XNGF and ANAVOL are two totally different supps. Ones hgh and the other is creatine. Besides that, By adding this to my current stack in a month and a half my size is more lean and i have gained 8lbs. It works, buy!

This product was pretty decent even though it was expensive i would not have got it if it wasnt on sale i got it for wrestling to speed my recovery and it worked well when taken with protien.
