GNC Pro Performance Wheybolic Extreme 60
Wheybolic Extreme 60 Reviews
If you are looking for a protein supplement that will “amplify” your game then Wheybolic Extreme 60 promises to give you a “30% increase in muscle strength” and an increase in strength and stamina “with half the sets.” Wheybolic Extreme 60 is brought to you by GNC and this product is considered to be their “top protein formula with a base of whey and leucine.” Further promises made by Wheybolic Extreme 60 include, of course, increased muscle size and “100 percent improvement in exercise efficiency.” The question is whether or not this protein supplement can actually deliver the goods. The best way to determine if any supplement will be useful is to investigate the ingredients that make up the formulation.
The ingredients that make up the Wheybolic Extreme 60 complex are listed as Micronized Amino Acids (8.5 grams – glutamine and arginine), Leucine (7.7 grams), L-Carnitine (500 mg), and Amino Acceleration System (239 mg – Enzyme Matrix Blend – amylase, protease 4.5, protease 6.0, cerecalase, peptidase, alpha-galactosidase, glucoamylase, bromelain, protease 3.0, lipase, protease AM, invertase, lasctase), aminogen, and carbogen. This product does contain both milk and soybeans as well. Wheybolic Extreme 60 has not been evaluated or approved by the Food and Drug Administration at the time of this review.
Wheybolic Extreme is an average protein supplement and you may or may not see results dependent on your own biochemistry and your current diet and exercise program. For those of you just starting to look into protein supplementation this might be a product you are interested in, if you can find it at a low price. If, however, you are looking for an advanced protein supplement this would not be our first choice for you. There are much stronger products available at this time that can give you a definitive edge and the gains you are seeking.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! Used this product for the first time today….incredible run! I previously used 100% Whey protein only, but this stuff rocks! I ran in the mountains of PA and ran several miles further than usual and felt fantastic. Tons of energy and felt great all day. Looking forward to enjoying continued positive results!

Great product!

I have been using this product for about 2 months now and of all the other products I have tried, and there have been more than a few, speaking only for myself consumed before a long run it rocks. Consumed after a hard weight training workout..it rocks. Day after impact/repair..it rocks as I can work just as hard as the last workout the day before. But don’t just drink this without some exercise or training. I train individuals and people are alway looking for the easy way to weight loss. I always emphasive..you wanna try this stuff cool but you gotta watch the diet and workout. I too cut the 3 scoops to 2 which works very well with my biochemistry. If you don’t wanna work hard…stick to Slimfast..

Good protein

ON acctually makes this protein. it is contracted out. it is a mixture of isolate and hydroslate, (which means pre-digested) I have used it and it works quite well. To be honest most all whey protein will work. A food source is a better way of getting protein. Also keep in mind most people can only digest 20-30g of protein at a time. And for your information it is more important to get a quick carb after you workout than protein. Carbs are what fuel growth. your body uses blood glucose as its main fuel. amino acids just HELP repair damage to muscle. This is scientific fact. there is too much emphasis on protein. although you do need whey after a workout people take protein overboard. unused protein is stored as fat. ever wonder why steroids work so well. it’s because they access fat to speed up the energy process in your body in turn creating an anabolic state. Just stating what’s been proven.

Well I am sorta new to the workout scene. I have joined a gym about 1 month ago or so. I read through workouts etc and noticed the reason I was so hungry after workout was I needed protein. So I went to the GNC and pick up the AMP Wheybolic Extreme 60 product. At the time is was on sale buy one get the other half off, but being new to this I just bought one. I used about 1 and 1/2 scoops after I workout. I have lost about 5 pounds (give or take) in the last month working out PT.
So so far for me until I atleast try something else I would have to rate this a 4!
