The company website displays over 100 photos and pictures of user reviews, all agreeing BPI Sports 1 M.R. Vortex is a game changer.

“Flip the switch and train with Vortex. Unparalleled Workouts Lie Ahead,” reads one advertisement.

I looked closer at everything there is to know about BPI Sports 1 M.R. Vortex, so you can decide if it is worth trying.

Are the Ingredients Powerful?

BPI Sports 1 M.R. Vortex ingredients are featured in a proprietary blend. Ingredient amounts are not provided, so it is impossible to know if each ingredient is effective.

Here is a closer look at some main ingredients:

Caffeine Anhydrous is a stimulant clinically proven to optimize anaerobic performance.

When male athletes supplemented 5 mg/kg caffeine, more total weight was lifted during a chest press exercise. Also, more power was experienced during an anaerobic Wingate test. [1]

There may be enough caffeine in BPI Sports 1 M.R. Vortex to produce similar benefits, but it’s hard to tell.

Yohimbe is a stimulant that improves blood flow. Because of its vascular benefits, 15-30 mg of this ingredient is often used to treat sexual problems related to poor blood flow. [2]

Better circulation may lead to more oxygen to muscles, resulting in enhanced physical performance.

Additional research indicates 20 mg yohimbine administered 2 times a day for 21 days resulted in fat loss. [3]

Securinega stimulates the central nervous system. [4] Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find any relevant clinical studies discussing effective doses and specific benefits.

Glycerol improves hydration by aiding in fluid retention, which is why athletes typically consume around 1 g/kg glycerol with 1.5 L fluid a couple hours before competitions. [5]

There doesn’t appear to be enough glycerol in BPI Sports 1 M.R. Vortex for full results. However, research notes suggested doses vary depending on the quality of the glycerol and body size of the individual. [5]

White Leadwort Root influences digestive activity and improves appetite. [6] However, I was unable to find studies suggesting it had anaerobic/aerobic benefit.

Are There Any Side Effects?

A picture of 1 M.R. Vortex on the official website indicates this supplement is only for those 18 years and older, and users should talk to a physician before use. The company doesn’t specify whether there are adverse side effects on the website.

There are some side effects associated with caffeine and yohimbe. [7] [8]

• Kidney failure
• Seizure

The amount of caffeine and yohimbe in BPI Sports 1 M.R. Vortex could be safe, but it is difficult to gauge because of their inclusion in a proprietary blend.

Additionally, you should not take BPI Sports 1 M.R. Vortex if you are pregnant. An online pharmacy indicates white leadwort may lead to miscarriage. [6]

Should BPI 1 M.R. Vortex Be Taken Daily?

A third party website indicates 1 M.R. Vortex should be taken on training days only, 15-30 minutes before a workout. Users should start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance. If received well, users may increase dose to 2 scoops. Never exceed 2 scoops in a 24 hour period.

Ingestion time varies depending on tolerance. BPI 1 M.R. Vortex may take effect quicker in some users.

Also, BPI 1 M.R. Vortex should be cycled. Do not take it for more than 8 consecutive weeks.
