The first day I took EFX was an awakening. EFX gives you so much more energy than a cup of coffee. However, EFX does not give you a “jittery” effect. I strongly suggest drinking nothing but water with EFX because anymore intake of caffeine will definitely be too much. EFX also seems to keep me going all day long even hours I have taken the daily dosage.

Day 1 of taking Xenadrine EFX. I definitely noticed an increase in energy today, but cannot say for certain if that’s just an artifact of the caffeine in the pill or the result of getting more sleep lately. This is the first time I’ve ever used any supplements. I’m three and a half months out from my wedding and hoping to drop 10-15 pounds by the big day. Updates will continue and here’ to hoping it works.

Let me just say that it is difficult to find something that can compete with ephedra-based fat burners, but this is a great alternative. Not only does it give me plenty of energy, it also seems to put me in a great mood. When I got on the scale a few days later I was pleasantly surprised. I use it for maintenance, and I’m sure it’s also great for people that are getting started or on their way to reaching their weight loss goals.

On day 2 of this supplement. I previously used Hydroxycut without a lot of results, but with a lot of jitters. This has given me absolutely no jitters at all, but it still has totally bottomed out my appetite! So far, I am very impressed! I am looking forward to seeing how it has done for me in terms of weight loss in a few weeks, combined, of course, with exercise and diet.

After three weeks—Use has been somewhat sporadic. A two-pill dose twice a day is definitely overkill for my size and weight (5’10″, 170 lbs.), resulting in a racing heartbeat along with the energy boost. Although I’m far from a medical professional, my degree in biology definitely leads me to believe that the bulk of the effect felt by these pills comes from the caffeine. Again, that’s just an opinion. As far as my experiment with supplements, it’s over. I am discontinuing use. Thankfully, wedding planning is going along extremely well, allowing me the time to get back to the gym more steadily. My advice–put in the sweat etiquette. You’ll get better, longer lasting results. Best of luck to you!

I have been using Xenadrine EFX for 3 days now, and so far, I love it! It greatly reduces appetite and food cravings. After only one day of taking it, my stomach was noticeably more flat. It also gives me a lot of energy in the morning ( great for classes at school ). This is my first time taking dietary supplements, and I’m impressed. I will write an update soon on how my weight loss is coming along. The only side effect I’ve experienced are mild stomach cramps… a small price to pay for the positive effects of EFX.

I have been taking Xenadrine EFX now for several months, and while I have not seen dramatic results like the ones in the pictures, I have been able to stay slim while eating less than perfectly and it gives me a great uplifting feeling and plenty of energy. I think the 4 pill dose is overkill and without steady cardio it will still only have a nominal effect. Blows away Hydroxycut though as those gave me the shakes, bad.

I have been using this for just over 2 weeks and have not noticed any weight loss at all so far. I am only wanting to lose about 10 pounds (that I’ve put on in the last year or so. I have not noticed any side effects either which is good. I’d be interested to know how other people who are not needing to lose much weight are getting on with this supplement. I have heard that it is only really people that have a lot of weight to lose that see the benefits. I currently weigh 116lb and am 5 foot tall. (I used to be 140 so am keen not to go back to that!)

I’ve been taking Xenadrine EFX for a week now, and have dropped about 8 lbs. I’m impressed with the results. I haven’t noticed any energy boosts, but I don’t get tired when exercising like I used to. Although, I do have the urge to snack more often. Either way, I am enjoying the results, and hope to drop a few more pounds, and will post an update later.

Profile: 5’9″ 145lbs. Male Body type: Compact muscle, high metabolism. Usage duration: Over 4 months (2 pill in the morning, 1 in the afternoon) Workout: 5 days cardio, 4 days weights (15+ hrs/week) Side-effect: none; unlike hydroxycut which made me shake, and Pinnacle MascuLean which gave me occasional acne on my face. Positives: Boost of energy for my workout during the first 2 weeks of use, after that can’t notice anything much. Negative: It’s suppose reduce my appetite but it seems like it increase my appetite and I’m now gaining weight from eating too much. I plan to keep using for another several months.

I currently starting using Xenadrine EFX, and I can swear that in two days I have lost a pound. And plus the way my stomach has decreased in general. I’m using this for an after pregnancy thing.. I am 5’2” and weighed 131 and now 129. So insofar so good.

I’ve tried all the thermogens and metabolizers over the past three years when my fitness efforts got serious. Then, in recent months, came all the ephedra scares and horror stories. Well, after cycling on and off all the thermogens for three years, I finally started on Xenadrine EFX. What a disappointment. No power boost. A very insignificant increase in heart rate on the cardio machines. It is almost completely ineffective for me. Not even a good placebo because heart monitors at the gym don’t lie. I’ve gained 20+ pounds in the two months I’ve been on this. Oh well. Back to the ephedras. (Hydroxcut, Ripped Fuel) Maybe some danger, but not nearly as dangerous as the growing obesity that Xenadrine EFX has allowed.

Well, I started taking this 3 days ago very reluctantly.I have been working out at least 30 minutes cardio a day (now up to an hour)with lifting weights 3x’s week since Feb 2002. Since then I have lost 40 pounds, but have noticed that the rate of loss (which used to be about 5 pounds a month) dropped down to 2 pounds a month. SO FRUSTRATING! So I have been revamping my program. Learned since I have lost some weight that my BMR has dropped from 1900 cal to 1775 cal. I am now trying to burn 1,000 a day, and eating between 1400 and 1600 cal a day. I have a pretty pronounced bad reaction to caffeine (jitters, bad headaches, lack of sleep), so in taking Xenadrine, I knew from the start I would have to take 1/2 the suggested amount. One cap in the morning, and one cap at lunch. Here is what I have noticed: 1) I can work out harder and longer. 2) I have small tiny pains in my chest after 3 days and it worries the crap out of me. 3) In those 3 days I have dropped 3 pounds. So, on one hand, I want to continue. I like the foreseeable results, and I want to kickstart my program. But on the other, I worry that I may be that 1% that gets a heart attack or dies from taking it. I am giving this 4 more days for a total week and will see how I feel then.

Just wanted to say that I really rate this product. I started using xenadrine efx 3 days ago and it has reduced my appetite dramatically, it has also given me a minor mood ‘boost’ as well. I am only taking one tablet per day to test it out and so far I have lost about 3lbs. No side effects either, I was skeptical at first but I have to say this is an excellent product.

I just started using Xenadrine EFX. I weigh under 150 lb. but started with 2 pills twice a day. I would recommend starting out with only 1 pill twice a day because I have had some negative effects. I have had no appetite at all and have also felt jittery and a little nauseated.

Bridgette of Illinois, USA

I started to use this product 3 days ago. Since I’m under 150 pounds, I used 1/2 of what is recommended, 2 pills a day. The first day..i was full of energy but I was had the shakes. The 2nd day, I still had tons of energy but I had an bad headache. The 3rd day, my headache was soooo bad that I couldn’t get out of bed. I couldn’t sleep but couldn’t get out of bed. Today, is the 4th daybut i didn’t take the pills today, and my headache is still there..just not bad. I usually get headache here and there but I think that Xenadrine EFX made it more intense. I’m returning it to GNC tomorrow ;)

Have been using it for 3 days and haven’t yet checked my weight, however I am experiencing a few side effects that no one else has mentioned. Such as: Increased urination (up to once an hour), severe thirst, and slight nervousness. At this point, I’ll stick with it for a few more days to see what happens. Since I weigh less than 150 lbs, I’ve started with 2 capsules per day, if I decide to stick with it, I may continue with this dosage for longer than just one week.

hi, started taking xenadrine efx for the first time about 3 months ago. i noticed more energy and lost a few pounds in about a week. then i ran out of it and stopped taking it, and never got around to buying it. well i’m going to the store tomorrow and can’t wait to buy it again to lose a few pounds before christmas. this product definatley gives dramatic results quickly.! it’s a great product.

Started taking 1 pill for a couple of days, got slightly jittery (then again I don’t drink much caffeine so I’m not used to the stimulant), then increased to 2 pills for 2 more days. I have regular heart palpatations that are not harmful, but on the 2/day days, they were more frequent and kept me awake. If you have any history of heart palpatations, I would strongly suggest NOT to take this product without consulting a doctor.
