Been using this product for about a week and a half now. I noticed a much better recovery from taking just Gaspiron “SizeOn” alone during training. My only con is that there are pre, post and even protiens out there that have all the ingredients mixed in them already. Well if you want an extra dose of amino this is the way to go! FYI that picture is kinda old
