SlimQuick Reviews
As one of the most popular weight loss supplements on the market, Slimquick is one of the most asked about products. So of course we wanted to find out if all the hype for one of the more popular women’s weight loss supplements came about because it delivered results or if it was just an effective marketing and advertising campaign doing the trick.
Well, it seems like it’s a little bit of both. Slimquick has shown some promise, but what we’ve uncovered is that it may not be what you are looking for when you truly want long-term results. Don’t get us wrong, Slimquick is decent as a weight loss supplement, but we feel anyone looking into trying SlimQuick should know that more than half of every capsule is caffeine. And while caffeine is an important ingredient for boosting metabolism and increasing energy, the concern is with the remainder of the ingredients. With such a long list of ingredients only sharing the other half of each dose, we wonder how effective any of those other ingredients will be, especially the ones designed to specifically to help you lose weight and keep it off long term.
Of course if stimulant heavy weight loss supplements are what you are looking for, then Slimquick may actually be something you want to try. But don’t forget the drawbacks to taking stimulant-based weight loss supplements. Many stimulants are addictive, such as caffeine, and while they boost the metabolism initially and increase calorie burning, metabolic rates eventually dip below your normal rate leaving you with a struggle to keep any weight you lost off.
So does SlimQuick deliver? The quick answer is yes, you will lose weight at first and can even keep it off if you drastically change your diet and exercise routine, but the real truth is SlimQuick is not a long term weight loss solution.

Okay ladies, this is a great product. I am at 5′7″ and 130lbs. I am normally around 123lbs so I just want to shed this “winter weight.” I have been using the drink mix for 10 days and working out and eating a healthy diet with very little sugar and lots of veggies. I have lost 4 lbs. and I feel awesome. I did feel a little yucky the first 2 days I used the product but my body adjusted well. The drink mix is cheaper and it gives you a reason to drink that water you need everyday. I have never done well with stimulants such as hydroxcut, but this one is a winner. Definately check it out.

I personally liked slimquick.I am very sensitive to stimulants. I found that i could still eat when it was time, (average meal times), but i definatly could not eat more than an appropriate portion, never felt nauseous or jittery, but definatly had to stop eating, I had enough energy for my workouts but not so much i couldnt sleep. I think if someone used this reguarly and incorporated exercise they could loose weight, but i did find that at the time when you are supposed to increase to 2 in the morning and evening that i only needed 1 still. i used the drink mix. did not taste terrible not yummy either but drinkable, i would and have recommended to a friend.

Today is March 8, 2010. I just started SQ this am. I’m sensitive to caffeine so a friend recommended I try the SQ with green tea. I’m 5′2″ and weigh 177. I’m 40 and have 2 children. My weight has never been this high and my energy level this low. I find myself eating because I’m so tired. I decided to make a change and today is my day! So far I’m feeling well. I hate to rate this product because it’s only been a few hours, but it’s required so take it with a grain of salt. I will keep you all posted on my progress. I have tried so many diets and am not afraid of exercise. I’m just not as consistent as I need to be. My plan is to take SQ (but not up the dose in week 2), include fruits and veggies, and get some exercise daily. Lets see how this product works!

So I have only been taking the pills for 4 days. The first day I was up for hours after taking 1 pill at around 3:30pm. However, over the weekend I felt nothing. I decided today, (Monday) to take 2 pills to see if I could get that jolt back. I feel do tired and they have done nothing for me. I am going to give them a chance and see what happens. I am hopeful they will work.

After reading a number of reviews, I decided to give slimquick a try. I was not expecting a miracle, but I did want a little bit of a boost, and I think I have got that with slimquick. I am 20 years old, 5′3″ and 134 lbs when I started slimquick a few days ago. My goal is to lose the 12 lbs I gained over the last 9 months, and then some. Although my usual weight has been 122, I have never been able to drop below that amount with diet alone. I am hoping that using slimquick, following a low-calorie diet (1200 cal/day), and adding moderate exercise to my daily routine, I can reach my goal weight of 110 lbs over the summer. I have been using slimquick since the beginning of the month, and have lost 4 lbs so far and I have noticed a significant change in my appetite. I no longer feel like I am starving in between meals, and when I do eat, I feel full without eating as much, and the feeling lasts. I also like that it contains calcium, B12, and folate. Side effects: None so far as I can tell. I did get a headache the first day, but I am no stranger to those, and although others have complained of the jitters, I have had no such side effect (but caffeine has never affected me).
For those of you thinking about trying slimquick, I would definitely recommend it, as long as you realize that the pill alone is not going to cause weight loss, but will help you achieve your goal by reducing appetite and increasing energy. I also find that the pill works as an effective motivator too! Good luck.

It’s March 4, 2010 and I just started taking SQ because of all the positive reviews. I have been trying to lose this weight I put on last year an am a little lazy when it comes to working out. However, I am no stranger to it. I needed something to help get me going, give me energy and I am hopeful. I will check back in a week and let you know how it’s going. Hope it works as well for me as it has for many others.

I’m a 38 year old mom, postpartum 6 months. Tried Slimquick weightloss powder drink for 1 week. I drink next to no caffeine and don’t exercise regularly at all. This is due to the fact I am so busy and very tired a lot. My weightloss goal is only 20-25 lbs. I have been taking 1 packet twice a day and do not plan to increase the dose if the weightloss continues. For all of the people with the jitters and mood swings lower your dose. I have an unbelievable amount of energy, my mood is up and I have lost 3 pounds with little effort.

I started taking the slimquick naturals capsules and walked 45 minutes every day. My diet remained the same as always, yet I lost fifteen pounds in three weeks, which was my goal. That was about six months ago, and I have kept the weight off without much effort! The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t drink coffee, which I love, because the caffeine intake was too much! But other than that, it worked great!

I have been taking Slim Quick for one week now. I have also been working out 5 days a week including, running and lifting weights. I stop drinking soda and coffee too. The key to this pill is drinking plenty of water throughout the day! I honestly feel great after taking this supplement! It gives me just the right amount of energy, I don’t have headaches anymore and my attitude has changed! I have lost 6 pounds this past week and it has really encouraged me to keep on going!! Ladies don’t take this supplement without exercise and water, that’s what makes you jittery!!! And also to remember if you just take it and don’t exercise, yea you might lose the weight but you need to tone it up also!

This is my second day taking the pills. I definitely noticed something…if anything it feels like a caffiene buzz!! DEFINITELY a buzz..BUT I wouldn’t say it’s a bad thing, because it is actually helping me to focus on school work =) I haven’t noticed a crash as others have reported, but I have noticed a bit of the numbness that some of them have experienced. As you would probably expect I haven’t noticed a change yet, but I will report after another week or so!! =) Good luck everyone!
