

I used the slim-quick cleanser at the begging of the month and dropped about 8 lbs. The first couple of days I didn’t not have any side effects but was going to the restroom quite frequently. I never had any loose stools or anything but towards the end of the cleanse I did have a lot of cramping and difficultly going to the restroom. But overall, I would use it again and I still haven’t gained any of the weight back on. I have noticed a difference in the amount I eat and how my body feels. I would strongly recommend this product before you start a new diet to cleanse your body.

I used slimquick for 2 weeks. The first week I was dizzy and couldn’t sleep. I curved sweets and 30-45 after taking the pills I was so hungery I wanted to eat everything. By the end of the second week I was so depressed I couldn’t even get out of bed. I had major mood swings and couldn’t keep up with my exercise routine. I started the SlimQuick to help me lose weight after I plateaud. The depression and mood swings were not worth for me to continue to use this product.

This is my second day trying this pill, I am a pretty high anxiety person so I was nervous to try SlimQuick, due to the caffeine in the pill. I took one pill the first morning and no coffee. I felt awake after about a half hour later! I didnt need to drink the coffee! This morning I took the other pill and feel the same way. I dont feel nauseated. Just really energized. I have a desk job which does make it alittle hard to sit all day. I feel like I need to go running or something! I am going to the gym tonight! I lost 3 lbs the first day! I am going to keep taking SlimQuick and see what will happen next! I will give an update soon!

I’m not sure yet!

I started taking SlimQuick yesterday. My work schedule this week is 5am-2:30pm. So I got up at 3am and took the first dose (1 pill). I ate a suasage biscuit on the way to work. Although I wasn’t really hungry, I knew I should eat something. Throughout the day may heart rate was slightly elevated and I was in a great mood. I took the 2nd dose (1 pill) at 9am. Still felt great just a slightly increased heart rate. On the way home I talked to my husband and realized that I had only eaten once. I wasn’t hungry and simply forgot to have lunch. So we went out to dinner and I still wasn’t hungry. I did work out yesterday too. It was a Cathe dvd that I have done a million times. For the 1st time ever, I couldn’t complete it. I had a ton of energy, but my heart rate was way too high and I was sweating profusely. I think I burned more calories in 15 mins than I usually would in 30 mins. I couldn’t sleep last night, but with SlimQuick I’ve had a good bit of energy today. I will provide an update in a few weeks.
