Took this product (water melon) with fruit punch Gatorade. Tastes better than some Snapple product! Does everything it claims to do. Recover faster & better.

Versatile and effective

I am a physical training instructor in the military and also work in a supplement store on weekends. This stuff is by far the best amino acid product i have ever used. It tastes and blends well, which matters to me coz if i dont like the taste i wont drink it…I use it all year round and my recovery is far far better when i use it, and use it when dieting for bodybuilding(natural) and find it keeps my appetite, sweet tooth and DOMS under control. I take it in conjuction with my pre workout and since using it i have found i recover 20 percent faster, and find i am leaner when i am taking it. It is the one supplement i would recommend to everyone weather they are an endurance athelete, bodybuilder, gym rat, or stay at home mum and you can take it all year reound without cycling off it. It is a bit expensive over here (about 140 a tub) but for me i wouldnt train without it…well worth the money
