WonderSlim is a meal plan that sounds great. It makes it easy, it’s supposedly “cheap” compared to other meal plans (what isn’t), and it gives you a variety of different foods to choose from including desserts, shakes, and other foods that are typically off limits. The idea is for you to replace your meals, getting perfectly portioned and balanced foods to help you to lose weight. And you eat 5-6 times a day with 3 major meals and 2-3 snacks.
This sound great, and the idea of eating 5-6 meals per day is exactly what you should do anyway. Because that’s all you are eating, you will definitely lose weight, as long as you stick to the meal plan of course. And there are many who seem to be big fans of the chocolate bars.
Is it Worth the Cost?
You can go to a diet center and pay hundreds of dollars. Of course, the people who sell things like Jenny Craig break it down to make it sound cheaper, $7 a week, $12 a week, etc. But add it all up and you will find that it’s a lot more than most want to pay.
WonderSlim typically charges consumers about $300 a month. That’s for one person’s food supply, not a whole family. Last time I checked, no one spends $300 a month for one person’s groceries. Most people spend 1/3 of that or less. It would be a relatively big adjustment.
Some people would pay a lot of money to lose weight. But WonderSlim does not give you guidance to keep it off, and it’s difficult if not impossible for many to keep the weight off later on. With so many complaints about the taste, many find it questionable.
Alternative to WonderSlim
WonderSlim is an effective option, if you want to keep paying for prepackaged meals all your life, never go out with friends, etc. But if you want to live a relatively normal life, lose weight, and keep it off, the best idea is to follow a conventional diet plan rich in healthy fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and other healthy food options.
