lots of caffeine

Zantrex –3 contains an enormous amount of caffeine. The caffeine in this product comes from different ingredients: green tea, black tea, yerba mate, cocoa (see supplement facts). Having said that I can only warn people that are just starting to use this supplement and are caffeine sensitive. If the directions instruct you to take 2 caps – take one and see how it will make u feel. Nobody wants to feel miserable so start out slowly. Your body needs to get used to high amnts of caffeine. Otherwise you will be feeling nauseous, dizzy, and overall sick. I started with only 1 cap in the morning and felt jittery and slightly nauseous for a couple hours after taking the pill. And I wasn’t even caffeine sensitive at the time (working night shift and drinking strong brewed coffee 1-2 times a day). Slowly I increased the dose to 2 pills a day, one in the morning and one at noon. The effect: with a combination of healthy diet, exercise, and the supplement I have been able to lose 15 lbs over 3 month period. No more nausea, jitters, rapid heartbeat, just lots of energy. Know what you’re taking, do some online research, start out slowly, and good luck!!! P.S. Caffeine is potent diuretic, so if it makes you use the restroom a lot and you lose 1-2 lb overnight and then gain it back – that’s just water weight, don’t pay attention to it. Just continue what you’re doing and wait for real results.

I took zantrex 3 consistently for nearly a week and it was probably the worst week of my life. I was just hoping to lose a few pounds but didn’t end up losing any, regardless of my inability to eat. I’m sure having no desire to eat sounds fantastic but it was from being doubled over in pain and dry heaving for about an hour after taking the pill. It made my heart rate irregularly quick and the nausea sticks all day along with the horrible taste of it attempting to be digested. I would never suggest these to anyone.

My body was on fire!

I tried this a couple of years ago and it was the worst diet pill I have ever tried. I had already lost over 30 lbs. by eating well and working out, but had been at a a plateau for several months. I thought this would be the boost I needed. I am an African American women, but turned red all over and felt like I was on fire! My skin felt warm, as well. Although it was uncomfortable, I felt like I could handle it because it only lasted for about half an hour. The worst part was my appetite didn’t change and I lost no weight at all. It was a big disappointment and a waste of money considering how well diet fuel and hydroxycut had worked years ago. Never again!

OK so the last comment I wrote I was having a little trouble getting use to it but I am over that now.. ONE MONTH 11 pounds gone!!! Don’t get me wrong I have been walking on my lunch break and working out in the morning but Zantrex has suppressed my hunger so it is easy to eat healthy!!! My goal was 11 pounds by my birthday which is Sunday and then another 9 pounds by MAY V A C A T I O N !!! Wish me luck

Be careful

Ok so I started taking this about two weeks ago and I can say that it does work. I am hardly ever hungry I take two in the morning before I work out yestarday I took two in the afternoon BIG MISTAKE chest started to hurt and I threw up. I won’t do that again. the last three years I have taken so many different diet pills and I have to say this is the only one that has suppressed my hunger..Oh one other thing saturday I didn’t take one and I started getting a headache as soon as I took it a pill it went away….scarey I know but I am on a mission!!!!

It made me sick

I took it sporadically for about a period of two weeks. Though it never made me throw up, I constantly felt sick and nauseated. After a while, I couldn’t take it anymore. I ended up giving it to a friend, and it’s yet to make her feel the way I did while taking it.

I have taken this product for about two weeks. It does give me a TREMENDOUS amount of energy but it’s almost as though I am not myself during the period of “ups”. About 5 minutes after I take the pill, I can feel my heart pounding very very fast, and I just start to shake all over. I start to have racing thoughts and inability to concentrate. It makes me very dizzy and anxious as well. I think it would be good for someone who wants instant energy right away on a weekend, but it really is not pleasant to feel like your heart is going to rupture. I definitely don’t recommend this product, and especially if there’s anyone thinking about taking this before work, you will regret it. I realized this is not the product for me, and I really don’t want a sudden boost of extreme energy that makes me a different person anymore.

When I took this product it seemed to aid in losing weight. I as well noticed the burning affects as described above, what helped ease the burning was making sure I drank a lot of water. I would drink about 20 oz or more of water within 10 min of taking it. That helped a lot. Zentrax worked well for me, but it is no miracle drug, you still have to work out and eat right. While I was on Zentrax it helped me lose about 20 lbs, it has been almost a year and I have yet to put the weight back on. I would take it again, if I ever need too.

crashed!

I took this product with food before going into work a couple years ago. I was fine on the drive there but once I got to work I started crashing and got really sick. I got so dizzy I couldnt stand and had to have someone come and take me home. Needless to say I returned the product.

Awful!!!

I took 2 in the morning before I left for work. Halfway to work I was ready to drive myself to the ER. I felt like cayenne pepper was flowing from my head down to my toes, I thought it was an annuerysm, my skin turned bright red and felt like it was on fire. I’ve taken other supplements, like Xenadrine and never had a reaction like this! I don’t recommend it, obviously.

I started working out and eating healthy to lose weight and dropped half of it in 6 months then plateaued and could not get rid of the other half.
I started using Zentrex 3 a week ago at ONLY 2 A DAY(be careful with dosage and start with one) and have lost a pound each day. I am very happy with these results, but it has come with a cost.
The negative side effects of this pill for me consist of:
Racing Heart which in turn leads to a lack of sleep (it’s 4 am right now and I’m wide awake) and being jittery when standing/sitting still.
I lack any sort of appetite which can be very dangerous obviously and if I don’t force myself to eat I feel a slight burning in my stomach.
I also have a minor headache in the morning, which is easily cured but returns with the wearing off of the pill.
The Pro’s are:
Quick weight loss and great short term results.
I feel more awake and have more energy.
I think that something like this is good for quick weight loss but I am worried about the side effects for someone who uses it for a long period of time. I am also wondering if the weight will stay off after I have stopped using it.
