Which Ingredients Are Inside Thyrolean?

Take a look at the research behind some of Thyrolean’s ingredients:

Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI) 3 mg (150% DV). Vitamin B6 is involved in over 100 enzyme reactions, including protein metabolism. It is necessary for energy, cognitive development, and immune function. [1]

Men should consume at least 1.3 mg/day, and women should consume at least 1.2 mg/day. [2]

Folate (as folic acid) 150 mcg (38% DV). Folic acid is a B vitamin involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism. [3]

Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 3.75 mcg (63% DV). Vitamin B12, like other B vitamins, plays an important role in energy and metabolism. It’s main function is as an enzyme replicating DNA. Thyrolean contains enough vitamin B12 to ensure proper enzyme functions. [4]

Magnesium (as Magnesium oxide) 29.7 mg (7% DV). Magnesium is an essential nutrient that supports exercise. [5]

One study tested 3 groups: a sedentary group supplemented with 10 mg magnesium/kg body weight, an exercise group supplemented with 10 mg magnesium/kg body weight, and an exercise group with no magnesium supplementation.
