Creatine Mono
CreaGains has everything to make it a good creatine monohydrate supplement. The flavor was good, and the price isn’t terrible, though its slightly more compared to other options.
Not everyone will be a fan of the flavor, however, and some might opt for an unflavored option. But, if you are looking for a tasty edge on your workout performance, CreaGains may be what you are looking for.

YouTube bodybuilding celebrities and brothers came out with their own creatine supplement, CreaGains, cleverly using a piece of their coined phrase, “All Kinds of Gains!”
I took a closer look at CreaGains to see if it is formulated effectively and affordable. I was quite surprised.
A Quick Look at the Single Ingredient
CreaGains features one ingredient, 5 g of creatine monohydrate per serving.
Creatine monohydrate is a well-studied, nitrogenous, organic acid that has been shown to improve lean body mass, strength, and anaerobic capacity. [1]
A commonly used dose is 3 g for about 28 days. Each serving of CreaGains provides more than enough creatine monohydrate to effectively enhance your workout results.
How Much Is CreaGains?
CreaGains retails for about $33 and provides 40 servings per container. That means each serving is about $0.82, which isn’t terrible. For a flavored creatine supplement, the price is almost on par with competing creatine monohydrate supplements.
CreaGains comes in one flavor: BlueBerry Lemonade. The flavor was refreshing. I got to try it out for a couple days. I mixed each serving with 8 z. of water because I am not a fan of strongly flavored supplements. Overall, the flavor was pretty good. It definitely tasted like blueberry with a hint of lemonade.
As far as mixability goes, it mixed almost perfectly with very little settling. Typically, I never really experience mixability issues with creatine monohydrate supplements.
If you are looking for creatine powders that are even cheaper, there are plenty out there, most of them are unflavored.
How Should You Use CreaGains?
You can use CreaGains as a pre- or post-workout due to its simple ingredient profile; there aren’t any stimulants or pre-workout specific ingredients.
I suggest using CreaGains similar to the study mentioned above. I’d take one scoop per day and mix it with about 6-8 oz. of water. Be consistent with supplementation. Research shows that for at least 28 days. However, you don’t need to stop after 28 days. There seems to be a growing consensus among sports nutritionist that you don’t need to cycle off creatine.
Drink plenty of water while supplementing with any creatine monohydrate supplement. Remember, creatine monohydrate supplementation alone won’t produce any ergogenic benefits. You’ve got to couple your supplementation with some hard work and dedication in the gym.
Should You Consider It?
CreaGains has everything to make it a good creatine monohydrate supplement. The flavor was good, and the price isn’t terrible, though its slightly more compared to other options.
Not everyone will be a fan of the flavor, however, and some might opt for an unflavored option. But, if you are looking for a tasty edge on your workout performance, CreaGains may be what you are looking for.
