Ok this product might work if you are a girl or someone smaller, but I am 6’5 and 250 lbs with a sub 20% bodyfat. The product for me worked well for about the first 4 hours and then quickly dropped off. I wasn’t impressed with it and I plan on trying another brand soon. With my busy schedule and work ethics I really need something to keep me going this is not it. James
