Increased muscular development
I am fairly unimpressed with MHP Sarm-X’s ingredients. Despite their hardcore and scientific looking names, most of these ingredients can be found under more common names and there is very little research validating their effectiveness.

MHP SARM-X is a muscle building supplement created by the well-known company MHP.
SARM-X is said to offer all bodybuilders, no matter what their unique genetic predisposition may be, the opportunity and potential to experience “the single most intense muscular development ever seen in bodybuilding science.”
SARM stands for Selective Androgen Receptor Modulator. The implementation of this advanced “breakthrough” technology is what sets MHP SARM-X above the rest. This product is promoted as a “potent anabolic stimulation of skeletal muscle.”
MHP SARM-X retails at roughly $47 for a 60 tablet bottle, prices are variable depending on the site you decide to purchase from, but is it worth the investment?
The best way to determine whether or not a product is going to be as beneficial as it may claims is to investigate the ingredients that make up the supplement compound:
Diandrone: Diandrone, aka DHEA, is an androgenic prohormone that can have a slight effect on androgenic activity and may be able to convert into testosterone. Clinical studies have yet to prove DHEA as an effective muscle building ingredient on its own due to the fact that it is rapidly cleared from the body.
Consumers should keep in mind that DHEA is banned by the National Collegiate Athletic Association, so using this ingredient may disqualify you from participating in certain sports.
Trans-4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamic acid : Also known as Ferulic Acid, is a combination of 2 popular supplement ingredients: gamma-oryzanol and pycongenol. It acts as an antioxidant, which can reduce oxidative stress on cells and eliminate toxins from the body, but as a muscle-building ingredient? It leaves a lot to be desired.
Dicalcium phosphate: Dicalcium phosphate is a form of calcium that can act as a binding agent in tablets. It has no effect on muscle-building, but too much of this ingredient could lead to gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea, vomiting, appetite, and constipation.
What You Should Know
This product also comes with a lot of disclaimers such as “Due to SARM-X’s powerful anabolic and androgenic effects, it is banned by many athletic organizations.”
Such disclaimers should immediately send out a red flag, cautioning consumers that this product is dangerous if not used correctly. Because there are so many potential risks associated with MHP SARM-X, it is definitely not for the faint of heart – literally.
Just a few of the negative side effects associated with this product are: acne, hair loss, hair growth on the face (in women), aggressiveness, and irritability. And if that wasn’t bad enough, there are additional, more severe side effects associated with this product as well, including: rapid heartbeat, dizziness, and blurred vision.
If you have a history of medical disease or are sensitive to such supplements, we recommend that you approach this product with extreme caution.
A majority of the customer testimonials we have found have been surprisingly positive so there is a good chance you will see at least some results with this formulation.
However, I am fairly unimpressed with MHP Sarm-X’s ingredients. Despite their hardcore and scientific looking names, most of these ingredients can be found under more common names and there is very little research validating their effectiveness.
